We service this beautiful community of over 400 units. Working with Sally the property manager has been a wonderful partnership. Chris the maintenance manager is extremely on hands and easy to work with. We completely sweep and blowout the entire property once a week. It is one of the best maintained and managed properties in our service portfolio.The office staff and maintenance crew are outstanding and always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns. A great community to live in.

Ive been here for over 5 years and my complaint is with Customer Service. Ive requested blinds for my living room three times now and I still havent gotten a reply. What does it take to get a simple request completed around here?

It’s a good complex but needs better security and consistency of office staff. There is a large number of stray cats and dogs that are not kept on leash. Unfortunately there’s not much the office can do. They also over water like crazy!

I am in the moving process. With the expectations of stress, specially with the Pandemic, Michelle, Janet, and Stephanie have made it so simple! Thanks to them, I had no stress and got everything done for a smooth move in date. They are quick to answer any questions and very helpful. I been living here for over a year now and am absolutely happy with it.Very helpful, friendly and fast office staff like Michelle who is always respectful and maintenance crew like Peter,George and Joel who do Amazing job if you have an issue, they will get it done so fast with smiles.All nice neighbors, never heard about an issue around.Clean and safe no homeless in complex you would see.School is also a very good one.Thank you country hills staff and maintenance crew.

These apartments are by far the best I’ve ever lived in. The staff is incredible and so quick to help. We had an issue with the AC and a maintenance guy (Pedro) was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He changed the filter right away and knew what the problem was. He was able to answer all my questions and informed us so well. He even offered a temporary AC so we didn’t have to wait in the heat. HES THE BEST! Thank you Pedro!😁

I moved back to California in December of 2019. I had looked at a few other places and had my mind set on a different location. But I still wanted to check out country hills. When I arrived I was greeted by Stephanie in a very friendly and professional manner. I was given a tour and I liked the amenities and the apartment community. When we went back to the office and discussed the lease options I was really satisfied. But what honestly sold me was how friendly and professional Stephanie and the rest of the were....

No safe all all, don’t rent their, the management is disgusting

My family and I lived in Country Hills for about 7 years and through out the whole time, both the staff in the office and maintenance was extremely kind to us the whole time we lived there. Maintenance was always ready to give a hand when we needed it and were always very friendly. The office was always responsive and helped in any type of problem we had. Towards the end of our time there we got into a serious situation with one of the neighbors and Sally – the head of the office – was extremely professional and helpful during every incident until it was revolved. Thank you Country Hills Staff and Maintenance!

I highly recommend not to go there. There are thousands of big roaches wondering around the Appartment building and they never go away. We lived there only 4 month and they charged us 3000$ for move out. The staff seem very friendly in the beginning. They become very mean when we were leaving . The management is very worst. They refused to give us our important mails. They used very cheap materials for floor and then they put all charges on you. There vinyl is cheap sticky paper and you cannot ever put your furniture on it. They don’t have internet access there. We asked them before we made a hole for internet cable and still they charged us for that. I never seen this kind of management.

I would like to share my experienced living here in country hills apt. corona. Weve moved in this apt. nov. 2019, I love living here, I never seen pests or roaches like whats on the review. I clean my apt. so no roaches. if you do not clean your apt. thats where roaches visit you. Stephanie shes friendly, helped me a lot to get a great deal, and everytime I email or call her she will reply right away. Janet shes friendly as well she was the one who was there when I moved in. she asked me if is theres anything I need. and Im very happy that they welcome my family with an open arms. and Assistant mgr. Erika shes very helpful and if you have any question or anything she will communicate with you and help you. for sure we will be living here for a while, I just wanna say a big thank you to all the stuff in country hills corona CA.

Pedro is one of the best maintenance guys at Country Hills who works very very hard .....I mean hard :) . He is very kind and courteous, very helpful, he helped me move table into the apartment. If any problems he helps me very much due to my disability. He is also funny and makes me laugh. Also, he is teaching me Spanish! I really enjoy living here at Country Hills and if any problems arise in the apartment they take care of it immediately and I respect them for that . Now then, we talk about your employees, first we get to talk about Erika. She is very kind and courteous, she makes me laugh, she listens to me and I make her smile and thats the best feeling. She treats people with the respect tat they deserve. And thanks to her I am working on trying to recover from all my surgeries so I can go back to work .....I do the same kind of work she does so I am very picky on people. I am a past resident and I enjoyed my stay at Country Hills Apartments. I want to say thank you to Sally and maintenance for their great customer service. I moved out of state for my job if not I would of Continue living here. I loved that it was close to the freeway and shopping centers.

