The lady did a great job in getting a pedicure for first time. However getting a fill, they started to come off within a couple days and since I didn’t come in till the 4th day they wouldn’t do anything for me without charging. I felt that it was unfair and not worth the money and the manager was rude. I will never go back there again. And the place was dirty as well. When I told her that I will be writing a review and taking my business elsewhere the manager just responded by saying okay. That is not a good business.

These ladies always do a great job. The other day they were super busy and I was pleased to see the same good work and attention to detail even when they were in a hurry. They give the longest lasting gel manicures Ive ever had.

They have nice service but it looks like they don’t know what they’re doing on the acrylic nails.

This place is literally the best!!! I called 5 mins before closing and they not only waited but did a full pedicure and did my acrylic nails!! They are absolutely polite and listened to what I wanted!! And did a fantastic job.. I love my nails and definitely will be going back...I highly recommend this place

I will never go back. When I asked if they sterilized their instruments the lady told me she did not know what I was talking about. She use a grater on my feet She scrubbed so hard my Heels felt cut and My feet felt like sandpaper, when she was done I asked her if she was going to smooth them, her answer to me was if I want them smooth there would be additional charges. I have never had A pedicure Where I left with my feet werent smooth. I had to go buy Products from Sallys so that I could smooth out my feet and heel healing lotion. The Polish also looked old, She had to put 3 Coats on and I can still see my nail through it . Never again.☹

1st of all SO ACCESSIBLE. They were the only nail tech place in town that were open on the 4th of July. Despite the cultural barriers, they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and thats the whole point! Us girlies and dudes just wanting to pamper ourselves for 30 min-1 hour. Their work is very detailed and they take the extra minute to take care of the grittier side of your foot care!

Avoid this place at all costs! From the dirty instruments to the rude lady who did not pedicure, it was a horrendous experience. The polish is so old and outdated. I left with polish on my foot and hands. The lady was rude and was very quick on my pedicure. It is the nastiest salon Ive ever been to.

I would never recommend this place. Utensils were dirty, work was sloppy, they took a ridiculous amount of time to finish my nails given they were playing musical chairs or something doing one thing for my nails then doing one thing for the other 3 people before finishing mine. Their stock is limited and their polish is cheap. The polish color quickly faded, chipped, and one nail broke! To the person that walked out due to the long wait, be grateful you didn’t waste your money here.

This is our nail place! Both my mom and I wont go anywhere else. Previous to finding Nail Time, everywhere I went, my gel polish would chip off in a week. Sometimes even days. At Nail Time, my gel polish will last longer than the 2 week expectation. Super friendly! And I love that it is small family owned business.

First time customer and a great experience. My nails look absolutely beautiful. Nail tech took her time and made sure my nails were perfect. Will return.

I have been using nail time for close to a decade. Obviously I love them! This is a family owned and run business and they are very very good! The prices are very reasonable and they are so friendly! I have grown so close to them over the years and ibe noticed they are close to several customers. Im a diabetic and shes the only person I will let clip my toes and she takes care of my ingrown toenails! I live in Rockport now so I dont get to go as often as I need to or I wouldnt even have an issue w my toe nails for her to have to fix!! In my opinion the best nail salon around!

Worst costumer service Ive ever experienced I was shuffled around just for a manicure an mothers day my mothers pedi was the worst experience an it was just me an her n there no music no tv just 3 operator s shuffling us around wth no nice attitude!!!! Im reporting them to the BBB!!!!

Typical Asian nail salon. I wouldnt not recommend this place, but keep your expectations low. Really low. My $18 (with tip) manicure was sloppy and chipped after only three days (and I wasnt even working on those days, just lounging around the house). There were also only two women working on a Saturday morning and at one point, all 6 of their pedicure chairs were full, and 2 of their manicure chairs. Everyone sitting around...waiting...
