Went in for a pedicure which was great! Then proceeded after that to have my nails done. My experience was HORRIBLE and also PAINFUL. The nail tech was filing my nails and filed my skin off twice! LITERALLY TOOK THE SKIN OFF!! Now I have to deal with the pain until it heals! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! All they did was give me a 5.00 discount.

We walked in randomly and were pleasantly surprised. The owner was very friendly and all the techs did a good job. Ive tried so many others, but couldnt find the one until now.

Had Classical Manicure done here yesterday and i really loved it. They are very nice and work very professionally. My pedicure service was awesome. My nails completed are very beautiful as well, all my friends liked it .

Only went cause Titan was too busy, workers are rude and incompetent. They don’t understand what simple shellac means, don’t have matching colors for shellac or sns. So rude, overpriced and don’t even have nice colors. Don’t know how to shape nails, will never ever go back. If you want a good nail salon go to Titan.

I’ve gone on multiple occasions and they treat you differently with how much you’re willing to spend.Every single time I have said no to shellac they do a half of a job on my pedicure. We paid for the $75.00 pedicure (it was ruched and the whole time the bullied us into getting it after saying no 5 times)I went a few weeks ago was treated to a pedi got shellac and it peeled within a week so when I went back yesterday we said no (we don’t like it) they didn’t even touch the bottoms of our feet. How much you are willing to spend is how much they are willing to help you and that’s just not fair. Also since they rush you get cut, burned and a bad paint job. I just feel like I try time and time again to enjoy this place but they are just rude and rush their job. My toes HURT and it doesn’t even feel like I got a pedicure. ☹️

The place was nice and clean but My Nail Tech made my new acrylic set look like it was 2 weeks overgrown she made no attempt to push back my cuticles or cover my entire nail.

I was upset and bummed that my nail had broke after about a week and a half. I didn’t hit it or anything it just fell off. Well today I went in to get in redone, the receptionist and nail tech were so kind. Their great customer service made me feel better. They fixed it with no hesitation. Most nail places you go to blame you and make you pay. Overall great vibes here

First time being here. Told the front desk lady I wanted my old set off and wanted SNS on my natural nail. Went to sit down and explained what I wanted to the guy and he start clipping off my natural nails!!! I was frustrated at this point and wanted to leave the guy stormed off talking bad about me. I’m not one to make a scene or act any kinda way…was completely upset with the service I got today! Never going back again

I just moved back to Corpus and have tried majority of the salons and havent found anyone that does them like my nail tech back in NB. So I called my nail guy of 8 years asked for a reference and he gave me I called a referral to this location using Vicki (his cousin) . I read all the reviews and was VERY hesitant to go to this place. I decided well I will go and if they dont do amazing I will go back to my guy in NB and have him fix them.. WELL I was completely surprised - vicki was amazing. I did the SNS Dip, everything was clean, masks on, you could smell the cleaner (which was GREAT ) and wiped down everything b/t customers. Dont just read all the bad, always give someone benefit of the doubt. Nails are amazing and scheduled appt for my next visit!

I absolutely love Impression Nails and have been going there for 4 years. They are always professional and give the best service. They are kind to all of their customers and make sure the experience is enjoyable. I don’t have to request anyone because everyone there does an amazing job, but if you’re wanting to request someone I would suggest Tina, Johnny or Eric. All are so kind and always make my nails look great!

Went and got a manicure shellac set it hadn’t even been 24hrs only a few hours and 2 nails already popped off 🤦🏻‍♀️ How embarrassing supposed to get fixed but just learned I will not be returning anymore because I will not pay for someone’s mistake . SMH

Has only been a week and two nails have popped off on two different occasions. They werent hit or snagged or anything to just pop off but they did. They are so thin. No stability.

I specifically showed amy a picture of what was wanted and they gave me the complete opposite. Then lynn tried to fix it but just made it worse. They wouldn’t give me a refund or just start over. Worst service ever

I literally hate my nails.. I have a nail place but it was further than I wanted to drive so I came to Impression cause it honestly looks super nice. When you walk in, the ambiance is super modern and luxurious and even the receptionist was super nice... but once I sat down it was a whole other story.. the tech hardly spoke to me, didn’t listen to what I wanted (literally asked for short French tip), and finished in like 20 min.. my nails came out pointy square when I asked for round square and I honestly look as if my hands had toe thumbs (no I don’t have toe thumbs).. I wouldn’t come back at all.. when she asked at the end if I liked, I just paid and said no. Most likely will have these removed this weekend and redo. At least it was cheap... cause I normally am willing to pay wayyyyy more

The lady that did my nails, was in a hurry, she was being so rough. She seemed annoyed with me. I didn’t even say anything to make her be so rude to me. She kept getting mad at me for not relaxing my hands, but how can you relax when she’s being so rough? She kept talking to the worker next to her and I know they were talking about me. After working 10 days straight all wanted was to do something nice for myself. I never coming back again. And I will make sure to tell the people I know about their poor service.