Issue with the AC and they were quick to fix it. They are awesome and friendly, glad we can count on the staff and the maintenance.

I just moved in about a week ago. My entire experience so far has been wonderful. The girls in the office (especially Stephanie and Janet) are so kind and friendly. They are quick to reply to you. The staff is just awesome! My apartment is absolutely beautiful and has exceeded my expectations. Its quiet, peaceful, and I feel safe here. Im a single lady and I love that there is on site patrol, and all the neighbors Ive met so far are friendly. Lots of children playing here as well. The facilities are clean and nice. The lawns are well kept. Its pet friendly, and lots of sidewalk and open grass areas to walk your pup! Theres lots of parking. Its unassigned but I havent had any trouble parking right in front of my apartment every day as everyone seems to park by their apartments, naturally. I havent seen any pests or roaches like a lot of the other reviews say. Everything in my apartment is brand new and sparkling clean, just how I like it! Theres also a lot to do in the neighborhood nearby. I have really enjoyed my experience so far here and plan to be a resident for a long time! Oh, and they are giving away free pizza in the office today! They do good things for their residents!

Close to a shopping centers and fast food n Mo Jo Coffee.Clean property, great gardeners, prompt & friendly maintenance personnel. The girls is the office always friendly, sweet as and helpful❤The Washers/Dryers & Gym facilitates always working n clean....... there is a Sm bunch of younger child 5-11yrs a bit unruly on scooters n bikes .

About halfway through the lease here and definitely planning on renewing. Thoroughly helpful and friendly staff. The parking is good, the amenities are close by and well maintained, and nothing but pleasant neighbors that Ive encountered.

The staff here is wonderful. They do their best to help with any issue I have had in the apartment, large or small. They are also very friendly and personable. Hector was absolutely amazing and helpful! He helped me through the entire process which made is very easy! Recommend this place, ask for Hector!

Things that might help these apartments since they are not the best: Cleaning the pool,Letting the. Community know about updates, Putting a code at the front gate so that random people dont enter because they could infect the pool and i cant get in like that.

I have been a tenant here for 2 years now and it has been a complete pleasure for me. Its difficult to find a place that is affordable and accommodating that is also this well maintained. Every staff member Ive spoken with from office to maintenance has been extremely helpful kind and does what they can to solve my problem. Especially Erika in the office and maintenance which always fixes any issue very quickly and professionally. It is a very peaceful property despite its large size and is in a great location right next to the freeway Walmart and other stores I highly recommend and plan on staying here in the future

Pedro Carrillo came to my apartment to fix my door. He was really professional and had a great attitude the entire time. Great work!

I lived her for 3 years. The pests are real. We kept an absolutely spotless apartment for 3 years, and yet the little buggers would still show up. Reporting to the office, they told me they dont offer pest clean-up and that we should call a place.We paid rent consistently and on time. The turnover was unreasonably high. It was rather constant, with loud tenants. Complaints are met with deaf ears as if to say what do you expect. They installed solar panels which took forever to install and saved them a bunch of money - no real compensation for the tenants during the massive renovation process that caused huge parking issues.No assigned car ports, so be prepared for a massive free for all.But the worst part? They painted over black mold in our bathroom. Yes, you read that correctly. I noticed it started to peak through the new paint job about 8 months in, and spent some time scrubbing... as more paint was slowly coming off during rubbing, more mold appeared. Even better? They caulked over the same mold around the faucet area. That was fun to deal with. The only reason we stayed was the low cost, but looking back we should have ran away fast.I would not go back, nor is an apology from management necessary. Just clean your apartments properly in between tenants. Instead of slathering paint jobs on problems, fix it. Get an exterminator in there and actually get rid of the roach/insect problem.

The experience so far has been great at Country Hills. We were well received by 3 wonderful leasings agent and I would definitely give them plus points for hospitality. There were a couple of issues I had reported and they were taken care in no time. The apartment is also great with upgraded equipment.

