Im moving out to move in with family. I have enjoyed my time here, the apartments are laid out nicely with a cute little patio too. The maintenance crew keep this place so clean. And I must say a big thanks! to Maria for helping me navigate the process of moving out! Shes been very helpful!

Beautiful landscape clean pool..office staff friendly

My mom lived there one year and loved it...... She had medical problems and had to move out..... After recovering, she is able to live alone again, and the girls in the office were amazing! Not only were they a great help, but, got us move in ready in no time at all.... Thank you very much..... And a special thanks to Norma for going the extra mile for us..... So glad my mom is back.....

The tenants are great, but the management staff are a complete joke! After raising everyones rent well over $100 a month, a friend of mine that lives there went to office to ask for maintenance to fix his screen door. The newly hired asst manager assured him they would be there that same day to fix. Of course they didnt show. Upon inquiring about the no show he was told and i quote IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, THEN MOVE OUT. Now thats professional way to act to your tenants who pay good money to live there. I mean the management takes away already limited parking in the front of complex from elderly people so that they themselves dont have to park in the huge parking lot in the back and walk up to their office in the front. The Remm group who are the new management CO are a joke!