Refused to give my daughter a refund after a set that was awful so the manager attempted to fix them my daughter was there 3 hours, and charged her 130$ for a set that was bad!

Very relaxing atmosphere, ur able to have a drink from their list.. whether wine, soda or water choice us urs .. like all locations their is always 1 or 2 if the tech that just wanna rush through your time.. but for the ones that actually take their time and and give u the right service makes you wanna return.. and this is why I do.. All thought my nails came out okay. The service was horrible. The guy doing my nails literally filed on my skin down and made me bleed. Also, went to deep on taking my extra skin off my fingers nails. I won’t be going back. Finally, I asked for short/mid length Coffin shape nail. He try to tell me that he couldn’t do that. It had to be long nails. I’ve had this type of nail before he was jus trying to get more money outta me.

Impression Nails & Spa is one of my favorite nail salons. The staff massage you for a long time and really clean your nails! She is so friendly and they have a wide selection of colors. Super sterile and a huge selection of nail polish colors. Youll be so happy with the end-product, service.

I’m not normally one to complain buuut this was terrible. I showed the man who did my nails a photo of exactly what I wanted 3 times and they turned out nothing like what I asked for, I didn’t even end up with the color I chose. The SNS is thick, some are coffin shaped and some are just squared off. My previous color wasn’t fully removed and it can still be seen through the new color. The photo I showed him also had a design on it and that was just completely disregarded. Honestly I became frustrated with asking for things to be fixed so I just paid for it and won’t be returning.

Ive been here twice and both times were excellent. Once I enter the nail salon its very warm and inviting. They are meticulous and actually care about what they di other than just getting the job done to get paid. I can honestly say it was one of the most pleasant and relaxing experiences Ive ever had at a nail salon!! You wont regret going to them. They are awesome!

Just had a pedi done at Impressions. The man working on my feet was FaceTiming and talking on his phone the whole time. I’m all for multitasking, but his work wasn’t good and he seemed distracted the whole time. My feet didn’t get any massage, like not even touched. My legs got a massage but it was more of a gentle rubbing. Really disappointed in the service and won’t be back.

I have been going to this salon for a very long time. After yesterday NEVER AGAIN.I made an appointment the day before over the phone with the guy who usually does my nails only to arrive and find out that he was off. Instead of offering an apology I was pretty much ridiculed by the owner. Once I agreed to have my nails done with another nail tech I was handed a bundle of gel nail options with what seemed like the intention of it being thrown on the floor for me to pick up. I HAVE NEVER EVER FELT MORE UNCOMFORTABLE AT A NAIL SALON IN MY LIFE. I should have walked out but I didnt want to give her the satisfaction. Needless to say this place was my go to. Now I recommend that you not even bother.

Pretty bad at painting toenails lol. The guy cut my toenails with tweezers rather than actual nail clippers?? They came out extremely uneven. He was kinda nice but bad at pedicures. Also at the end, I saw him get the tools he used on my feet and wash them under the sink with hand soap. Never again! Literally just go anywhere else in Corpus.

I got a manicure and pedicure with Tina. They were both wonderful. Tina did such a great job. I will be back. I highly recommend Tina.

Used to be a regular customer but have not had time to treat myself. Had the time today and decided to go get a full set. Usually a great salon.... unfortunately not this time. Work was sloppy, very disappointed with the outcome and wanted to charge me more then what he said the total would be. The tech cut my finger while trying to flirt with the customer beside me.

