When JP is working inside the store, it’s the WORST customer service anyone can receive. No kind of customer service skills. Just RUDE. He should be put in the back of the store where nobody has to see him. Whenever I see him at the register, I regret having to walk inside of this store. All of the other employees are GREAT!!!
The woman at the counter was very rude. She denied an alcohol purchase with a valid out of state license because she didn’t know what the black star was on the ID. Please educate yourself. She said she couldn’t swipe the ID because the machine was down. I asked how she can verify that it is legitimate and she said we could call the cops to verify it but they’d still deny our business. I even showed her my (still valid) old ID because I’d literally just renewed mine a week ago and she admitted that was a good ID but that she’d still deny our business because we were ‘bringing other people into it.’ She also stated that she didn’t care about the state we are from (that’s on our ID). I was very level headed during our conversation and brought no one else into the situation. Unfortunately this woman was stuck in her ways and will be losing business from new residents. Very shocked at this woman’s behavior and will be going elsewhere for business even though we’re moving so close. Please hire someone more level headed and educated on state IDs.
Used to be a regular customer here, but no longer. Had good relationships with the attendants, until recently when a female attendant who knew my age and identity from countless purchases, refused me sales because of an expired ID (few days) and proof of renewal (new card was in the process of being sent). Youd think you would get cut some slack from being a frequent visitor, customer, and beyond legal age; only to be told otherwise.
Theyve played Christian pop music loudly in the fueling area for years. New sign says theyll be closed for some weeks for renovations and will return with new management and a new look. Well see what happens.Im disappointed in the closing as I usually redeem my Harris Teeter fuel points here. I just saved a $1 a gallon! Nearly $15.
Prepaid $15 for gas and they claimed the transaction didn’t go through despite my bank showing me the posted debit from my account. Refused to give me my money back or let me get gas.
My first time on this Gas Station, and hear CHRISTIAN MUSIC!!!!!!Is awesomeI hope they do that every day!!!
Total ripoff! The machine after I ran my card got stuck on ultimate. I tried to change as I only use regular. Was also using my HT credit of $1 off per gallon. I didn’t even pump gas into my car and I tried to cancel to go inside to talk to attendant. My card was charged .03 cents and I went in to talk to guy. He said I hit it with the gas pump handle and so sorry I probably lost my HT discount. No help to resolve issue. Like others I use to come here often . No longer!
The woman that works here named Debra is rude sarcastic and should not be employed here one of the worst people I have ever met in my life always complaining out loud about slow/mentally Challenged people and politics and discriminating against other people even when no one ask for her opinion!! !!!!!!!! Stay far away from this BP!!!!!!! theres plenty other good gas station in Cornelius without rude/ miserable people like this
Not busy, very clean, good price for gas and they play good Christian music.
