Great place to rent jet skis from. Staff was awesome and mike took my son out to jump some waves. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

They were extremely nice, had great options and the cabana was so worth it on a hot day! Would definitely recommend all they have. My son thought the sea do was so fun! Thank you for giving us a great day with some shade!

We rented two jet skis from them for 2 hours and 30 minutes into the ride one of the jet skis broke down it took me 15 minutes to get back so 45 minutes and the guy went out to get two of my kids off the jet ski that was stuck out in the middle of the Bay and come back and then left one of them out there and had to tow it back an hour later he gets it running and says we can go ahead and continue by this time my kids were terrified I said I dont think that thats a very good idea were not going to do it were going to go ahead and go instead of giving me half of my money back he gave me $120 and said he had a boss to answer to as well I really expected a minimal of $150 back but instead it was very disappointing to have all of our hopes up to just start to really have fun and then end up sitting there for 2 hours with only 30 minutes of play and it ended up costing me $180 for 30 minutes now if he would have just done what was fair I would have been okay with it but I found that they were very money hungry instead of trying to help and assist and understand he stated will this is never happened before I guess I should have read the reviews first and I would have known that this is something that has happened I definitely do not recommend renting from these people unless you just have money to burn

We went to this beach for the first time today and had a horrible experience with this company. We shared a canopy with a couple and they had left and allowed us the use of the canopy for the rest of the day. We didn’t know them but we helped them with an issue and they let us use their canopy for the rest of the day. They left about 4pm. I wish they wouldn’t have because I would have never been embarrassed. I see from other bad reviews from these people that they often try to tell the people writing the reviews that they are liars. It’s sad when people don’t own up to there bad behaviors. Anyways, when I went in the water with my five year old son who has never been to the beach before, a young women asked us how did we get the rental because we didn’t pay for it. I explained how we got the use of it, and she said okay. She never notified me that I could pay for it. About an hour later she was back and said we weren’t using the canopy correctly and started taking it down over my son and my heads. She was yelling and irate. I explained that I needed to grab my stuff and to please wait a moment. She completely embarrassed my son and I. I asked for her company info to report it to them and she said good luck on finding out who they are. I actually had to ask the women to please leave me alone. I wouldn’t ever rent from these people ever. That women was a terrible human being and I hope she is ashamed of herself for her actions today. From my understanding apparently she’s the owner. She’s not a good person.

Really great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated my large group on a day they usually were off. They were ready on time and enthusiastic. Very professional. Jet skis were well maintained and fun. We even were able to see a bunch of dolphins. Will definitely be using again in the future.

People there are super cool, and the jet skis RIP! Kept her pinned at 50mph jumping waves and having a great time. Good times seems to have superior location compared to the other rental places around. Highly recommend!

My husband and his brother and nephew had a great time!!

We arrived at the beach at noon, the exact same time they were setting everything up for the day. I paid $70 to rent a canopy and three chairs until 6:00 PM. I paid cash and the staff was very quick and friendly to deal with.At 3:00 PM, we came back (we had went to grab a quick bit at Fajitaville) to find them cleaning everything up and putting away our canopy and chairs. They told us it was a slow day because it was windy and offered my wife only $5 for a refund.When I came back, I went and spoke with them and explained that I expected half of the rental costs back since I only received half the days rental. They guy and girl there told me thats not going to happen and that I should be happy with whatever they gave me. They were rude, confrontational, and not willing to discuss at all.If I could give them a zero star, I would. Rent elsewhere....RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS REPLY:1. When I rented from you, nobody told me to inform you if we were walking away from our canopy for a little while.2. I paid to rent the stuff until 6:00 so, even if we walked away for a while, you shouldnt have taken them down.3. We were not gone for several hours, we were gone for 1 hour. We only went to Fajitaville for lunch, which is literally 100 feet away.4. We left our beach towels and waters with the chairs when we left. I believe thats a very strong indication that we were coming back.5. You didnt take down everything because we had left. You specifically told us that you were leaving because it was windy and business was slow. You had completely packed up and left the beach area by 4:30.6. When given the opportunity to discuss this with both me and my wife, you chose to be aggressive and blamed us (just like you did in your response). If it was truly a misunderstanding, you couldve apologized for the mistake and offered to rectify the mistake by refunding our money or setting the canopy back up.
