Be using this business since the 90s and Collette is a sweet lady.Always helpful and courteous. Besides it beat standing in the long lines at the post office.

This is very convenient. My package was delivered here by USPS. Quick pick up and the ladies there are very nice. Got distracted with everything else that they sell, instereting place.

My go-to place to send faxes theyre really good at sending faxes the places that are hard to send faxes pay your gas bill and utility bills nice friendly small place independent of the big chains thats why I use them they are not franchise

Walked in with my mother of 84 to get notary and shipping. My mother and me were treated very rudely unlike I have never experienced anywhere before. This place should be closed down or everyone fired. So much attitude and rudeness it was overwhelming. We walked over 3 miles to get there only to be treated like this. We were shocked!!! I will contact the BBB and Consumer Affairs immediately.

Yesterday I went into Mail Outpost to have papers notarized &was informed by the lady (very nicely )that the lady leaves early on Tuesday & Thursdays, so I head back today. Shes there, but WHAT REALLY WAS THE POINT? SHE WAS ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME! SHE WAS RUDE TO OTHERS AHEAD OF ME! I SERIOUSLY THOUGHT IS SHE PREJUDICE AGAINST HISPANICS? SO WHEN SHE FINALLY GOT TO ME IT WAS LIKE CAN I HELP YOU YES, I NEED A PAPER NOTARIZED. SHE MUMBLES UGH SHE NEEDS NOTARY! MIND YOU NOT ONCE DID SHE PUT THE DAMN PHONE DOWN! TALKING ABT BILLING N SUCH I HONESTLY THOUGHT OH ITS LEGIT SHE WAS TALKING BUSINESS.,BUT NOOOO SHE WAS TALKING ABT A BILL WITH HER CHILD! HOW I KNOW IS SHE SAIDDADDY PAYS _ & I PAY _NEEDLESS TO SAY I WONT BE GOING BACK ! ID GIVE A ZERO STAR IF I COULD! THE OTHER LADY DID APOLOGIZE TO ME. IM LIKE YEA,THE OTHER LADY SHOULD BE APOLOGIZING TO ME! IN TOTAL (I TIMED HER) IT TOOK ME OVER 20 MINUTES TO GET OUT WHEN IT SHOULDVE TAKEN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES! SO PISSED OFF!

Tried to sign up for mailbox and was informed they didnt have time for me.... Employees are incredibly rude here... mind you it takes a whole 5 minutes to sign up for a mailbox... have had several other extremely rude and disrespectful run ins with employees at this place... go somewhere else for sure!!!

The people who work here ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I RENTED A MAIL BOX HERE AND FOR 3WEEKS DIDNT GET A SINGLE ITEM OF MAIL THEN WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT MY ISSUE THE NEXT DAY THEY CLOSED MY BOX AND DONT KNOW WHERE MY MAIL WAS FORWADED TO.THESE PEOPLE ARE A FRAUD. BEWARE
