Mel, Alyssa and all the ladies in the office are beyond helpful, informative and made us feel right at home. The maintenance team is quick, responsive and friendly. There is VIP trash pickup, which is a first for us and we love it. Not to mention all the amenities here are great and exceed all expectations. Especially the gym, which is not your average apartment style gym and I’m sure you will love. I would like to thank the whole team here for their hard work and dedication.

Mel and Alyssa were awesome to work with when getting started but that was it. Management is horrible to deal with! Homeless and dumpster divers everywhere, no security and parking patrol people that unleash tow truck nazis at night to hunt on residents to tow. The units are nice and updated but so Is best western. Had my truck towed and cost me $300 and I live here. Go across the street! Newer, nicer and no tow trucks .

We just renewed our lease again, my fiancé and I, just would like to express our experiences here with the Artisan at Main Street Metro apartment homes in Corona, Ca., We move here back around Sept. 2018. These are some great apartment homes in a great area. They are maybe 8 to 10 years old now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is amazing, Hector the maintenance manager is very professional and is quick to respond to all our issues. We have loved our time here and will always recommend these apartment homes to others, it has been a great place to call our “home”. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The gym room are open 7 days weeks and are rarely crowded and the pool/BBQ areas is lovely, we also love the convenience of the parking garage.Sincerely,Ken & Nita

Our family needed a short term lease due to a job relocation from Chicago to Corona, CA. So where do I begin… I’ve had the absolute BEST experience here at Artisan on Main especially with the wonderful leasing agent Alyssa. Not only is she professional, but she truly takes care of every single customer and I’m so glad to be one of them. My experience wouldn’t have been the same without her here. My company is relocating to the Irvine area and I am beginning my search for an apartment home (a scary thing when you dont know the area). With all the initial contacts I have made to different places, only one place physically called me back, it was The Artisan. I received a call from Angie who was very polite and professional she explained to me what I would expect living at the Artisan, the layout of the area, how close I would be to the freeway, and the different amenities I would be expecting living at the Artisan. When you are looking for a new place you just want someone to assist you and not treat you like a number. I found this at the Artisan.

I was hoping to tour the property and I spoke with Angie. She told me she was booked for the day but would call me back if she had a cancellation. She called me back and answered all my questions. I was really impressed with the model home I was showed and will definitely consider this community when my lease expires.

My fiancee and I just moved into this apartment complex and we are loving it. Ana was our leasing agent and she has been incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. This was our first time leasing an apartment and Ana was patient with us and thoroughly answered all of our questions. When moving in, we had a few things to address in regards our new apartment, but Ana was great about making sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. This complex seems to have it all. This doesnt just include the amenities, but also all of the shops, restaurants, and stores all around us. Prime location, prime apartments. 10/10 would recommend.

Not enough parking for Residents. Do not move in if you need two parking spots.After signing lease I was told that the available assigned parking was completely full and they could not provide us with a 2nd parking spot. For reference, we moved into a double master apartment with 2 adults on the lease.Now I have to fight for parking and 90% of the time I need to park on the opposite end of the complex or outside of the complex on the street.I specifically asked about parking prior to moving in, but I was not told the assigned spots would cost extra and that they were completely full at the time. I have been here for almost a month and still do not have a parking spot.Would have given 1-star for Artisan, but the customer service for the girls in the office is good and the apartment itself is nice. But not having parking makes me regret ever moving in.

I had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Ana during my moving process. Ive recently moved here on the 29th of October, during the midst of the pandemic. During the process of the application, I had a million questions to ask, such as to terms and agreements, utility cost, and general questions of concerns. Ana was not only accommodating on answering my questions, she was also helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. She guided me throughout this entire process, since this was my first time leasing an apartment. During the initial move in date, Ana was there to greet me and explained all the necessary details of the unit. I would definitely recommend Ana as a leasing agent, due to her ability to help her clients throughout the entire process. In addition, I love my apartment and the location that Im in. I came to these apartments to visit a friend and I didn’t want to leave. The amenities are nicer than I’ve seen at some high end hotels. The pool area was awesome, they have canopies around the pool so it’s just like a resort. Walking around the apartments everything was clean and the landscaping was very well taken care of, can’t wait to move in here myself.

