Horrible, even if you make an appointment they make you wait... I mean WAIT AND THE GIRL UP FRONT IS SO RUDE, does anyone believe in customer service I mean Im a bartender I tip great, I completely understand if your running a bit behind but this is ridiculous and PLEASE dont be rude to people its uncalled for

Although they do a good job here, Helen, the manager is always very hostile and unfriendly when I come in. I have even had family members complain about this as well. *She is not my nail tech but I have been serviced by her once and even in that moment she was very rushy/rough with me as if I was not paying for the service.By the way, I am a person of color so it makes me wonder if there is more to this situation... I am not sure but she could really just use a tip or TEN on customer service. You will run your customers away like this... We should not feel uncomfortable when we are spending OUR money here.

I’ve been going for years. I’ve had special designs done on my toenail that the Grandgirls love! Darlene knows just what I like! She is Terrific!

Avoid this place seriously there are way better salons. I went there after Irma because I was in desperate need of a fill-in and my usual place was still closed. I called and a woman told me I could just walk in. So I get there and then she says she doesnt have time and I could come back at 2:30 for a pedicure and 5pm for a fill-in -________- so I just made an appointment for 5pm to do it all. Four days after the fill-in my index nail had chipped. So I went in today to ask if they could fix it and the woman who did them originally said I cant, Im too busy today. I guess shes the only one doing acrylics because I cant understand why she couldnt take ten minutes to fix my ONE messed up nail. So now Im currently at my usual place having them fix my nail and do a color change. I cant understand how Asian Nail Spa has such high ratings. They also have a small variety of nail polishes. When I asked for a pink nude the nail tech told me they only had that color in gel...which was more $$ overall just a bad experience and bad customer service.

First time visiting this place. I found my new nail salon . The staff are all wonderful, extremely helpful . I am honestly pleased with how they did my nails . I won’t go anywhere else now ! 🙂
