Brought my teen daughter in for a haircut. Showed the stylist a picture of exactly what she wanted, along with a discussion of what was wanted. The stylist cut my daughters hair way too short, above her ears which the picture did not show! Not to mention the 30 minute wait prior to the haircut even though we had an appointment.

I’ve gotten my hair done twice at Class Act Salon and Spa. The first time I went in was about 2 years ago and I had completely ruined my hair. The owner Brandy took care of me and completely transformed my hair! I was so happy to not have to walk around with the horrible mess I created. The second time I visited this place was recently. I normally dye my hair at home because I am to cheap to get my hair done professionally (I have a lot of hair). I went in and Michelle helped me. She walked me step through step on what she was going to do to my hair and she even let me know before she did something or applied something to my hair. I’m a nervous one, so she really eased my nerves by explaining the process and making me feel very comfortable. I was in the chair for almost 3 hours and we talked up a storm, I felt very relaxed and time passed by very quickly. She’s either magical or has super powers because she really surprised me when she finished with my hair color/cut/and stying. I knew it was going to be great, but I didn’t expect it to be so fantastic. I walked out of there with an unhealthy amount of confidence and couldn’t wait to show it off! I was trying to find a place last minute to get my hair trimmed. I saw they had great reviews online and they had an opening for today. I explained to my stylist that I had alot of anxiety when it comes to getting my hair cut. Michelle was extremely nice and talked me through techniques to keep my hair healthy. I absolutely loved how she cut and styled my hair! We ended up deciding to cut more than I initially intended but it was worth it. My hair looks so much better and manageable.

Absolutely yes, a 100 times yes! I was taken care of so well by the owner Brandy, she took the time to listen to what I wanted and told me straight up what she needed to do in order to fix my hair. The color and cut was exactly what I wanted and everyone there is so sweet! I don’t trust a lot of people with my hair and she made me feel comfortable like I was one of her friends. This was my first visit and I’m already excited to plan my next visit with her!

Super dope! Brandy took my hair from a dark brown to a bright blue and styled me right with a slicked up pompadour type fade. I really dig it and so worth it for the time and effort in getting my lid right and not ruining my bathroom or hair trying to do this on my own...again.

I just spent almost $300 to get a hair color that I did not ask for. The cost was not discussed and it was clear that the stylist knew she messed it up. I asked for the managers name and they refused to give it to me.

My wife and I had an event to attend that was black tie gala. I needed to get a fresh shave and my wife needed color and styling. I don’t know much about make up but she looked radiant and the combination of highlights and color just transformed my wife who was already beautiful into a star. My experience at class act was exceptional and by gauging my wife’s happiness with her looks and how she was treated did set the stage for a wonderful evening.Thanks Class Act for making my wife and myself feel amazing and look even better.We love you!

Brandy is the most knowledgeable cosmetologist I’ve ever gone to! The atmosphere was laid back and comfortable! I would recommend this place and will definitely be going back for future appointments!

Honestly probably won’t ever go back again. Brandy completely butchered my hair. And I’m afraid to go back and get it fixed by the same business who messed it up in the first place. Because in the previous comments everyone else who went back were still very unsatisfied. She cut majority of my hair because I trusted her. When I was in the salon. It seemed like brandy wasn’t exactly focused on my hair. Seeing her going everywhere around the salon to help other customers at the same time. As a hair dresser. You should work on 1 customer at a time. I had 2 people cut my hair. Brandy gave me good advice though. Thanks for that. Although, I tried to convince myself I like my cut. But I just can’t. I called back telling them it looked really uneven. They said they will talk to brandy because she’s off on Sundays and leaves early and will call me right back. It wasnt even Sunday. It was a Monday. And it took over a day for them to call me back. But I’m not going back. I thought about it. I’ll have to wait till my hair grows back a little more. And get it cut some other place. I feel like it is a bit over priced. Please if you’re wanting a different hair cut. Go somewhere else more reliable.