All I can say is I love this nail salon! They did a good and thorough job really cleaning my cuticles. The prices are SO reasonable for the amazing quality. Won’t go anywhere else :)

Please hire a new receptionist! The one you have is very rude and she shouldnt be up there in front dealing with the customers. First impressions are made the minutea customer walks into your salon . I was not made to feel welcome AT ALL !! When asking about services she acted like she didnt have time to talk to me . Major loss of potential add on sales !!! The lady doing my nails cut me twice. Once on my lower finger, and once was a puncture down into my cuticle while she was cutting (way too low and into the nail) my nail with the cuticle clipper. She cut the nail so thick and low. Maybe if she wasnt rushing like a maniac and being so rough to begin with, this would not have happened. When i tried to look at my little wound, she kept grabbing my hand back, it was so rude. I had to ask her to please spray it with alcohol to at least sanitize it. the lady from the front desk, who is incredibly rude by the way, came by and said, dont worry, well file it for you. What the did that mean? how do you file a cut and the fact that you took off too much of the nail in both directions. It still hurts and is a little hangnail because it had to be left as it was not supposed to come off in the first place and is too low down. Also, the lady kept digging her own, bare, natural, jagged, longish thumb nail down into my cuticles so, so hard when cleaning polish out of the cuticles, it hurt so much. Will never go back to this place again. I am worried about my wound, especially because I didnt see where she got the cuticle nipper from! Did she take it out of a sanitization pack? I dont know, if she did it was not in front of me. She also was putting way to much pressure on my nail while using the electric file arbor band and now my nails are paper-thin. Terrible.

I am so disappointed! Went there for the first time this Sunday to get a Mani Pedi. She did an alright job but one day later my left toe started to swell up, hurt and is totally infected! It so painful! They don’t sterilize their equipment obviously or I wouldn’t have a bacterial infection with a throbbing swollen toe! Spend over 100 dollars today in Antibiotics and ointment and to see a Doc!

Ive been coming here a year and half and there are a few nail techs that have serviced me that were great( tu, peter and a few others) today i went in to treat myself for bday. I am so disappointed and the customer service I received. First and foremost I suggested i do my pedi first so i could soak off my nails first well management suggested i do my nails first i went ahead and Lily ripped my nails off without any consideration leaving my hands and nails tender. Then i showed her a picture of rhinestone on fingers and she (lily) quoted me $8 once it was time to put the stones and complete lily said it would be $10 then 20secs later $15 for both hands. Mind you i didnt change a thing. Once completed she took her pad and started adding and told me it was gonna be $75..... i asked her why the price jump of $60? She said she charges for shape of nails, length of nails and the fact that she had to take off the others . I explained that my nails had never been that expensive and i get same shape/length all the time. She looked at me dumbfounded and went on. Once i. Sat in pedi chair Ruby the receptionist who is soooo understanding i showed her on the price sheet it says 15 rhinestones for $3 but i also told Ruby i wasnt in the mood to argue. Ruby brought it up to manager lyn and instead of trying to fix situation they started speaking in their lingo and loud. I simply wantws to put it out there cause i fell as though they ate taking advantage and just making their own prices as they go. Lyn the manager said “no way 15 rhinestone$3 mind you it says that on their own price sheet. I told Ruby no sense in arguing as thy dont correct anything and in their opinion they are right. I sat in pedi char listening to them speak in there lingo. Knowing they are talking about you and the situation. It is so frustrating when the manager/owners dont care to do anything at all. They simply want your money they do provide a service however you cannot question without them getting offended you see if they gather around and they’re all looking back at you talking in Vietnamese and that is OK there’s never any kind of consideration to assist and help the customer apparently the manager is the owner so there’s really no You can try to address the problem because they all arrive together in the same vehicle they’re all friends and so it’s pretty much O well. Over the lack of Customer service they lost a customer who didn’t mind paying for the services not only did they make me feel like I was not smart It was like they made fun of it I don’t understand why the charges went up within a matter of 20 seconds my nails were $75 and the prices on their prices brochure it doesn’t matter what it says because they make the prices and there’s nothing anybody can do about it so it is a very nice place there is hardly ever a wait however their customer service is not good and if you complain about it you feel as though you’re being embarrassed taunted and so on so I personally would think long and hard there are so many choices here in corpus Christi elite nails amazing in the Kohl’s shopping center and they actually do care About their customers also you can go to artistic nails it’s just a shame and I decided that I was going to put it out there because I had had enough of it thank you guys for listening to my rant******** i recently moved to Titan Nail Bar !! OMG they are amazing! They treat every single customer first class and they take their time on addition to they never make you feel belittled when speaking in another language. Everyone should try this place at-least once AMAZING especially NISA and LYN **************

Huge salon with plenty of chairs for pedicures. It did seem rushed but the lady still did a good job. It was a $40 pedicure which included paraffin wax and hot stone massage.