Toured country hills with Hector and he was super knowledgeable and helped me find an apartment that fit all my needs. The property was beautiful, especially the pool area. Huge closets and large kitchens with great storage. Highly recommend this to anyone looking in Corona!

The worst place ever

We just had some maintenance work done in our kitchen by Mr Pedro Carrillo and we are beyond happy with his friendly, caring and great service,He went above and beyond expectations,so wonderful to have employees like him and Janet,one of the leasing office personnel here at Country Hills!!!

The area isn’t bad, the apartments are nice and there’s plenty of parking. But dealing with the ladies at the front office is overly exhausting. Anytime I try and call in they answer and hang up the phone immediately. They have a very corporate feel as in they really just care about getting new people to move in and don’t care about really anything else that’s happening.

Joel and Jorge were incredibly helpful with issues with my refrigerator. Great staff!!

Pedro from maintenance is professional a very hard worker and a valuable asset to this place he is awesome and very friendly.

This place the people here and the management company are disgusting. Please do not consider living here, you are better off where you are now. The rent they are charging is completely overpriced for the environment that they make you live in. There are roaches everywhere you look. You may not see them at first but once you settle in they start popping out like crazy. Forget keeping food in your own apartment because the roaches will be all over it. Living with the amount of roaches this place has will for sure impact your health! They’re even under the carpet! No matter how many times you spray poison they always come back! They try to cover up any damage with paint, I noticed because it started peeling off after a couple of weeks of living here. The cabinets have holes in them like someone tried to put it cabinet knobs but failed. The carpet is terrible, who ever installed it has no idea what they are doing! It’s separated and started to lift from the floor so now there is carpet flaps. Not mention the dog poop that is everywhere you step! No one here knows how to pick up after their dog. There are stray cats everywhere that also poop everywhere. The kids here do graffiti all over the place making it look super trashy. I could go on for days ! Point is do no move here. This has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Go somewhere else ! It’s not worth it !

Ive been here since June 2016 and I my experience has been a great one. The managers are always helpful and the maintenance is on point. They come out the same day when a work order is requested. I would definitely recommend others to move here.

I used to live here it was horrible... washer and dryer always broken if you had a problem with them it was not the leasing office problem. My car got broken into and stolen from here . My water trash and sewer and light bill was always high.. I went out of town for three weeks got home with a very high electricity bill called them asking why... they said maybe its a computer I said how ive been out of town for three weeks it shouldnt even be high i even explained to them that i unplugged everything but the refrigerator all they said was it had to be paid . I would not recommend this place. If you see on their website it says they have a playground they dont even have one .

Pedro came and fixed my door frame and has helped us multiple times in the past! He is always very friendly and quick whenever we have interacted with him.

This complex was horrible, the stairs feel like they are about to collapse when you use them. They are infested with roaches and after the apartment was bombed, the roaches seemed like they had come back with a vengeance. The management is horrible and rude about everything. The maintenance came in once to fix the shower head, after they fixed it, there was no water pressure. They gave me a price for the rent, stating that it includes everything. Come to find out I had to pay an extra $100 a month for water and trash. The pools were always filthy and there are a million stray cats running around which makes a pleasant smell around summer time if you know what I mean (and by that I mean it smells horrible!)Once I left they stuck me with a $1500 bill for cleaning....Please do not rent from this complex. It will be a mistake...

The worst apartment complex ever. Its not in the best area, so the price is decent for living in corona, but its not worth it. The managers and employees are incredibly rude (except Janet), the maintenance guys never fixed anything but they signed off saying they fixed it. Just horrible. My boyfriend and I finally get out of that hellhole, clean the place, and move. They made it so difficult to move out, like it was an inconvenience to THEM. Forms we needed to sign, but they wouldnt be at the office. Turning in the keys, but they were at lunch. We had to email our 30 day notice, and have a friend turn in our keys since it was so impossible to get a hold of them. A 300$ security deposit gone and we owe them 700$ for a full carpet replacement. They claimed there was pet urine and needed to replace the whole unit. First of all, we never owned a pet. Second of all, the carpet was left almost perfect, minus a couple stains in the living room. I am so angered by my experience here, Ive already convinced a few friends to not even bother since they were interested. DO NOT RENT HERE.