Not only do I get great service but I always feel so welcome there by everyone.

I was lucky enough to have Paige do my color and cut today and she did an amazing job. She made sure to explain everything she was doing as I was needing to cover the auburn on the ends of my hair & cover the grey on my roots. She walked me through every step of what she was doing so I knew what to expect. She also made sure to ask me what type of undertones I typically prefer in my hair to make sure I was pleased with the end product. My experience is always pleasurable. I get a really good shampooing and scrub,along with moisturizing and then braiding. My stylist Kat has a cheerful and funny attitude that makes it worth taking a minute out of the day to spruce myself up. Great salon. Oh and shears are sharper than scissors.

Being that it was my first time going to this salon it was an awesome experience. Brandy was my hair stylist, we discussed my hair and that I wanted something different then what I have had for over 10 years. She walked me through everything she was doing to my hair. She dyed it back to my natural color then she did honey highlights, cut and styled my hair. By the time she was done I was looking in the mirror saying to myself is this me. It was completely different and it came out so beautiful. Believe me I wanted something different and Brandy definitely helped me with that. She was amazing and very professional. I will most definitely refer my friends to go here. And everyone I met there was very friendly and told me about the different services they offer also. When I got home my husband was let me see it. I walked over to show him and he said turn around let me see all of it. So I did and I asked what he thought he said that he loves it and that he didnt think I was ever going to change my hair cause in the 10 years we have been together I never had it changed. Every two weeks I get the pleasure of getting my nails done by Jayme. Not only is she a great conversationalist she is a master natural nail tech. No machines all by hand. I have been going here for years and it’s been an amazing experience. When I first went in I had brown hair and I wanted it bleach blond and it came out amazing! They have never been anything but nice, they do a wonderful job and the atmosphere is always so lively and fun! I had the stylist Maggie who was very sweet. However, there was a lady with black lipstick at the front desk that was completely awful to me when I checked out. We agreed on discounted hair cut because I didn’t need my hair blow dried and styled after the cut - we even signed a document for the cut and color and I agreed to the price $68 total. Maggie said since I was leaving my hair wet so could do some French braids. I said okay and when we went to the front to check out Maggie told black lipstick lady the price agreed was $68 and she left. The lady then has someone try to sell me shampoo that I didn’t want or ask for. After I refused she decided to tack on $15 for the braid that took 2 min. I told her I was not informed that that was going to be extra and I wouldn’t have had it done if so. She didn’t care and didn’t say anything. I paid anyways just to get out of there - it was a very hostile atmosphere at this point.And on top of that when my hair dried it was red - and I asked for purple. They took a long time in the back and couldn’t seem to find the purple and improvised without my knowledge I guess. On top of that the bottom half of my hair wasn’t colored at all - it’s still the same color it was before I went in. I left the stylist a tip because she was really nice but I have to say it was a huge waste of time and money.Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

This was my first time here and I was a walk in. They did a great job! I had an all over color to cover up highlights, and Paige mixed up a great cocktail to help me look human again. :) My mother also got her hair done and loved it! I also got waxing done and the girl did a good job. The staff is nice, friendly and great to talk to. These ladies went above and beyond their job, and I will definitely be back.

I have never had more fun while getting a haircut. As soon as I walk in, I am literally greeted by every single person working in the salon, from the owner to the last stylist in the back at the shampoo bowls. There are several things that I feel most people look for in a great salon, and Class Act Salon checks all the boxes for me. It is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, the energy in the place is fun (yet relaxing at the same time), the stylists are masters of their craft, and they offer every service imaginable for a one-stop shop experience. Paige always does a wonderful job on my hair. It’s usually impossible for me to verbally express to a stylist how I want my hair to look, but her instincts are on-point and it always comes out looking exactly how I wanted. The owner (Brandy) is extremely in tune with what is going on in her salon and she does an excellent job at communicating with everyone who comes in for services. It’s nice to go to a salon where you can genuinely feel at home, and Class Act Salon is the place to go if that’s the kind of environment you’re looking for. Also, the receptionist staff are outstanding. Chelaine always makes my experience more enjoyable. I will definitely be a “regular” at this salon.