So I came here with my bridesmaids obviously to get our nails & toes done for my wedding which was in 2 days. The only reason I came here was cause my nail tech that I normally go to left out of town for on an emergency. I had been here before once, so I felt okay coming here. Well I go & they start my pedicure. Well the guys doing my pedicure was like rushing through. My toes came out great so didn’t make a fuss. Then he starts doing my nails. I told him I wanted sns & he insisted on shellac, again told him sns & again he said shellac. I said fine whatever. Well again he’s rushing through & I had showed him a picture of what I wanted. He kept like poking at my hand when he needed to switch hands. Then when he did my nails & put them under the drying machine. I had accidentally moved my hand & he literally grabbed my arm & put it back in the machine, started yelling at me telling me to keep my hand in the machine. I just got up & said that I was done with him. These other 2 ladies that had just finished walked out with me, saying that he is always like that & he’s very rude & they witnessed the whole thing. I’m here trying to enjoy girl time with my wedding party, getting my nails done for my wedding day & I experienced this! Even my bridesmaid didn’t enjoy the experience here cause they too felt rushed. Also super over charge. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. & I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!! You want to get your nails done right for a great price, see Suri Or Eric at Chic Nails. Been going there for 9 years & ive never had a problem.

Service is terrible and the nail tech rushed through doing a full set days after they started lifting and one broke off when I came back to have them fixed they told me they would not do it unless I paid for a fill. They are rude and terrible do not come here. Paid $55.00 and they didn’t even last 7 days.

Made an appointment for an eyelash refill, when the receptionist asked what I was here for I told her about my appointment, she then proceeded to look confused. she had to ask someone if they wanted to do the refill. the lady doing my refill made it an uncomfortable experience; I felt a pinch in both inner eye corners and she got glue on my lower lashes. in addition to that, I left unhappy since my left eye came out uneven and you can see the glue, I cant even brush out the lashes..

Great place doesnt have a strong chemical smell like other places. Also the service staff is very friendly.

He cut me 4 times on my nails and cut me on my heel with the skin shaver thing, and I told him to keep my nails matte like 3 times and he still put gloss and there was black specs and glitter specs as if maybe someone else’s powders got in there so it’s not fully my close I choose but they Ended up looking pretty good and I was happy for the most part just the cuts and the specs and the matte sucked

I went in today to have my eyebrows waxed I need it badly been 3 months so needless to say they had plenty to clean up well I like them thin the lady messed them up aske her fix them she plucked here there said ok done I look again WHA THE HECK went too complain and pay Lady proceeds to say it was my eyebrows I been doin them probably longer than she’s had license calmly left after paying AND DID NOT TIP WILL NEVER RETURN EVER worst coustomer service ever and No I wasn’t trying to get it for nothing because I still paid 10$So I went to Romantic nails at mall and had them fix them and was happy to pay them and 100% better experience

The front desk woman here is as rude as can be. Rolls her eyes at you while you attempt to talk to her and continuously bats her eyelashes in boredom. Doesnt even matter if the service is decent, because no-one wants to be stuck somewhere for an 1 1/2 hrs and be disrespected over and over again.

Horrible place, Took my grandma for some R&R shes 85 years old, I told them full set and a pedicure. When it was time to check out I get a 95$ bill I ask why and im told because my grandma wanted solar and shellac, I said first of all I know my grandma didnt ask for that because she doesnt even know what it is and the lady has no business asking my grandma if she wants all this other stuff cause she doesnt even understand what your saying to her. The lady argued with the manager and I was told I had to pay for the work she did, I said the work she did was not what I asked. I paid the bill with no tip and told them I will never go back there again. Taking advantage of the elderly smh

Wow!!! This one of the worst experiences I have ever had.Sns Nails hurt me. Were to thick.Said to come back. I did . Was going to take another hr. I cant just wait for 2hours till you decide to get to me.I told them I was not going to pay .Then they were harrassing my 13 year old son. They young lady from the front desk startted recording me.Every employee came out. Horrible.Caused a huge scene. You said you would correct the problem. You did.It took 2 more hours of my time. She told me 3 seprate times my nails were done. They were not. There she goes again jerking and pulling my aching fingers. 😢wantted me to pay 45. DOLLRS Again. NO! SORRY I WAS STILL NOT SATISFIED.
