I have been using prestige nail spa for a few years now, and I have been getting gel nails for at least 8-10 years. I have never had an issue with soaking off my polish with acetone, however when I went to get my nails done 2 weeks ago the receptionist who is NOT a licensed nail tech requested to file my nails and start to soak off the polish since my nail tech was running behind. She sat at the owner Cindys desk and proceeded to soak off my polish with a bottle labeled acetone, however soon after she wrapped my nails, my fingers began to burn, she told me this was normal, but I have never had burning like this before. When my nail tech took me, my fingers were on fire I washed my hands and that seemed to help. Upon removing my foils my nail tech realized that the solution in the acetone bottle was monomer (a binding agent used for acrylics). My fingers seemed to calm down, but later that evening my joints started to swell and I started getting a firey, burning sensation in both of my hands. I ended up having to seek medical attention at the emergency room - the doctor advised me I had a chemical burn from the monomer soaking on my fingers. When I called the next day to advise Cindy (the owner) she said she would make sure all products were labeled properly and apologized, however when I came back a few weeks later and mentioned it to her husband the other owner he said Cindy knew nothing about it and was extremely rude. He told me we dont mislabel solutions and that all products including acetone cause burning. I would not recommend this place and people going there should be cautious as they are careless with these dangerous chemicals.

I got my nails done by the manager/owner I needed a new full set and a pedicure. She seemed very busy. Started my nails then sent me off for my pedicure. I wanted a pink gel polish. Pedicure went fine came back to the front for my nails ad she again seemed very busy on and off the phone, answering questions for other peoples clients. I asked for some witchy/spooky nail art and we settled on something for 3 nails. Everything was finished so quickly and see was on to the next before I really got a look. The nail art was not great. Very limited attempt. I by day 8 my big toe nail had cracked and ripped off and the majority of my nails had fallen off too. I tried calling someone answered one time and when I asked for the manager was placed on hold for almost 20 minutes when I finally hung up. I tried calling a couple times more and finally left a message and to no surprise no call back. I spent a lot of money to have ugly nails for a week

First and last time I go there. I pick up my color and they change it, I said I want the another one and the man there said “that one it’s more pretty”. I said I want square nails and he made it like oval! I didn’t said anything else but I don’t like the color he pick up, and I had to tell to fix my nails because I want like squares!. I’m the costumer, they should do my nails how I said not like they wants!!. And the prices are expensive than others

As for first impressions the place is cute clean and dainty. I was serviced by Susie who did my pedicure and was super kind of made me feel comfortable and took her time. The one thing I didn’t like was I was switched over to someone else when I was already comfortable with Susie and appreciated the way she did my nails however when I got my next GEN done the girl that did my nails did a phenomenal job and I absolutely love them so this must be a go to place love it!!

Good exp. Had my wife and daughters full nails done. My 3 year old made a mistake and they corrected. My 7 year old noticed and imperfection and they corrected.

Guy in the back did a great job with my nails.

The manager at this place is a joke and clearly does not know what being professional means. Since I got there he was already telling me what color to put on my nails. I ask myself is he the customer or was I lol. He made me feel very uncomfortable. However, the young lady (Wil) that did both my hands and feet was very sweet and professional. Last but not least I tip the young girl $15 dollars and the manager only provided her $7. This is not professional at all and the prices are ridiculous. I paid almost $100 for a regular pedicure and Acrylics with just regular color.

Not worth the money I was charged. My nails did not match my toes, despite my tech asking if I match my bottom and tops. Pedicure left my toe nails broken and cracked and my feet completely rough. My dip was laughable as it was cracked in one day. I paid $68 for a non service and had to pay $72 to have it done some place else. I do not recommend this place.

Excellent service ; from the receptionist to the nail technician(s) ! Very clean and beautiful environment. Prices are relatively good. I’ve found my new nail spot!

I needed my nails done for my time here, and my sister took me to this spot! They are very cautious with the pandemic and take your temperature immediately upon entering. My pedicure and manicure were fine, done by a Diana, but I will have to return at some point because my gel manicure is already starting to lift. 😔 Nice place, wouldn’t recommend Diana..

Ive been going here for quite some time now. I have never had such great nail quality I get pink and white acrylics, not once has my nail broke. Kevin does a great job. The salon is beautiful inside and always clean. I am very thankful for finally being able to find a good nail salon

Bad attitude and bad attention the old man who works there is very rude

I never really write reviews but thought this is a good time to write one. During this crazy time, I felt so vulnerable and concerned going to a nail salon because of germs and being so close to someone for a long period of time. The owner of this salon has taken as many precautions as she can. Before I walked in, I got my temperature taken, and was asked to wash my hands. They also sanitized the chair I sat in before I got into it... the best nail tech here is Long!! Thank you so much.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and especially Michelle! Not only is it a true spa atmosphere but the staff is friendly, they are very accommodating. As a diabetic my feet are not easy to do and make look good, but Michelle is MAGIC!