I went in to get my hair colored purple. I didnt want full color, more of an ombre effect underneath of purple and Iris Rivera knew exactly what I meant and did and amazing job! I love my hair. Poor service, the hairstyles burnt the ends of my hair trying to do big curls on the ends. The owner gave small conditioners to do on my own at home and spoke to me like somehow it had been my fault. When I had my makeup done they didnt even have me wash my face or give me a face wipe to clean my face before we started. Never going back. Do Not Go You Will Regret It!

This place came highly recommended after my previous stylist retired and I was in need of finding another. After a bit of a misfire from another stylist, Brandy was my stylist today and, given what she had to work with (the harsh nature of my job on my hair, my lack of knowledge on caring for it, and the mishap atop all that), to say she worked a miracle would be an understatement. Not only does my hair look gorgeous, but on top of the sheer joy it was to be there, she thoroughly explained everything she was doing, WHY my hair was in the state it was in, and what I needed to do in between visits to maintain whats been done...Im actually looking forward to my next visit n_n. I went to this salon before my engagement pictures for a trim and styling. I wanted softer/bigger curls and ended up getting tight ringlets due to a prior engagement we had to leave once it was finished. It just-so-happened to rain that night and the curls fell. I decided to straighten my hair for the pictures instead, and was so glad I did.One side of my hair was significantly shorter than the other. On top of that there were jagged layers on one side that did not match the other. At all.I went back to the salon and was shocked when I found out that the person who had cut my hair originally was the manger. While one of her other employees was fixing my hair I was told, Sorry thats just the way she is. Sometimes she doesnt may attention. Excuse me? I spent over a hundred dollars for not paying attention and terrible 1999 quince curls?I went home to go over my hair once again with the straightener before pictures and found it was still uneven. I ended up curling and making due since I did not have any time to get it corrected. Again.When I emailed the manager she was unwilling to help. She offered me credit, but I informed her that I was no longer comfortable with her, her staff, or their abilities. She then decided to bring my future father-in-law and fiancé into the conversation. Stating that they had been long time customers and that she did not understand what was going on.She has yet to respond to my emails. I have not received funds back. And I am now trying everything to grow my hair back to where it was for my wedding day.I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior, language, attitude, and all around customer service.***Brandy has gone on to text my father-in-law about the situation. He was not aware of it since it did not involve him. He did not pay for it and since he goes to the salon I did not want to speak ill of it to him. Completely unprofessional.Ive attached pictures of my hair and screenshots of the emails. And for clarification, by unprofessional language I mean bringing unnecessary individuals into the conversation and making me feel as if the error was my fault. I went to her salon for a correction and that was even incorrect. I was not going to go back. Again.

I felt we had some disagreements about a couple of past experiences, but after Brandymet with me today, to discuss these things, we were able to satisfactorily resolve our past differences.I wanted to take a minute to thank her for her time and professional attitude.

This place is a joke. My daughter went in for a balayage (her graduation gift) and came out looking like bleach was just placed on the bottom half of her hair. Something I couldve done myself. We paid $145!!! I came with her today (the day after) to get it fixed.The owner told the stylist to just tone it and curl it! Pffft! It needs to be re-done and CORRECTED! Then the owner was allowing another stylist to correct it but said it would be an additional $50! No maam! Its not my responsibility to pay another stylist to fix one of the others mistakes!! Its the business owners!!!She (the owner) did offer to fix it herself at no charge at HER convenience. Again, no maam! We paid to have it done correctly and want it CORRECTED. We paid the full quoted price originally so why would we be ok with paying more?!This place is ridiculous.

