I took my daughter here to get her nails done and her eyebrows and lip wax for her senior pictures. Her nails were okay other than a spot that stuck-up out of the Polish. But I would not recommend this place for waxing ever. The wax was too hot and the lady put the cloth over the wax and let it sit there too long. When she pulled the wax strip off not only did the hair come off but so did the top layer of my daughters skin. I had to take her to the doctor the next day to get some burn cream for her to put on it. Now she has to wait until her lip heals to take her senior pictures. She told me that it burns after she got it done and it was red but I didnt realize the severity of it while I was at the shop. Had I had known then I definitely would have said something. So I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have come here every month for years now! This is by far my favorite nail place in town. I always know I’m going to leave there with a well done set of nails. The entire team does an excellent job.

This was by far the worst pedicure I have ever had! I told her my water was too cold and she just added hot water and even after me telling her to let some of the water out and then add the hot water she didnt. After polishing my toes she told me she was done and my feet were dry and ashy. I was told they dont putlotion on after. This was by far the worst experience I ever had at a nail shop!!!

Love this place. Love the people. I took my sister to get her nails done. Could never be disappointed with the work they do

Terrible Place!! They didn’t even ask what shape I wanted my nails. As well as when they were done painting my nails they told me to sit there and wait for the to air dry and then time me to leave with semi wet nails that instantly got ruined while paying. Don’t ever come here if you want good nails periodt.

Horrible experience. I do not recommend. The girl proceeded to polish the nail w/ out having me wash them .. Started painting polish on them w/ nail dust all over them. Terrible polish job and 3 days later one of the nails broke! Not worth $40!!

RUDE AND MEAN owner. I do not recommend them. No star. Bad experience. Out for money rather than Customer. So rude he told me if I wasnt happy to go somewhere else. Who does That?

I have been a customer here for four years now. The customer service varies here. Usually I get simple shellac on my real nails and that’s it. Yesterday was my worst experience, and decided not to return ever again. They were not busy at all 4 workers were sitting infact! The girl filed and buffed my nails and started to paint my nails while nail dust was all over my nails and hands! She put the wrong color! On top of that I was so uncomfortable!!! A worker came and sat sooo close to me, staring hard at me and my nails being pained and talking non stop to the lady taking care of me. They wouldn’t appreciate if I treated them so, as customers!!!!*****Horrible customer service!*******

I specifically said that I wanted pointed stiletto nails at the beginning of my appointment, then when my technician filed a nearly finished nail into a square shape, I asked again for stiletto nails. She said that (my newly fake and extended) nails were too short, and finished filing the rest of my nails into a square shape.

Im originally from San Antonio and there are so many amazing nail places there so now living in Corpus Ive been to several places trying to find an awesome place that isnt crazy expensive to get my nails done....Ive been to this place before and theyve been OK not exciting some techs are OK and nice where others are unprofessional and rude....every time Ive gone they change something with pricing....either wanting to charge more because of one extra color on one nail or now today I just asked to have them shapped a little different and they are telling me its going to be a $10 dollar extra fee just to shape different....Im sorry they are becoming a complete rip off and its very sad....I guess Ill just have to wait till I go to San Antonio to get them done at least know I know they wont rip me off there

Very poor service! Rude! Worse is when you ask a question and you know they are talking about you, made me feel very uncomfortable.

The first day I went they did a great job so i decided to go back and on that day they decided to close early and did my nails real quick and sloppy
