We had our most unpleasant experience at this place. We were very excited about having our first jet ski experience here. They called us and said our ski is ready. We went there and after they received the payment they said another ski which was rented to other people needs to be towed back to the shore so they have to take our ski to tow the broken one. We waited like 45 minutes for the ski to return. They did a very brief so-called training. We started our ride. After like 20 minutes the ski flipped when we had almost zero speed and a wave hit the ski from a side. We fell into the water and my girlfriend was scared to death. In 2-3 minutes one of their guys came and flipped the ski right. I started the ski and slowly rode back to the shore. When we got to the station, they said we damaged the ski by flipping it. They showed me the waiver form we signed (READ BEFORE YOU SIGN!) which has a section for damage penalty. I just wanted to get out of there and take care of my girlfriend as she was not okay (and they didnt bother themselves with going and asking her if she is okay or not). I paid penalty of $305 and got my ID back (let alone there was no refund for the remainder of our time). While we were there they were riding the ski and preparing it to rent to other people. I contacted their manager and he said we damaged it. I explained that we did not do anything crazy (no high speed, no sharp turn) and we did not have any speed when it flipped by a wave. His response implied that I’m lying by responding “sorry, jet skis don’t flip on their own”. I found his comment insulting and didnt further argue. Later, I did some research and found out that jet ski can easily flip when its speed is zero as it’s more stable when moving. I wish they would have told us as part of training. The manager told me rules are rules and you signed the waiver form; you have to pay it since you damaged the ski. How on the earth do you ride a damaged ski and rent it to other people. I am totally fine with paying for any damages I may have caused to your property. It was flipped due to a lack of proper training and based on what I saw it was rented out to another person. I may need to work on my jet ski riding skills, so does the manager on customer service skills.

Nice guys! Good boats. I wasn’t sure what to think about having a safety marshal out in the same area but it was actually really nice. I threw myself off in a very choppy sea. He came and blocked my boat from moving any further. That saved me a ton of time! This place appears to be the lowest cost in the area as well. $100 for an hour in the area is very fair!

My husband and I had a great time jet skiing for the first time. The staff were friendly and it was really easy to get set up. There’s a standard waiver form to sign, it’s cash only, and they hold on to your drivers licence. There isn’t a need to have a boating license to drive the jet ski, a drivers license is all you need.The girl on staff was doing her job well, and the other guy (Jose) was more laid back and napping when we came lol but he helped as needed.There’s a boundary to stay in with the jet ski (about 100 yards left to right) and you can’t go too far out (as long as you can see the staff on the beach). Which was fine for us since it was our first time. But probably the next time we’d want a little more freedom to explore.The rates were $60/30min and $100/1hr which was on the lower side that we saw when researching around.The jet ski was nice and PFDs were good also. Overall a good experience! Thanks for a great time!

Absolute blast everytime i come here! The staff is amazing and very helpful. The jet skis haul some serious butt and the dolphins came out to play with us!! Highly recommend doing youll be smiling the whole time!
