The service that was given Not What I wanted I specifically gave him a picture of how I wanted my nails and he do the complete opposite My nails. All my nails are too thick and crooked.

The guy is so much in a hurry. Didnt like my pedicure for nothing. I wont come here ever again.

Nice people....had a hard time with the polish. they were out of 3 of the polishes I had picked out. But a nice job.

Last time I was there, they highly recommend, making an appt. Today, I called and they would not set an appt for Thursday (today is Sunday) My question is why? Im trying to make an appt for my mom who is 74 and with all this coronavirus stuff, I dont want her, waiting for hours. Now, ill just take her, somewhere else....

Never going again didnt get what I wanted

I went in for a full setand asked for long nails almond shaped and walked out with the worst nails Ive ever had done in my life.Theyre super short amost nothing to them, theyre not almond shaped at all, and theyre off center. I am very unhappy with my nails. When I told the man I didnt like them he told me I would still have to pay for them even though we werent even to the halfway point

Came in for eyebrow and lip wax, should’ve gone elsewhere. No wait, hardly any customers, but not very friendly. The lady who did mine was already working on nails with another customer, left her to do my wax, was very quick with me. When I got to my car, I should’ve looked closer in the mirror. My lip had a couple of spots missing. Not coming back.

I went on Sunday around 2:00pm and there was a wait for a bit. I got a pedicure, nail fix and fill with gel polish on both hands and feet and paid $70 which is good cause usually I pay $110 in Odessa. I had my hands done by tony and he was a little rough with the sand machine but he did a great job on my coffin shape and polish. Everyone was nice and considerate. The place was clean and organized.

Very polite people, even though I wasnt a customer but I accompanied one. I was still treated with respect as if I was.thankyou.

Called before I went in and was in a chair right when I walked in! Nails are beautiful and designs are very cost efficient, spent $35 on a full set with shellac and 2 flower designs. Will definitely be going back Kim did an amazing job and was so gentle on my nails!

Went in today to get a polish change & SNS at 5:30, the sign says theyre open until 6. Since its close to closing time they refused to do my request. 👎 do not say you accept customers until 6 in you refuse service.

My nails turned out nice, but they could be a little bit more friendly.

I called and checked prices, then 15 minutes later arrive at 6:45pm, only to be told they can’t take me. On their hours it says 8pm, and nothing about closing early when I called. Either they are discriminatory with who they service or hours mean nothing to them. I was given no explanation why they can’t do simple service( refill and shellac color). Never going there again.

I had eyelash extensions done by a lady named Kim she was so rude and did them uneven my bottom eyelashes got stuck to the top and she was pulling them apart. So i asked if she could take them off and give me my refund she refused. And I said I was gonna complain to the owner she said it didnt matter cause the owner is her cousin.plus they tried to bribe me by saying theyll give me my money back as long as I dont complain to the owner. Just please if I were you I wouldnt go. Horrible job/customer service.

Horrible customer service. Came in on a Friday waited an hour to be helped when told it would be 10 min. I called before to make sure too. Came back Sunday because my nails just came off all easy. He told me to come back later he couldnt help me

They filed my cuticals and made me bleed then when going over my nails with the tool she went to much and my nail started burning . They were making fun of me and very rude to me . I came in to get my own live nails covered and harden so they wouldnt break and he tried charging me 35$ just to do that. Not happy at all with this place and I wont be going back . I walked out of there crying . no need for that !!!!!!

Went in to relax and get a pedicure but ended up getting my heel and cuticle cut up. And not just a little scrape either. I couldn’t walk for 2 days.. not relaxing at all after that.. worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I walked in at 7:30pm on a Saturday because I had barely gotten off of work and they stated that they were closed. The open sign was still on and their doors were still open. The sign on their door states that they close at 8pm. If youre gonna close at 7:30 you should advertise that you close at 7:30 and not 8pm. Horrible customer service!