We saw that any chairs and materials were not sanitized in between customers . I also did not see the person that was doing my nails wash their hands. The person also didn’t file my nails properly, the sides were not equal . During Covid season they have to be more careful .

I love Prestige Nail Spa! The staff is always delightful and Paula does amazing work on my gel manicure. I travel all the way from Boynton Beach to come to Prestige Nail Spa to see Paula because it is such a pleasant and consistent experience. They have so many colors to choose from and many pedicure options you can upgrade to. The place is ALWAYS clean and they use the best of safety precautions when it comes to the tools and pedicure tubs. I HIGHLY recommend giving this place a chance because youll never want to go anywhere else!

Very disappointed. The nail techs along with the owners was very rude . My pedi/mani was horrible and rushed as if it was being done for free . After being told, I was giving a major attitude. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but will never go back, sadly I was referred to this salon. I showed the tech was I wanted to get done and it was a complete disaster. The color didnt match and the price was beyond what I would normally pay. I definitely will not be coming back.Owners: You are being PAID for a service, train your employees. New Nail Spa! They do eye brows and facials just ask. The layout and design of the shop is amazing. While you sit for your pedicure you are offered a glass of wine, water or soda your choice. The staff is very nice and they will do what you want just ask. I recommend this location.

Literally the worst nail salon ever ! i got an acrylic full set and 3 of my nails fell off within less than a week !! i came to get them fixed and my nails are so uneven length wise .. they are lumpy ... and doesn’t even consist of the shape i asked.

I have had several techs do my nails and they are ALWAYS beautiful. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The salon is always clean and bright. Love this place!

Great service and beautiful atmosphere. I was in and out in less than an hour. They took their time and did a great job on my nails. They messed up but fixed it right away. Employees even talked with me a little. I’m definitely coming back here.

The lady at the front desk was nice but one of the nail techs was very rude she had an attitude and rushed me to pick a color if I’m paying $55 for a gel pedicure I shouldn’t be rushed to pick a color! I would not return At least the place looked pretty.

Aside from the beautiful atmosphere, the nail work is rushed and the quality is low, unfinished looking. Spend that kind of money to be rushed and have steps in nail care skipped. Went back, they couldnt rectify the main nail issue, quick cheap looking fix and walked out with poor looking nails.

I recently tried this nail salon and I am very pleased with the service I received. Cindy did my nails and i can say that my nails look perfect! I definitely will be returning!

Great service, owners are experienced and I always leave satisfied. I get the NextGen dip, they shape the nails well and it lasts for a month. I only need it redone because my nails grow out. My pedicures also last until my color change.

Staff is helpful and friendly. The place is clean and they use new nail tools on every person just like they do at the dentist. The offer wine, soda and water and treat you like a queen or king lol. Definately spa like environment. Everyone should come support this salon because not many salon give this type of service anymore.

Honestly very disappointed. I’ve gotten a gel manicure here twice and after both times it chipped after a few days. This most recent time chipped after THREE days. I have never had a gel manicure chip at all except from here. The service is good and it’s clean but the fact that the nails have chipped twice is ridiculous. I definitely will not be coming back

My girl was massaging my feet and legs so hard and strong that I was in pain after an unpleasant pedicure ! My friend on the contrary had a perfect pedicure by a gentleman...and the place was very neat and clean. I still recommend it!

Very very bad service . They forced me to get gel nails which fell off within a week I went back and they wouldn’t fix it without charging me $40 for another whole set. Will be calling my bank for a chargeback . Pedicure was bad too, polish came off . Never coming back 🤮

Clean upscale place.

I was there a few months ago and did not love it. The gentleman who did my fill was rushed and apparently unhappy to have to do acrylics. The nails were ok but his demeanor made me uncomfortable. Disappointed after all the great reviews.

This place is literally perfect ! They are nice and friendly, the atmosphere is great and they just opened so everything is brand new. They also do great nail designs !

I went there yesterday as a first time customer. I have to say my nails have never looked better! I had a gel mani/pedi and I am so happy! They aim to please. The salon is clean and quite new. Horrible place... Did a really bad job on a Dip manicure, started pealing next day...and a bad job on pedicure..asked for my money back...they would not accommodate...nasty place. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone else

They dont deserve a ⭐️ From me. LENA or Nina did a refill for me and her attitude was very disgusting towards me. It was my third time going there, however, I will not go back even if they were the last nail salon. They are very unprofessional, she up the price by $10 and told me that she reshape my nails. My cousin cussed them out before and walked out with her nails unfinished simply because she told the technician she didnt like the polish after only one nail got polished and told her one nail was already done. They dont know how to shape or design.