Guess who just renewed their lease yet again... ME! Ive love it here at Artisan. The staff and management is great and each year the experience and community has improved! I actually live at two different apartment communities (Artisan and another one located in a different city), as I travel often for work, and Artisan has definitely gotta be my favorite our of the two. Management is probably the main reason why I enjoy living at Artisan... friendly, responsive and very open to when I need express any concerns or if I have questions. They make you feel welcomed! Im glad that I am able to renew my lease again at a good rate because I love my apartment and this community.

If youre looking for a great place to live that really stands out and goes above and beyond, then Artisan is the place to be! Ive been living here for some time now and honestly Im thoroughly impressed with their quality of service and upkeep of the property.I go to the gym at least 4 times a week and its always clean and all the equipments are well maintained! Their pool always looks so inviting as well. Very clean and well kept. Its always a great feeling to just be in such a clean environment.Other than their great facilities they also have wonderful staff ready to assist in every possible way. Especially Hector! He will always make me feel like my voice is heard and my concerns are brought to attention.Another great thing about this property is they strive for energy efficiency such as having LED lights. I love LED lights because theyre bright which reduces the chances of crime which is a huge plus!

We gave them everything they asked for, even when they would call an hour later to say they needed an ADDITIONAL form within an hour. Always adding requirements and with crazy time frames. Never went over anything on paper, just do you like they unit? Ok pay your application fee.On top of that supposedly the tenant retracted their lease termination. Frankly I dont think they ever had a unit, because they never intended on us moving in.By boyfriend, who is black, happen to be the one they kept giving a hard time. We have given them document after document, not only did they want pay stubs, they wanted direct deposit proof.Waaaaaay too much drama to live somewhere. Funny thing is, its only $80 more than where I live now. Worst applicant experience Ive EVER had.

My family loves the property we are so glad we pick Artisan for our home. Everything is close by. We are next door to dining places and convenience stores. Specially the freeways! The maintenance crew is always on time when needed. My favorite part of the community is the two story gym, which we use frequently.

We just moved in and so far everything has been great. It’s a nice location. Feels very friendly and welcoming. No real noise issues so far. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Particularly Ana who was the person we talked to the most throughout the start of our move in process. Apartment is clean and so is the rest of the neighborhood. There are spiders around the area here and there outside but haven’t come across any inside the apartment thankfully. We are happy we moved here.

I recently toured at Artisan and absolutely loved it! Not only was it a beautiful property, but the service was fantastic. Any and all questions were answered. They took the time to go over every detail. Kristina helped us and she was fabulous! I am definitely considering this property. It is worth checking out!

We were quoted a price over the phone and when we arrived we were informed that we were misquoted and the the price was actually +$200. The woman who helped us seemed lost and had no idea what was going on. She used the excuse that she was a “temp” which is understandable but they definitely need to implement better training to avoid situations like this. Big waste of time.

This place is weird and changed the rules on the spot. I just got my ID checked and pictures of my daughter and I taken without my consent just to use our pool. I highly recommend checking the other apartment complexes my experience here ya beeen horrible

Artisan is gorgeous. I love my one bedroom with a den floor plan. The amenities like the gym and the barbecue area are well maintained and amazing. Shoutout to the maintenance team, especially Alan. I talk to my neighbors around the community and they all say the same great things about Alan. I have lived here for over two years and have nothing negative to say about Artisan. I definitely recommend.

The property is absolutely beautiful and well-kept. Each unit comes with a newer washer/dryer, and some even offer attached/detached garages. The area is up and coming so for the price, you really do get a nice apartment. Newer appliances in the kitchen as well. The apartments with the darker finish in the kitchen look really really good and to my knowledge, it’s dark wooden vinyl floors in every unit. I think the front office and maintenance works very hard for the residents and the gym is two stories. Sometimes maintenance does get busy and some fixes take time sometimes but they communicate pretty well. The Starbucks coffee machine in the office is pretty legit too. Had taco trucks outside too. Overall, much recommended.

