I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years as well as gone to the same tech and i have never been more upset and disappointed with the service i received. i was extremely! overcharged for what i got and had many people give me an attitude when i asked why it was so much. It saddens me a lot that after all these years i have to say that i will not be returning to your salon and i wouldn’t recommend it to others. management has changed for the worse.;(

Love this Salon its the best I been to, they take their time and do everything the right way the lady was so nice she even offered me and the lady next to me a bottle of water I sure was thirsty lol but its my 2nd time there and I highly recommend them anyone of the techs is great no matter who you pick!

Bad customer service. Will never go back.Went there at 4:35pm. They close at 5pm. No one was being serviced. They wouldn’t see me. Learn to put the customer first. I will never recommend for anyone to go there again.

Lacks in customer service. When someone comes in and request services they should get what they ask for, this place does Whatever they want. And then they communicate unmongest each other in another language as if your not sitting right there in front of them. Hello clear communication is a must. Also there is no creativity no one does nail art all trying to push sales for dip set which is highly over price for poor service, expected more from parkland location. I should report them I’m didn’t see bobby certification anywhere he just sat me down to whatever table was open by the way they need more employees.

Kelly is the best, always does a great job! Nexgen dips are $35 and much better on your nails than gels.

Took my mom here for her birthday, staff was pleasant and friendly. The manager was great taking care of our appointment. Overall great experience. My mom will definitely be coming back

Bobby was so rude first he is sitting outside on phone instead of at front was not welcomed by anyone when i came in made appointment explained what i wanted over the phone I called at 6 they told me to come in at 6:30 I was a little late probably 6:40 6:45 after talking with Bobby and very hard to communicate with him he does not speak English very well hes not explaining the things he tells me that he has to file nails with machine which is going to ruin my natural nail he wants to do a quick job instead of doing the longer job this is Parkland I expected more cheating customers with better respect I got in before they close they should have been able to cater to me so I left refuse to do nail removal by filing which is the worst way you can ever take off fake nails you have to soak nails Tuesday night yet every seat was filled because they only had five employees they need more employees better customer service and maybe someone that speaks clear EnglishPer reply please my review was very accurate I came in 15 mins late after going back and forth with bobby is when a man came to me 5mins before 7 trying to have him file my nails down to nothing and I would not allow that to happen. Dont try to make it seem like you employee have families and that was the reason the guy just didnt want to take the time to do my nails the correct way.

Went there this weekend to get my nails done because I had to have them done right away, a full set at that, the guy didn’t even listen to what I wanted done. He was to busy talking to his coworker the whole time. I wanted short nails he left them long. Nails looked horrible. I went to Venetian Nails to get them fixed. Never will I stray away from Venetian again....

Austin did an amazing job on my nails. It’s been three and a half weeks of beautiful nails that even lasted through a beach vacation! Great pedicure, too, although I can’t recall the techs name. They were wonderful with my 6 year olds mani and pedi, as well. I’ll absolutely be going back.

Horrible place. My sister went to get a pedicure the guy cut her and it ended getting infected and she has been with a swollen toe for weeks. All the time while he was cutting her he would laugh and ask if it hurted. No professionalism!

Best customer service! Also, my nails consistently come out looking great, no matter who does them.

They recently changed owners and new management sucks! The guy that usually answers the phone is beyond rude! Ive been going there for years and kept going there only because of Amy and Mimi, but I found out they were no longer working there. Luckily I found out theyre working at J&J on Wiles rd in Coral Springs! Maggie is also working there so I decided to leave this comment here for anyone else thats been looking for them like I was!! Im so happy I found them and I will not come back or recommend this place to anyone!!!

I went here with my friends after hear good things that she said about this place, my mani pedi was the worst experience I ever have, the guy who did my nails I believe his name is tony,he was so rough on my nails, he cut me. Bleeding that I told him that its hurt and its bleeding and he look at me and laughing, I think he didnt understand me, seriously its was bleeding there nothing fun about it ? Its horrible, and I have to suffer all of that times and couldnt wait to get out of there . Never again, what a horrible service, he need to training back .

Used to go here for a long time when it was Super Nail Spa...now it’s a different owner and I had THE WORST experience ever last summer. “Mimi” did my dipped powder and told me it “was better and lasted longer than acrylics and gel.” No it was horrible. Within a week it caught my hair and lifted terribly. Made another appt with “Mimi” on the phone to fix and redo. When I got there, a different young girl (not Mimi but they said she was) started doing my nails and was so rude and could barely understand what I needed. Meanwhile, I see the “Mimi” that DID do my nails the week prior and she said her name wasn’t Mimi and didn’t know me. Long story short I got so aggravated with the horrible mis communication and lack of good service that I left. Do not recommend!!!!

First time there. Still don’t know what to think... John did my nails. He was very cold, didn’t say ANYTHING at all. I really didn’t mind that but he was just cold. He did well on my fill however, when he polished my nails he didn’t put a base coat. When getting gel nails, you HAVE to put a base coat ( I know this Bc I’m a licensed cosmetologist and took an extended nail class. I asked him if he was going to put on a base but he didn’t answer. I didn’t say anything else Bc I took into consideration that he is a professional and knows what he is doing, besides, I hate it when ppl think they know more the. the professional, you know. Needless to say my polish came off the very next day!!! PISSED!!!!!! I got my nails done the day before thanksgiving, FOR THANKSGIVINGS, and my nails look terrible!!!!!!!! Little things like that will keep me far away from that place. I believe when I pay for something, it should be done CORRECTLY!!!

The lady rushed through my nails and my acrylics don’t fit, she cut me, and my paint is uneven and not coving the edges of my nails.
