Len was very helpful. Ive used there services three times and theyre all helpful. Today Len helped me and walked me through the whole process I thoroughly enjoyed her help and guidance.

I spend a lot of money at FedEx, but I will definitely be reconsidering after this latest experience. Store was empty plenty of staff, but like another reviewer said, they rather spend more time explaining why they cant do a certain job, when they couldve just listen to the (easy) order I needed to make. Either go to another location or try another company.
We shipped 25 boxes from this FedEx store this last weekend. Wendi helped us and she was fantastic. We were shipping the boxes to the same location in Texas. With each issue we ran up against she worked it through with absolute customer service perfection. We were there for a good two hours by nobodys fault, just a few stumbling blocks. I usually dont write reviews for good service, but Wendi was exceptional.
Dont go there. Your better off to go across the parking lot to The UPS store. The manager would rather spend more time explaining why they cant do something instead of helping you.
I needed to print out a rather large order or flyers and prints and one poster of some of my art. I was really worried that the total it came out to was a bit much but when I looked at the quality of it all, especially the poster, oh my goodness!!! So worth it!! So happy with the quality!! Very very poor customer service at this location. Waited in line to get helped and the staff decided to ignore me and instead great help the next two people to walk in the door. At least they finally got to me, only to not finish the job I paid for. The counter manners here are pitiful and they are way too busy to help regular customers with $250 print jobs. Your best bet for service here is to come prepared to wait and not get what you paid for. At least I was able to get a partial refund with out too much issue.
I wish there was option for 0 stars. 1 person working there on sat 8/31 afternoon and he or(she) would not acknowledge 3 people waiting to be helped.waited 10 minutes and left the store Lousy service period. I would expect better service from FEDEX.

I have been to the McKinley Fed Ex twice before and both times I have had wonderful experiences. However, my experience today was very disappointing. I do not live near this Fed Ex, but I choose to come to this store location, because I love the customer service. Furthermore, today I entered the McKinley Fed Ex and was greeted by a man working the front, and I asked him where the scanners were located at. The man stated that the scanners were Over there. I proceeded to ask him where Over there meant, because I still did not understand where to locate the scanner station. In my opinion, his choice of words were vague and the man did not make sure that I was able to find the scanners and that is where I have a problem. I decided to take initiative and find myself help. I asked a woman worker nearby to assist me instead. She was quick to respond and redirected me to the appropriate scanner location and she informed me that both scanner stations were being occupied by other customers. I told her that I would leave and return for help later and I assured her that I was okay with returning back. An hour or two later I returned and the same woman from earlier walked me through the entire self help computer/scanner station. This woman was extremely helpful, kind, patient and understanding. Most importantly, her type of customer service was what I was familiar with. I did not receive quality customer service from the man and I would like him to be informed about what happened, so that it does not ocurr to another customer again.
Worst Fed ex customer service. Girl working there today at 3:30 pm doesnt have any job skills. Dont waste your time going to this location. Now I understand all the negative reviews.
I asked the girl who was working there to help show me how to print as I didn’t know how to use them. She said go and read the instructions and it will show you how to use the printer. I left and will never return to this unprofessional, rude place.
This place in all honesty has the worst staff ever every time Ive gone no matter what they act like theyre in their own little bubble. And no they dont know how to help without giving attitude. Whos in charge anyway? This place sucks but unfortunately its the closest to my home. The library opens after I go into work so Ive got no choice but to come here.

I sent 3 boxes to Mexico with new clothes I pay more than 500 dollars and the boxes didnt get there because customs in Guadalajara stopped them so FedEx team said If i wanted em I had to pay 13,000 pesos that way they could give them to my family and then they said I couldnt do that because the fedex team forgot to put like a another receipt saying that those clothes were gifts so I had to pay another 350 dollars to have them sent back so they dont know what they are doing, they dont give you the right information... it was my first time using FedEx and now is my last one... 850 to the trash because they dont know nothing and they dont train theyre own personal...
I never leave reviews, but this guy had me waiting at the counter for half an hour and never helped me ship my package at 8 at night. Ended up leaving with my package while he was walking around doing other stuff. Left to go to the ontario store. At least there they actually notice customers that come and go
Inconsistent customer service. I called to make sure they had my package held at their office and the employee went and found it for me saying it was indeed there. I then sent one of my family members to get the package and she was brushed off and told that it was someplace completely different.I then called again and the second employee tried to tell me the same thing but I made her check the store and she found it.This review isnt even taking into account the unexplained one day delay in delivering the package and why they held my package at their office in the first place.Save yourself the headache and dont ship FedEx.
Horrible location was in the door the ship a ground shipment 5 minutes before the 6 cutoff and the slob at the counter wait until 6 and then tells me he can no longer take my shipment because his fat but was too lazy to get it done and then ask me to leave the store.Horrible service from FedEx and were a national shipping account client.
Ignorant employee, id rather deal with the long lines at USPS. man doni miss having a fedex driver come pick up my stuff

Dont ship here if there is a slight crease or dent in the package. You could have a box full of cotton swabs with no damage to the box and they will hassle you to death about a slight dent in the box arguing that this box may break open and damage other surrounding packages. Apparently this is now company wide policy. I say thats bull. Ive shipped at several FedEx locations without any hassle. But this one in particular, they will give your box a failing grade if you so much as breathe on it wrong.