I am not one who typically leaves reviews, but after touring other properties and not being pleased with my experienced, I was completely blown away by the quality of service provided at Artisan. From setting an appointment, to their friendly customer service and the beautiful apartments, I was relieved to finally feel comfortable in this process! Would highly recommend!

This place looks amazing on the outside but beneath the surface they are not. It’s been nothing but a hassle since day one and I can’t wait until my lease is through, will not be renewing. They have hidden fees that they do not tell you until after they take all your deposits. They have ridiculous rules and guidelines that make no sense. RENTERS BEWARE!

I have been living at Artisan Apartment Metro in Corona. I enjoy it because it is quiet and clean. All the amenities are working well. I signed up to have my trash picked up every night outside my door which is very convenient. When I want snacks and soda but too lazy to go to supermarket I will just go to first floor vending machines

Well update on living here at Artisan, i just renewed my lease as i find it very comfortable living here . I have to admit that some of these reviews really scared me off at first but Im glad i have made this my home since 5/2017-i have read some reviews and i feel bad for the staff & Maintenance team here . They litterly put dog station in elevator and you can find station through out the property, if only the the dog owner would abide bye the rules and pick up afterwards would really help the staff not having to pick up after the none compliance dog owner as for parking yes it could be a challenge, i find ever since they started the parking enforcement it has gotten ALLOT better -I just have to give props to the maintenance staff they make sure all my work order are completed with in a REALL quick time frame and make sure the pool is being properly sanitized, Do not know her name but thank you for helping keep the elevator and pool sanitized.

I recently moved here and Im in love with it so far. The gym is nice and never crowded plus the pool area is beautiful. The apartment I went with has nice appliances and fixtures, plus our own washer and dryer! Janitzza helped us throughout the whole process of our move in and was very helpful and sweet.

This property is gorgeous. Im from out of town and I spoke with Mandy on the phone and made an appointment to tour with Anna. They both were super helpful and were both so informative. Ive been living here for a few years now, great place to live. Plenty of amenities, friendly neighbors and a good management team is in place. A lot of close shopping areas are nearby as well and the proximity to the freeway is great for commuting

Love living at this complex! It could be loud at night sometimes but I think it’s just our neighbors below us that are night owls. Other than that, the complex itself is super clean and I have no complaints (except for the spooky spiders but they’re good for flying insects so I am okay with that haha). Alan is the best! He has done maintenance on a handful of things in our place and is extremely knowledgeable, fast and kind! We enjoy living here!

Im but very disappointed with these apartments ! I felt so harass by them because I have never been to a apartment where they dont let me tour or rent a one bedroom apartment because of my 2 year old daughter ! That is so unbelievable how supposedly they have a rule where for 3 occupants I have to rent a 2 bedroom apartment like is only me and my husband and my daughter who is only 2 so how does that make us 3 if my daughter sleeps in the same room as us since she is still little to sleep by herself ! So they have poor customer service ! And I didnt feel comfortable or welcome there . It was honestly a waste of gas for me to drive there and not feel the welcome I deserve or expected ! Its not worth it to even rent here if thats how they treat people who are looking for a place to stay and tour and rent a one bedroom apartment ! That just feels unfair because no apartment does that ! So they really need to change the way they treat new people who are looking to rent !