When we first went into the salon; the staff seemed really nice and like they cared. I took my 15 yr old to get her hair ombred from blue to purple. It took less than 2 hrs to do, when I picked her up, there was still brown streaks throughout her hair. You could still see the blonde around her face where they bleached her hair. And there were several large spots missed with color as we could still see the brown and blonde from the bleach. And only after 2 hair washes, exactly a week to the day of getting it done; the color was so faded. I paid $300 for this and it was such a disappointment. The owner, I believe Brandy or something like that; refused to give any kind of refund, even a partial refund. We had moved the very next day 7 hours away and she said to come back and shell re color it. 7 hrs away and she wants us to drive back down there. Doesnt matter if I work or my child is in school. Its unprofessional and just down right wrong. I took her to register and every single stylist there was in shock of how bad the color was put on her hair. Ended up paying another$100 for them to fix it and add black to cover the horrible blue color that was in different spots throughout her hair. If I could post pictures and SS, I would. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone. Ever!! Also, when I called to ask about what shampoo to use; I got exactly what they said to get for the ingredients and the owner tried to blame the botched coloring on us for washing her hair. She didnt even wash it for 3-4 days after and then maybe washed it twice and it was so faded and horrible. Also the stylists at Regis said that the little bit of alcohol in the shampoo is not what caused it to fade or to be patchy the way it was.

I had Christina cut my hair. I was very reluctant to cut my hair again because the lasts ones I had, different location with different people, werent to my liking. She talked with me through out the whole time asking me what I wanted, was this ok, and what she was going to do next. She made me feel totally comfortable and completely took care of my hair. Definately recommend going to her!

Way over priced. Charged 172 for color and cut. Didnt touch the front of my hair. Gaped.the back up. Looks like I let a 5 year old cut it. It doesnt fall.ir lay right. Put 6 foils in my hair and then a toner. Didnt even comdition it. Dont waste your money

Walked in and Vanessa did my hair. Very sweet,nice, funny lady. She was very patient with me and answered every question I had about my hair. Went from dark black to color along with a hair cut and she did a wonderful and an amazing job. I really recommend her to do anything. I will be going back for sure. Im glad i had her to do my hair. Will not go any where else just because i had her. I give her a 10 star if there was one👍

Took my daughter in today. She looks beautiful and the entire staff was so friendly and treated her like a queen. Will definitely be back.

Can’t say enough about massage therapist Renée Callaway!!! My back was really wrenched from working out and she was able to get out the toughest knot out that I have had for over a month!! She has a great ability to understand where she needs to put extra muscle into it and where she needs to use less pressure!! Go see her, you will not be sorry !!

Do not go here. I bought my daughter a package and it was terrible. The masseuse didnt understand English and hurt her back terribly. The spiral perm is fuzzy. They had her take her shirt off to put in the dryer due to them getting it soaked during the shampoo. Very disappointed....

I absolutely love Class Act. Before I visited this salon, I checked reviews on facebook and google, and although I read SOOOO many good reviews and a couple not-so-good reviews, I decided to give them a try. The ladies that made my appointment were extremely accommodating and worked with my schedule. When I arrived, I was greeted cheerfully by every single person in the building. My stylist, Brandy, who is also the owner, was very knowledgeable about what I wanted and knew right away what products to use. She walked me through the whole process so I was never wondering what she was doing or why she was doing it. I felt so at home there. She made my hair absolutely perfect. When I went to the front desk to pay, I was amazed at how reasonable their prices are for such high end products!!! They offered me take-home products, but never PUSHED me to buy anything else. I scheduled my next appointment 3 months in advance because I know I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done again. They also offer manicures and pedicures, extensions, perms, waxing, facials, electrolysis, teeth whitening, permanent make-up, tattoo removal, and massages!!! You name it, they do it! With such amazing customer service, and the ability to do it ALL in one place, why wouldnt you give them a try!? I DID, and im glad I did!!!!
