We had our wedding here May 4, 2019 and it was just amazing!! Absolutely no complains whatsoever. The staff were just lovely and we got to work with Toni. Communication was great and decorations were amazing. All our guests had a great time and we completely recommend to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

This is an excellent place to host your event. They offer catering, dj, cake and decoration services all in one easy package. We got a lot of compliments on how beautiful and elegant our wedding reception there was. Toni goes over and above to help her clients. She makes an effort to get to know them as individuals and is always available to answer questions or make accommodations along the way.

We had the most magical and unforgettable wedding at the Crystal Reception Hall. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Toni and having a smooth and stress free wedding. We reached out to book Crystal Reception Hall last minute, and it was a blessing to have Toni help and guide us and make sure we 100% satisfied! She was quick to respond back to my questions and requests. She is a wonderful positive, caring, sweet, kind, and organized person and since day one she made me feel assured that I was in good hands. Toni really helped my wife and I have a great wedding. All the staff involved in helping decorate, serve, and even DJ the event were kind and courteous. We had our wedding reception at Crystal Reception Hall just two days ago, and it was like a fairytale! The decorations were seriously perfect and exactly what I wanted. (The theme was rustic) and they truly went above and beyond! I love all of their diverse packages. We chose the package that included the DJ, dinner, decorations, cake....(and probably more- I just can’t remember!) The DJ was amazing (Jesse) and he was extremely kind and professional. The BEST part of this whole deal was Toni! She helped us from start to finish. She truly goes the extra mile for her clients!! She ALWAYS responded to me no matter what day/time it was. So informative, patient, and truly awesome. She made this experience so womderul for us! I would highly suggest going to Crystal for your event. You won’t be disappointed! PS- the food is aaahhhmaazzinggg! :)

FANTABULOUS! Oh my gosh! Toni is amazing! She is truly a master of her craft! Everything was amazing! Food, Dj decorations you name it, it was top notch! We had so many complements on our wedding. If you are looking for a venue look no further put it in Tonis hands you will not regret it! Go with the all inclusive package you will be so happy you did the night for your event!

Very nice hall, its much bigger inside than it looks from the outside, kind of in weird spot as it is located in small shopping center as it is very nice inside almost would expect it to be all on its own, i highly recommend it as once inside you feel like your in a much different place.

I had my daughters quince there and got so many compliments on the hall and decorations Toni did an amazing job and Sylvia helped with choosing the right colors. I would recommend this hall to anyone. They take care of everything and you dont have to worry because they do it all.Norma Franco

My husband and I booked Crystal reception hall for our daughters Quinceanera. They did an absolutely amazing job... our hostess Tonie was the most sweetest person youd meet... we had the all exclusive package where we didnt have to do anything... we recommend this venue to everyone... our only downfall was we needed a bigger venue for our family and friends which 10 years from now our little Daughter will be having it at the sister venue Mansion Royal... thank you so much Crystal Reception family for making our daughters Quinceanera dream come true

For everyone that wants to come and book with this hall just know that these people are untrustworthy! They lie and pretend that things are missing and lose documents just to steal your money. They requested $500 dollar deposit that they would give back and now they wont give it back because they cant find a candle holder! I cant even imagine which candle holder costs that much. They are very rude, I advise that all of you look into other halls before coming to these people!