Ill be here 3 years in June. I really love this place and Ill stay as long i can. Hector, Ernesto, Jose and Albert are a great maintenance crew - they go above and beyond for us daily. The office is also responsive and available. When I walk in and see Heathers face, in particular....thats the best for me. Consistently kind and professional. She takes care of her company and she takes care of her client - I hope the company notices these people because we do. ❤

This community has the shadiest and absolutely laziest apartment management and maintenance. I expect a better service for the amount I pay. These apartments are infested with cockroaches, silverfish, etc and they do absolutely nothing about it.Despite keeping my apartment completely clean & half-furnished, these insects are still coming in from the walls, ceiling light fixtures, a/c vents, bathroom sinks, vanities, behind & under kitchen appliances, etc. Im not able to cook because insects are also coming on my stove top!Last year, the community director (Mandy) and the pest control came in and told me to allow them to do a one-month treatment in the apartment. As they recommended, we did weekly treatments (for 1.5 months) which obviously never helped. The best part? Mandy told me to move out if the insects were a big issue BEFORE the 1 month treatment even ended. Shes given an ultimatum but no solution.I have been going back and forth with the leasing office since last year and till date, they refuse to acknowledge and fix this problem.This is complete harassment by the management. They have also told me to stop asking other tenants about insects as it is a violation of their privacy.(FYI, My neighbors and other tenants in my building have personally told me they have insect issues.) My neighbors confirmed that they had cockroaches when they moved in and took over the lease from the previous tenants. Other people from the building have also confirmed that they have cockroaches, silverfishes and other insects coming in from the light fixtures & other areas of the house.Will they compensate me to move out after this constant harassment? NO. Do they want to fix the issue? NO.This community is playing with the health of the tenants. Ive included photos of these insects so you can see for yourself.

I love Artisan!! I moved from Orange County a year ago and I was really concerned about moving to Corona but this apartment complex just made it easier!!!I just love here so much!!What I love about it?The pool, jacuzzi, bbq area, game, computer and party room! Ah! And of course the gym!!!Everything is just so new and modern. I love the apartments designs. So neat!!I moved here after an accident that I had last year so I am not working right now, and living here just make me feel I am in vacation in a resort!! Seriously! Its that nice!I would say its the best you can find in Riverside County!!And its easy access to the 91 Freeway! Which to me is perfect because I always have to drive to Orange County and to Riverside.I also love how it is pet friendly. They have a pet waste area in every corner. Yep, My pugs are my children! :)Parking is good!! I have two cars and I never had any problem with it.Costumer service here is amazing! I dont have anything to complain about it. Everybody is just so friendly and helpful!Especially Reyna at the Office, she is an angel!!! Attentive, helpful, very pleasant!The maintenance is also really good and helpful. If you need any service done on your apartment you can request online and they will help you usually in the same day or on the next day maximum.Well, I think that is it!! Today I have to say, Susan set the bench mark of what a tour and customer service should be. Out of the multiple places weve seen, She was patient, informative, and extremely helpful with our questions. Im sure my wife and I were forgetting a few ?s due to our energetic little ones. Overall, if the reviews were true from past posts, I can say it looks clean and smells great, hallways and units were nice and clean. Now we can hope that we can become apart of the community soon!

The front desk could be very hard to deal with. I mean really... it could be much easier. first day move in, shower is not working. How hard is it to find out the shower is not working before you give the room to next resident? Honestly, I’m okay with that. But when I told u first day move in the shower is not working. I’m expecting you to tell me we are sorry, I’ll have someone come fix it for you, not log in to your resident portal and submit a work order request. It’s nothing big... but it is a terrible experience

Great apartment. Janitzza is super friendly and accommodating. Her team is responsive as well and they all work well together to make sure I got all the help I needed. They took the time to answer all of my leasing/contract questions. Even answered emails off hours. Parking is super strict but after being here for 3-4 months, I kind of understand why. The space on site is limited so theyre doing what they can. Only lost a star because a package was stolen and the train is really loud, but neither can be helped...anyway. Great place overall and very friendly and helpful team. Big fan of Janitzza as well. :)

I dont know where everybody else is living at, but these apartments are great. The staff is always nice and approachable. The computers are fine and they always provide us with paper. The amenities are great. It has been an overall A+ experience.

I had a great expierence living at the Artisan for 14 months. The property management team was extremely helpful (especially Reyna Perez). The facility was always kept in tiptop shape and the gym was phenomenal! I would seriously recommend the Artisan to any family members or friends looking to live in the Corona area!

