Staff is always friendly and seem to enjoy working for Sport Clips. The added services that come with the MVP provide a relaxing break from the work week.

BB is an awesome hair stylist. I have been going to her for 10 years.

The cutters here are really good and very sweet. And for whatever reason, this store is never as busy as the other stores. In fact, I pass by at least one other store that is closer to my home because I prefer this one

Asked for a simple 2 faded into a 1 with clippers. Think it was just my hairdresser and not this business altogether. See the pics I posted of how lined and uneven it was (even after asking her to go over it again). Went home and fixed it myself (pic also posted) Will not return

If you use Sports Clips, its definitely worth it to check-in online. During this time of social distancing, there are only two chairs in the waiting area. If you dont make a reservation online, youll be standing outside waiting for quite some time.

This was my first visit to SportClips and I was very pleased all around. The stylist (B.B.) was friendly, attentive and gave me a great cut! I was very glad to see the extensive precautions in place in regards to Covid 19, and felt very comfortable in the setting. The check in process was very straight forward and quite easy. I will be back!!

They will just skip over you when your next in line and in the store checked in as in the store. Took two customers who were listed after me and supposed to have 28 minute waits and came in after me while I was listed as next back and left me standing there. I normally got my hair done here but not anymore. One hadnt requested and hair stylist online either just first available like me and was listed after me but walked in and said to the hair stylist who was about to take me back he didnt realize she was working and wanted to request her so she took him instead and left me waiting.

BB was wonderful and not only did a great job on my hair, I absolutely appreciate her instructing a non-masked guest that masks must be worn, “even in the waiting area.” She was kind, professional, and absolutely worth seeing again.

Had an awesome time at Sport Clips Cornelius location. Ive been having Brittany B. (BB) cut my hair for over 8 years. She is the best. Always does an amazing job, is always consistent, and makes the entire store upbeat and friendly. I also purchased two products for beard maintenance. Great looking store too!

Me and all 3 kids went to Sport Clips. Ages 4, 6 & 8. Our eldest has Down syndrome and has always been a tough to work with for a haircut. Kinsey does a phenomenal job working with him and takes the time to go at his pace and make sure he isn’t scared of the sound of the clippers. The whole team helps out giving our son verbal affirmations and just all around makes for a great experience for the entire family. Glad to have a great spot like Sport Clips in our neighborhood.

If you want your hair destroyed then go here. Doesnt matter if you tell them specifically what you want. Asked for a fade and she used a 1 all the way up my head. I now look ridiculous. Thanks for nothing. Ill be wearing a hat for a month now.

Candace is amazing. Personable and talented! My son had a bad cut from another place and she made his hair picture perfect. She really listens to your vision and asks questions to make sure we were both on the same page. Highly recommend her!

I had a great experience. My wait was about 5 minutes. Cadence was very nice and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted based on a picture of myself from 2 years ago. I will be back!

Its a mens-only shop with a sports theme. That means the staff dress like referees and there are multiple monitors tuned to ESPN. My haircut was ok, however, the best part was the facial massage and hot towel treatment. I was in-and-out in 20 minutes. If you need something quick, stop in here.

The Team did great BB is my hairdresser and she took me in 30 minutes prior to closing time and without any complaint s or hesitation gave me a great service and her coworker cut my sons hair also. I would recommend this place any day!

I enjoy going to sport clips in Cornelius. The girls there are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I have to say the Brittany is my favorite. She knows me by name. Never been disappointed when leaving there. I recommend sport clips in Cornelius to everyone.

9 months ago i gave this place a 1star. Since then it seems either managmsman changed or maybe policies changed but this place is ON POINT now. Wont get my hair cut anywhere else. I have very oddly shaped melon w/a nasty cowlick. Emily is usually the one that cuts my hair but I am pretty confident her notes are good enough that anyone there could do it.Also, I would pay just for the scalp massage and shampoo alone (not in a Robot Kraft kind of way) it is absolutely amazing. A good 10 min break from reality. Highly recommend them....except every 4 weeks when I get my hair cut then I want everyone to stay away so I dont have to wait in line.For the sake of honesty below is what I originally wrote so no one can say I flip flopped:Signe in on line it said 10 min wait and told me to arrive at 3:13. I did and when I arrived I was informed I had a 20 min wait bc they dont really do the online check in and they take anyone that arrived before you ahead of you even if you followed their instructions to the letter. So basically the online check in is just a way for them to get you to register your email, date of birth and phone number. And they dont have anything in the privacy statement pledging that the company will not sell your private information. In addition to that the birthdate calendar wont let you type in a date you have to select the date from a calendar beginning today and only going backwards month by month. So if you were born in say 1970 you will have to hit the back button 576ish (give or take 6-12 clicks depending on the current month and your birth month). Which leads ppl to simpley lie about their age.As far as the store itself, the stylist are the only reason this location is even getting 1 star from me. They are great, friendly & very good at their job. But the online check in is utter BS and a total waste of time.
