The place was so classy and I loved the scenery. I had acrylics done which came out great, but unfortunately I thought I could go with longer than usual nails and jammed my finger at home. I contacted the business through Facebook Messenger, in which I got a response immediately, saying they would shorten them at no cost. Amy, the manager, helped me this time and was extremely kind and quick! I love my nails. The atmosphere is so welcoming. You get what you pay for, I paid $46; totally worth it.

My family and I always come here for pedicures. Affordable and pleasant experience. Have done SNS nails here twice as well. And if anything happens to your manicure within a week of service they fix for free!

They are very professional and kind there, i really enjoy my experience every time i go.

In all honesty, I’m not impressed at all. They’re bulky on the sides, he shaped them lopsided and my polish has bubble spots. Most likely won’t be going back!! It’s very displeasing to spend $45 on nails and have to go somewhere else to get them fixed.

Ive been coming here for over 2 years and the service and quality have fallen. In the 2 visits Ive had in the last month have been bad.The technicians rush through pedicures and do a poor job of trimming and shaping nails. Ive had to ask them to retrim my toenails after theyve been cut so crooked they looked like back- and forwardslashes. Ive had my cuticles cut to the point where some of my toes are sore the next day. Yesterday, the technician left wax on the bottoms of my feet which ended up in my shoes.I know I couldnt deal with peoples feet in my face all day so I make it a point to be nice and tip generously. However, for $65 for service and a tip, I expect better. Currently scouring reviews for a new shop.

I love Elegant Nails! My favorite is Ms. Nina!! She’s so amazing at doing nails. I went in wanting Christmas Nails, I showed her an idea of what I wanted and she made it her own and even better than what I wanted. She did an amazing job and I’m in love with my nails.

They are normally very very good, but the last time I went there and got rhinestones on all my fingers, Ive been back 4 times to have them re-glued on. I have to go back again today to get four fingers reglued. Its only been a week and a half and I paid a lot of money for my nails and pedicure. I have an office job so Im not rough with my hands. The Rhinestone should not just be falling off as they are now, its ridiculous. I need some money back or discount for next time. Manager let me know!

I would give this place a 5 star but there were three guys walking around with out masked and especially with this pandemic going on we need everyone to participate in wearing masks including owners and the guys, all the girls were wearing masks and did a great job but if we want for this pandemic to go away we need everyone to participate. 👎

He takes his time with each nail and does the absolute best at making them even. I’ve always had thick nails but Jordan keeps them thin enough that they don’t break. Love this nail salon

I love getting my feet done and this was my worst experience, and normally i tip but this time i did not. The price wasnt worth of what i got, she didnt clean under my nails or clip what could cause an ingrown, she didnt do a good job scrubbing the calluses.the water was scorching hot, you could see the line of my normal skin color and the redness.

The best pedicures I have ever received. Ive been to this salon for over 5 years. The quality is great across the board and surprisingly consistent among all the nail technicians. I never gone anywhere else since.

I chose to come here because of an awesome first experience. I paid for a manicure with SNS and this is what I got. Lumpy, over-stacked powder that wasn’t sanded down evenly and left my nails chunky and ugly. She didn’t touch my cuticles, she didn’t clean up at all before or after. She left a bunch of powder all around my fingernails and under them. I had to ask multiple times before she cleaned under my nails. And she over-shortened some of my nails. I’m EXTREMELY upset and am immediately going somewhere else to fix this. I paid $60 for manicure with Sns and just color on my toenails. I’m devastated. It looks awful.

They have great customer service... my nails usually come out good and everything is perfect although this time my nails did have some details I messaged them saying if I could go and get that fixed and they were very nice about it and I just love they are nice and take the time to reply with great manners .. I would by no means change nail salon

Amazing staff and amazing nails

I had the aloe pedicure with Nina and she was AMAZING. I was seated right away and she made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. The pedicure itself was so relaxing and refreshing. The environment was clean, and all the tools used came in a SEALED package and were CLEAN and Sanitized. Everyone was also wearing masks and hand sanitizer was available. I will definitely be going back and will request to have Nina again.