ROACHES. They offered me a renovated 2 bedroom apartment. My daughter and I moved in and within 2 weeks, there was a roach in my kitchen!!! I notified the leasing office and they really did not react in shock, but simply with a nonchalant attitude. I scheduled an exterminator visit and they visited the apartment. I was slightly relieved until this evening, my daughter was frightened by yet another ROACH! Then, SECURITY ISSUE. I notified them of the parking lot posterior to nearby Walmart and shopping center with random parked cars overnight, again.... nothing from the leasing office staff, even after I expressed the safety of my 5 year old. They told me of a security on premises which I have not seen NOT ONE TIME. I asked if I can leave because I literally just moved in, but they hit me with the contract details that equal ALOT OF $$ TO GET OUT. Im very disappointed and I feel I will be miserable the rest of my stay. Well, I suppose I need to start charging these roaches for rent. And, one more thing, at this very moment right outside my door, overlooking the parking lot, there is a random black car just parked. No one around. Abandoned? Or else, why park there?

Spent another day off going to war with Roaches... You know you got battlefield roaches when they freely come out in the daytime..Dont MOVe here unless your a roach fighting warrior..O and like weird people scoping out your apartment in the early mornings...Goodluck and happy hunting

I am a current resident and am counting the days until my lease is up to get out of here!The entire place is infested with cockroaches, the apartments are in horrible condition and the appliances are extremely old.I would definitely not recommend this place.I have killed more roaches than I can count, I found some in my stove- that cant be okay per CA health dept. Im sorry, but telling management will get me nowhere.I tried to get help on my neighbor who smokes all day long, and all I got was a Sorry. I have two small children, and the old lady next to me can smoke without being told anything?! That is absolutely ridiculous. She can kill herself on her own terms, doesnt mean my family should pay the price too.

I came to inquire here about an apartment and met Janet who helped me. She was knowledgeable and super helpful but at the moment they didn’t have anything available for me but I will definitely be back.

Open the pool already it’s getting hot

Been here two years & my last. Frustrating with there management the tweakers tht come in & roam around...i got a couple things stolen. Laudry room sucks, their washing machines dnt work properly out dated...pretty much everything is out dated. Theres people their that have unused cars & just take parking space & they dont regulate. I can give going, but Just letting people know before they maje a bad investment

I lived here for 3 years and it has been an terrible experience. Between the constant need for pest control to be called to the house, the loud neighbors, the terrible parking rules and situations, to the god awful office personnel. Its as if they just dont care at all about their tenants. As long as you keep your mouth shut and pay your rent, they have no issue with you, but when you have a problem of any sort they become rude withdrawn shrews who lack any real human compassion. I tried to move out after year 2 and they refused to release my renter history because I didnt give them a 30 day notice (my lease was ending the next day) so I was forced to stay. When I finally moved out, they tried to charge me for paint and cleaning when I had left the apartment better than when I got it. Its just horrible here

I used to live here I just moved out... when I moved in I gave a deposit of more then 850$.. I cleaned the apartment the best I could n now the want more then 1500! Even tho they kept my deposit!! I didnt even break the lease! From what I heard they do this to a lot of ppl! N they have water shut off like 2 times in a week from 9-6pm that means u cant wash ur hands or use the toilet!!

I live here and i havent had any problems yet. We been here for 7 months and I have not seen any roaches. Thank God. The only thing i dont like so far is we cannot have any BBQs. Were up stairs. But i see everyone down stairs can have one. My BBQ was Electric and we still couldnt have it.The Laundry is ok. The pool is ok, and they keep the out side clean and grass cut.My surrounding neighbors are cool.From what I read. on everyones ReviewsWe dont get the deposit back . so im not even going to bother.

This apartment conplex is infested with european cocaroaches all of the apartments have them. And the staff is the worst staff I have ever interacted with they need to learn maners and how to manage. The complex manager should not be a manager anywhere. Dont rent there you will regret it.

I wish there is less than one star to give. All I can say is that those people are racists and liars. They promise and never keep their word. Stay away from them because youll regret dealing with them.

There are roaches from a book on television put hot sauce a spray bottle with water they will go away about the stairs its true it feels like its about to collapse when people come up and down its very very dusty and small very small 3 people and I managed two bedrooms so small for us office people okay trust is earned they replace the dishwasher and the toilet toilet was horrible d4 like it never was cleaning this smelling ugh the toilet very very bad its fixed now but now Im moving 2 bedroom 2 bath not here if you move here be very cautious