The hallways, walkways and stairwells remind me of being in LA...full of trash stains and urine stains (from dogs). For what you pay in rent, it shouldnt look like this.

Love this place! Moved from building 5 a 2 bedroom with den to building 1 which is a 1bedroom with den..git my deposit back...feel safe and there is an entirely new management company this year. One thing wish the Club House was cheaper to rent..went from 75 dollars to 150 dollars. Tenants should rally together to fight for lower rates! I just dont have the energy to fight that...Big PLUS PARKING IS SO MUCH BETTER now that an outside company checks plates! Will probably be here for the long run because excellent area, clean, pet friendly and these are luxury apartments!!♡♡◇◇

We booked a tour with Janitsa and she was very informative, polite, and thoughtful with everything we wanted to know. In our experience for apartment hunting in Corona/Norco, Janitsa was truly the best at making us feel like we knew what were buying and being very thorough.

I personally work for a contractor at the artisan apartment as a painter -I have to admit Hector head of Maintenance and his maintenance crew run a pretty nice and clean property-the unit are full furnished with stainless steal appliances and have granite countertops with wood flooring -if I did not own my house I would have loved to call this place my home -the gym and Bb-Q area are a great for a family to come visit -

I love my apartment. Has everything and all the amenities. Good people and great girls in the office. Its quiet and the neighbors are respectful. Love living here!

When I initially moved in to the complex I complained about my carpets. During my lease I complained about the carpet, and told them since I keep paying to have the nasty carpet cleaned they should pony up and cover one of the cleanings since I got it dirty in bad condition. The manager Raina agreed, when I moved out THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE CARPET $420 of my deposit. I spoke with the manager Alma and she didnt even look in to my file before telling me basically oh well!!!My Jaguar was towed and cost me $450!! The tow company, apartment and security company work together.Roaches!!! Yes a supposedly beautiful complex with roaches. I complain on Thursday they tell me to wait until next week. Really with the roaches???Roaches!!!!They are all about taking your money, but not providing you with a home or treating you fairly!!Some office staff try but have to follow the leadership which is not concerned with you as a resident!!

When I came first some month ago, I met Ana, a very nice girl, smart, helpful and capable.She is there once a week, every Wednesday and whatever issue I address, she will find out a great solution.

Unfortunately not the best place to live. To begin the main office have very rude management, additional to that I was not in apartment more than 3 months, and I got charged mostly all of my deposit. They look for every excuse to return as little as possible of deposit. ALSO! it is more than clear that the manager and office staff are subleasing and doing AIRBNB and vacation rentals here, not sure if owner knows YET, but will know if it is with the consent of the owner of the apartments. I definitely do not recommend a place like this and for the price. I saw 3 cockroaches while in this place. Its disgusting!

Unfortunately, I signed a 14 month lease and I am very unhappy living there. The people from the office are very stuck up. There is never toner in the printer and you have to bring your own paper? Always lose my package it is being delivered when I am not home, very frustrating. So I would not bother living in a unsafe apartment complex with not so nice agents.

We moved 3 weeks ago and I so regret. I did not believe reviews about cockroaches here, but it is true . Different sizes, in the bedroom, in the kitchen. They are not coming because of food, they are living here inside apartment. I haven’t seen so big cockroaches in my life. I just killed one in my bed. Also other tenants can put their garbage bags next to door and it can stay couple days.

When I first was looking to move in here everything was perfect. Then once I moved in here everything was not so perfect. The grounds are very disgusting like Its a Healthy hazard. Dogs pop on the ground smells like pee every corner. Hallways by the apartment are filthy, staircase is an absolute mess. Ive been in the process of finding a new place waaaaaaay before my lease is up. Its always something down to the elevators not working

I loved this property but in the leasing office I didn’t like their Attitude, not really friendly and helpful 👎

This place is awesome, clean facility, excellent staff, the best. Very professional and it’s a gated community, this place feels like a resort.