I came here for a very quick shellac polish on my way out of town. I usually do my own nails because Im very picky about details but was in a pinch this day. The woman who worked on me was very diligent and meticulous in applying the polish. She applied several coats to insure a good color and consistency. The store itself is very clean and relaxing. Ill be returning!Update: I returned about eight weeks later for a full set in a French ombré style for a wedding. Philip was my technician, the nails that he did for me came out amazing. Perfect fade and diligent application. I was very impressed and will absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great experience.

I only came here once but I absolutely loved it! Reasonable prices & great service. I got my full set done by Phillip! It was a solar powder acrylic, & a week later they still look great! then I got the detox pedicure. I love the aromatherapy they had. The place is very welcoming, friendly, reasonable, & clean with very nice employees!!

I always see Nancy, she is always so sweet, quick, and professional. Yesterday, I was so embarrassed and appalled at the way an employee yelled at me.I walked in and requested a quick 10 second fix, seriously 10 seconds. The back of my nail was lifting a bit and I just wanted some glue; temporary fix until my fill on Friday. The lady asked what I needed, I looked for Nancy and she wasn’t there. ☹️ I told her I just a little glue. No nail fix just glue. She told me to sit down, no problem. 5 mins go by, 10 mins....finally I see a man sitting at his cubicle. I stand up and look to see nobody in front of him. I went back to the lady who greeted me and asked if he can just put glue really quick please. She completely ignored me, didn’t even lift her head, and started talking in her language. Another employee stood up and yelled, no joke yelled, “What you think, you think you’re the only person! You think you come before everybody else!” I was in shock!!! I just said, “Oh WOW!” and walked out. As an office manager who deals with customer service, honestly I was not expecting special treatment but to get a customer in and out and on to the next would have been my professional decision. I had been going there every 2 weeks faithfully along with pedicures for months. I will NEVER go back and I will miss Nancy.Post Script: The response from Elegant nails is untrue. The employee did NOT have to tell me twice to wait because I never approached her, until I saw a man available. Seriously it was just glue, I didn’t even have to sit down. Oh AND everyone in there knew she was yelling. Please don’t use music and mask as an excuse.

This is the ONLY place I’ve come to for three years. The staff is always so kind and courteous. The atmosphere is calm and beautiful. Meena and Amy did such a wonderful job on my nails for graduation. I truly couldn’t be happier with how well they turned out!! 15/10 would DEFINITELY recommend.

I recently went here and they do such a poorly job. My nails came out so bad and for each small rhinestone they charge $6 ridiculous. Then the lady didn’t ask if I wanted regular nail polish or shellac. She did shellac and wanted to charge me for it. My pedi came out so expensive due to 5 little rhinestones. Won’t be returning EVER.

My first time trying out this nail salon and Tina did such an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure. I’m new to Corpus and have tried a few different places & this one so far has done a good job! I wasn’t pleased with my eyebrow wax which was done by someone else. Wax was too hot when she put it on and now my eyelids have burn marks on them and they hurt so much. I will probably go back for mani’s & pedi’s but I will stay away from waxing.

It was ok. Too packed for a social distancing. The wait was long and the inspector showed up and half the employees walked out the back door.

Got in the chair quick and out of it quicker, had to file my nails when I got to my vehicle because they were not straight and the tops of my nails were barely smoothed down so they are waves and my gel polish has dots all in it. Would not recommend at all.

Went to elegant nails on Friday with my mil. I got a $55.00 pedicure with an extra 15 minute massage which turned out to be only a 5 minute massage. My mil got a pedicure and full set of acrylics. Its only been 3 days and her toe polish is chipping and one of her acrylic nails popped off like it was a stick on nail from Walmart. For how many stars and good reviews it has Im extremely dissatisfied that we spent all that money for our stuff to not last and get what we paid for.However, they were able to extend my moms fill and gave us a discount coupon and gift card for $25 which I thought was very nice and professional of them!

