Service is not bad. I like getting my nails done by John or Leah. Katie does a great job with my eyebrows. Angela has done my pedicure before and she did a good job. Ive been getting my nails done here on and off for over 15 years. Its in the coral square mall next to Sears. The prices are reasonable. It would be such a great place to come to all the time if it wasnt for the language barrier- so the techs are not personable. Sometimes the environment is such a turn off. So basically, I come here if i just need my nails done quickly.

Super rushed and painfully rough with filing my nails.There’s so much white residue left all over my fingers from how sloppy it was. It’s going to take a few days to completely come off.

Ive been going to this salon for 10 years sue is the best for pedicures and for some apparent reason my manicure ladies never lasted their whom always done a great job and alice is the best who also do my eyebrows.

Visited for the 1st time..decided to have a manicure & pedicure while shopping. Dona did my nails...very pleased, plan to go back..there was no waiting at 10am. Very convenient while shopping.

I got my nails done by who I believe was Janet. So many things were wrong. From the moment I got to her chair she was making faces and saying I need to put on acrylics. (I keep my nails short because I’m a nurse). Then, the whole time she’s being very aggressive. She slams my hand down, or she yanks my hand and at one point she tried to smack my hand. The technique she used to do my dip was completely WRONG. She made me sit under UV lights, the coats were terrible. Everything about my experience was terrible. This was the first time I’ve ever had a terrible experience doing my nails. First and last time coming here

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEYI politely asked the nail tech to push my cuticles back before she add acrylic to my nails. She got up, threw her hands in the air and said she wasn’t doing my nails and I need to go to another tech. I wasn’t rude.. didn’t raise my voice.. I was in utter shock. I went to the guy at the front desk still not understanding what I did wrong and asked him he literally looked at me with a blank stare and said I need to sit with someone else to do my nails. Why would I spend my hard earned money in an establishment that don’t treat me with respect?? They need training on how to deal with paying customers. They don’t even deserve 1 star

I stopped coming here 4yrs ago. Its always packed on the weekends & they can rush through your mani/pedi unless you have an appt w/particular nail tech. Their polish selection wasnt the greatest either. I came by 7 months ago for an emergency pedi & found Simone to do a Very Nice job. I have been going to her ever since. They also upgraded the place a little as well as their polish display.

Alice does a great job on my nails. The prices are reasonable and you can get in and out without an appointment.

This place is so tight like the have 75 workers Very old place they need upgrade with all new equipment. Woman needs a better method of cleaning tools i had to ask her to clean tools in front of me they did not come packaged like most places, not all workers have everything had to ask another nail tech to use her fan because the woman try to tell me that led lights to dry regular nail polish as if I got time to argue with someone who pretends to not speak English but hold a whole conversation in there language so rude no customer service very hard to communicate with ppl here when you tell them how you want your nails done they her mad avoid this place at all cost not even cheap as many ppl they have it should be set up better

Ok so I am going to try and leave a very non-biased review....I’ve been coming here for years and I am a loyal customer. Reading some of the other reviews, I do see where some people are coming from. I haven’t ever witnessed any blatant health code violations but I am also not a germaphobe. As far as pedicures are concerned, I’ve never had an issue. I personally am not as picky about my feet. I usually just pick a crazy color at random and let them do their work. Some technicians will massage you more than others. Some are obviously newer at their job. But 99% of the time, my feet and toes are well taken care of.....when it comes to nails, I only let one person touch my fingers and that is ALICE. I’ve had to go to other technicians before when she was out of town and it’s like cheating on your spouse. You feel guilty and the end result is just not the same. Lol! Not saying that there aren’t other quality technicians but ALICE is just the best. I will say that she does rush sometimes because she’s in such high demand, but I’m okay with that bc I’m usually in a hurry. And by giving you her name in this review, I’m screwing myself out of her precious time! This salon is in the mall and VERY busy all the time. Most are not fluent in English so they communicate in their own language, but this doesn’t mean they can’t do their job. Their prices are fair and they will accomadate you if you are pleasant. This is not an upscale salon. They make their money based on turnover, not by pampering to a few customers. Most clients don’t tip well, if at all. I’m sure their base wages aren’t much, and they are used to dealing with picky, stuck up women who want their nails absolutely perfect or they will throw a fit, so I can understand a certain aspect of frustration. Don’t come in with some picture of some crazy nail design off Pinterest and expect the same. If you are clear what you want and communicate that with the technician, you will leave satisfied. If there is an issue, be polite and ask for it to be fixed. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve accidentally banged a wet toe or fingernail to mess it up and they’ve fixed it no problem with a smile and no xtra charge. This is a mall nail salon. Not a fancy experience. If you come expecting special treatment and acting like a princess, you’ll be disappointed. And tip your technician! They work hard and they WILL remember a good tipper who appreciates them. This place is ALWAYS busy so they can’t be THAT bad. People usually only want to write bad reviews and complain. All the satisfied customers don’t log on and take the time to review. If you dont like you’re service, by all means take your business elsewhere. But this place really isn’t that bad. Don’t have unrealistic expectations, clearly communicate what you want, be polite, and you will be just fine.
