Great food, well organized and great customer relations. Highly recommend them. Will use the again in August.

I had Salinas cater my wedding over the weekend and I am very happy I did! All my guests loved the food.The workers showed up on time and were so helpful and polite. They served food, champagne and even cut the cake for us!Very satisfied with the outcome and I would definitely recommend this company.

Food is a little bland but is ok. My main complaint is CHILL OUT WITH THE MUSHROOMS. There is mushrooms in everything. Beef tips and rice should have gravy not a can of sliced mushrooms poured on them.

Baked chicken mashed potatoes green beans were delicious would recommend

At time of contract, catering service was notified to bring a table for setting up food. Catering staff arrived without a table to set up food. The presentation of the serving table was less than mediocre, just a black table cloth draped over the table. Looks nothing like the pictures posted on the website. Salad was thrown over the main course and was mainly lettuce. Food was cold and average. Ice tea was served in cups that were half filled with no ice in the glass and placed on my punch serving table for guest to pick up, even though I had 2 wait staff and one was to serve the tea and the other the food. Management never called to followup on service. I will be using another catering company for my next event.

Great food, great customer service! They catered my graduation party and many people complemented the food. They came in and set everything up, making it easy for us! Would definitely recommend.

Great place to hold small events. Has a billiards table and lots of seating. Nice an cold but it is on the opposite side of town, coming from the last palmera mall area. Still a great place

First time we have ever seen a white brisket.We thought it was pork.No flavor tasted like it was done in the oven.It was tough.

Food was ok. Building was falling apart inside (ceiling tiles falling apart, walls peeking, etc.) There was a roach on the ground, bathroom stalls didnt lock...

I wish I could give negative stars. Salinas Catering was beyond terrible. We hired them to cater our wedding reception. At first they seemed very professional but that was a mirage. To start things off we hired their bartending staff, which we told them that the bartenders had to be TABC certified. they said they had certified bartenders. The day before the wedding the venue we had booked informed me that Salinas did not have any certified bartenders. When I called the person in charge he told me that he had two people taking the TABC certification on line that day and they would be there the next day, that he didnt realize the venue was gonna be that picky about the bartenders. Why would they give false information after I specifically told them they had to be certified. Second the day of the reception they only brought a two course meal when we had paid for a three course meal. When asked bout the situation the response I got was sorry they forgot to cook it and send it. Really thats ok in their eyes, what would happen if oops I forgot to pay you. Then we had ordered chicken fried chicken and chopped sirloin to serve our guests along with a childrens buffet table. The chicken was ok but the Chopped sirloin was not chopped sirloin, it was a frozen hamburger patty that was still raw and disgusting. Then the servers were refusing to serve the bigger kids the main entrees and forcing them to eat the childs buffet. That is not what we paid for and signed in the contract. On top of that they told the grown ups they could only have either a salad or green beans, not both. When we called Salinas the following business day he said how sorry he was and he would work some numbers and refund us some of the money. which is good, but little did I know it was gonna be a check for only $350. After paying $4200 on a the entire catering bill, and 1/3 of the meal was messed up and the embarrassment of it all thats all you reimburse us, thats totally unacceptable. We would of been better off getting McDonalds or Taco Bell to cater or reception. If your looking for a caterer and your looking at Salinas do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Great food and the servers are the best in town...

The chicken practically melts in your mouth its so tender. They rent space on-site too for your event.