First time in in years I had to find a new place to try. After reading many reviews, I picked this place. Phillip did a great job, worked with my quirks patiently, and took his time. The manager was very attentive and the margaritas delicious. The only reason I took off a star was although the tools used on me were sterilized, plastic ring used in tub, and clean towels applied, there was a thick layer of acrylic nail/skin(?) dust coating everything...lamps, jars, fans, tables, UV dome. Nail polish stains every where. The table I was at even had a couple of nail clippings that werent from me, but thankfully the clean towel laid out kept me from touching anything if I kept still. My old place never kept anything out, the tables held everything in drawers and after use wiped down in between customers then put away again. Took maybe 30 seconds. Somehow they even managed to keep the stains to a minimum too. Today wasnt busy, in fact a tech commented it had been slow all week, so I would think it would have been cleaner. The techs that didnt have customers were on their phones lounging in the massage chairs instead of tending to their stations. I walked out with great nails but dust (hopefully just mine) all over me.Overall, friendly service, great nails, tools used on me were clean, so Im going to try it again and maybe update my review.

So far I have been here twice. My first visit was for a pedicure. I chose the detox pedicure and ended up getting the best pedicure of my life. Ive been all over the country and have never been treating this well in some of the nicest salons of Los Angeles. The girl who did the pedi was sweet and nice to talk to. She did a wonderful job and I felt great when I left. The second visit was just a few days ago. I came in to get a fill and to have them fix the mess that was my new full set of acrylic that someone else attempted and failed at. The manager ended up taking very good care of fixing the acrylic and doing a good fill and gel polish. They look great and I feel much better about them. She was also very nice and easy to talk to. Its hard to find a place that understands what you are asking them to do, so it was a refreshing experience. The place is large and open which make it feel comfortable and clean. Its not overly cold or warm. Doesnt smell like offensive chemicals and has a great atmosphere. The amount of polish to choose from is amazing as well. I cant tell you how happy I am to have found this place and I will definitely be coming back again and again and making sure to bring my friends with me!

They have good color options but i literally sat for 25 minutes soaking my hands and not spoke a word to anyone. My nail tech never once checked on me and when she did she didnt speak a word to me. Now idc if they speak English but could you at least TRY and make the experience MORE positively memorable? My elbows sat on granite counter top for the entire hour & was nvr asked if i was comfortable. I was told to sit down immediately after another customer had been sitting there. The cushion from the chair was as flat as cardboard. Now i couldve been THAT customer to complain right there but I had hoped someone wouldve said something for me, considering in paying for a service. Do better Elegant and stop treating everyone like a number($). 2 stars solely for the color options, i wont be back. My shape is good, but the painting and the sanding couldve been much much better.

First time here and very impressed. We had wedding spa day at this spa. They are the only spa in town that can host large groups. Staff is friendly and patient. Salon doesnt smell strong chemical as most nail salons. We all felt so comfortable and relaxed. Manager offered us 5 day guarantees for our nails. Best Deal Ever!!!

By far the best nails salon me and my wife have been to.

This is a very good spot for pampering yourself. Many choices of pedicures (they have 6 or 7 choices) and nail services. Ton of colors and 10 different kind of cocktail drinks which i love! This place is quite busy around 4,5 pm. So be patient its worth the wait. Friendly employees is also a plus. Check it out if you are in Corpus Christi.

Ive been to elegant twice before and never had a major issue. Today I went and had the worse service. First the price for simple acrylic nail says $26 I had to pay $28. Not a problem but they need to fix their pricing on the paper. Second, I showed my nail tech that she didnt clean under my nail so all the power was thick and ugly and she ignored it. Then when she was painting my nails I asked her for another coat and she said NO! She left the nail polish all lumpy and nasty and when I walk back in to show her she made this face like ugh really. I paid and left. Never again. This place has made me so upset.

A strongly recommended place to go for a professional and clean nail shop with a well trained staff that takes their time with service provided. Personally had an excellent, relaxed, and outstanding experience. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Gave it Five stars with no complaints.
