Choose Captain Jacks! We had called before, one of the few places that had answered during the weekdays! Best prices around, $90 for one hour and no additional charges for a second rider either! They have no problem with a small dog especially since ours already had a life jacket! Super nice and informative! We were not sure how far a half a mile out was so we were staying closer to the shore and the one guy had stopped us and asked why we were not going further out and then showed us how far we could go, definitely a lot further out! The jet skis are very nice and unlike some they are very hard to flip so do enjoy really riding them! The waves were calm and got our jet ski up to 69 mph which was pretty fast honestly! Definitely going here when we come down next year!

This is our first trip to Corpus Christi...we came for Mothers Day weekend. My husband, two children, and I saw the Jet Ski Rentals from Captain Jacks. We were very pleased with the service that we received! Mike and George were GREAT!! They both helped to accommodate my children while they got on the jet ski safely with my husband. Mike and George were very PATIENT while teaching my husband (first time rider) on the jet ski. Thank you MIKE & GEORGE!!

A review couldn’t say less of this place. I came with my children to rent a jet ski and a blonde girl who works there is bragging about sleeping with the boss but my children do not need to hear this. That alone was enough to ask for my money back. I highly wouldn’t recommend it. Keep your money and go somewhere else.

These guys do an awesome job and Dustin is very pleasant when speaking with the families.. Enjoyed my first time there and will be going back.. I highly recommend stopping by and pertaking in the fun you wont regret it....

The gentlemen who work at this kiosk are very nice and professional. They make sure they give you the information to be confident in riding the jet ski rentals. They were also helpful on the phone when youre calling to find the right directions to get to their area of the beach. I highly recommend them!

Great Customer service. We rented Jet Ski for evening but it was very windy so was not able to do with my small kids. Mike offered to come back in morning and do again and gave us enough time to have fun. Will definitely use them when we come back. Thanks Mike

Spent 3 hours with a guide. It was fabulous. Lots of waves and lots of fun. We went everywhere. It was fantastic. We are doing it again.

We came to CC for a day for my husband’s birthday. Jet skis was on his to do list. We found Captain Jack’s and the rest is history. Great prices, friendly people. Mike and his family are now our family. We will surely be back on our next visit!

Came down for a quick get away and it just happened to be super windy on the day we rode, i was very nervous because the waves were not kind. The owner ( i believe) was so kind and patient he talked me through it a few times and assured me that i would be okay. Fast forward 25 mins and i get thrown from the ski and come up about 40 ft from it, my husband is trying to help me and i just can not get the strength to pull myself up. I’m panicking and i look up and the owner and another guy came out to get me and just really took care of me and helped me stay calm and got me back safe. I am currently to frighten to think about riding again but when i do, i will definitely come back here.I don’t usually leave a review on anything but the way they really just were attentive and calm when i couldn’t be really made a difference.

Definitely reccomend this place!! Edwin helped us out all the way, i dont think ive ever seen my husband have so much fun! Very helpful, especially since we flipped the jet ski like 9 times. We will definitely be back, and recommending to other people!

My husband and 3 kids went here to rent a jet ski for the 1st. Mike was more then helpful and knowledgeable. Very kind and patient, even with my cranky teens 😂 lol. We plan on taking more trips to Port Aransas this summer and definitely will be going to visit Mike each and every time. Kind people and good customer service are hard to come by now a days and this place was a prime example of a awesome atmosphere with Mike to thank for that!Keep up the great work! Was down there with my family in June the people that run captain Jacks were all very nice an respectful, me an my son went out together because he was under 18 we still had a blast though I luv this place Ive been coming here my whole life as I grew up in Texas an used to stay at the hotel since it opened long ago as a holiday inn emerald beach an Ive had nothing but great times every year after year renting jetskis from these guys we will see ya again soon thank you for a great time..........

Amazing experience riding on the banana boat!!!! Mike, our jet ski driver, was the best!!! We loved him! Super friendly and made that ride an experience of a lifetime! Definitely recommend this to everyone!

Horrible experience. The jet skies are old and the guy that manages it is terrible. He talks bad to you and your family. Do not go there. You can just go down the street to the marina and it’s cheaper

We make a reservation by appointment for the Jet Sky rental and they never show up. They didnt even have the decency to answer the phone to explain whats going on. Dont trust these guys please.

We were there last weekend hoping to rent jet ski and have some fun experience. They dont take reservations. After reaching the spot, which is not easy to find, we were told that all Waverunners were booked for the day! We had even called them to ask where to park and how to find them, we were given instructions, but they never told us that they were booked. Wasted a lot time for nothing.They have only 3 Waverunners for rental. 4th one is reserved for banana boat and they wont rent it. Whole business seems to be very disorganized.I would recommend you to avoid this business unless you go there first thing in the morning. Even then, I strongly recommend you to call them and ask if there are any open slots before making the effort to reach there.

Terrible service, the guy had a poor attitude and I asked in advance available on jetskis. He told me they had plenty, we drove out there and there were none available. He seemed drunk and confused, and quite irritated at me. Dont go here!

We were told on the phone that the banana boat ride held up to 12 riders and was 20-25 minutes long. After arriving, we were told that it only could take 4 riders since it was pulled by a jet ski. The cost was $15pp and the ride only took 10 minutes. It was disappointing. Had we known it was going to be like this, we would not have made the trip over from Port Aransas.

Tell you to come then they’re not there. Totally disorganized when they finally show up. Mike keeps the cash even when his equipment doesn’t work right AND is ugly to the poor guy working with him WTH
