I had a appointment today with “Lisa Beauty services” suite #123 at 6:30pm for ombré brows. I confirmed my appointment with her multiple times even earlier during the day. When the time came I called and texted her because I could not find the building. She never answered. I was finally able to find it and called the front desk they bussed me in. When I got to her suite she wasn’t there. Apparently she hasn’t been there all day!! Not professional at all! How could she have me confirm an appointment she HERSELF didn’t show up to and not even have the courtesy to let me know she wasn’t going to take my appointment. Previously she had cancelled on my original set date. I would not recommend her at all! Not professional.

Took mom to go see our favorite hair dresser Ilene. Shes awesome. Everyone should go see Ilene she is great. Shes been doing our hair for a few years now. I highly recommend her to everyone. If you need to get a hold hold her please look her up Ilenes hair salon in margate. You wont regret going to her she is the best around.

Ive been getting my hair done here for years and my, my, my how things have changed. This place use to be a very clean and well maintained establishment, now with the new staff the bathrooms are ALWAYS dirty, the floors are dirty and the atmosphere isnt the same, at all. Looking for somewhere new.

Box braids med mid back.I have brought my goddaughter to this place twice. Both times she was late!! First time was an hr second 30 mins. I had no complaints with a girl named Chelsea the first time but this past experience i couldn’t say the same with June Jean. My goddaughter starts highschool and we figured we’d try her again. I dropped her off and picked her up when she was done. My goddaughter gave June $140. I was so upset when i saw the finished work. We all know after getting braids you wet the ends just to secure them. My goddaughters hair is natural and i guess after wetting her ends you can see where her natural hair was sticking out mid-braid and i mean every single braid. When i asked June Jean did she stretch out my goddaughters hair she said yes. Only to find out her definition of stretched out is only using a brush. What!? We asked for medium mid back and we got large mid back. The parts were huge. We brought 6 expressions hair and had none left which i really wasn’t expecting. I recently got my hair braided by someone else (she wasn’t available) and had left over hair. She blamed the quality of work on the water used to secure the ends and the texture of my goddaughters hair and added that she never seen this happened before. She offered to redo her hair but wouldn’t do it ALL over. Just the few that the natural hair was sticking out. BUT that ended up being all of them. She refused to buy the hair after paying her $140. I paid $19 for the hair. I would never go back! I wouldn’t even recommend her. I’m upset i had to choose a star. UPDATE SHE BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK

The best experience I ever had getting a pedicure and manicure, the staff is very friendly, reasonably priced and a fun and upscale environment, definitely a 5 star experience and I will be returning again

First of all, I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS!! But I thought my massage was so terrible, that everyone needed to know. This is exactly what happened. The massuse asked me how I would like my massage and I told her deep thumb action. I wonder why she even asked me, because she just rubbed lotion all over my body with open palms. After 20 mins I finally told her she could start using her thumbs, she said really, on your legs? She sounded offended and preceded to use her forearm up my quad and used tons of pressure to the point of pain! Hello, I just wanted thumbs! I was finding myself annoyed and angry at this lady the whole time. Then at the end, she took out a hot towel, placed it under my neck and said Ok Hun, you have a little bit of a stiff neck and left the room for me to change. I have been walking around for two days now with a stiff neck. I wish I remembered her name, she has a very short haircut and blue eyeshadow. Nothing more frustrating than wasting money on something you look forward to relax with.

Butchered my hands, 4 cuts. Was 30 minutes late and in a rush. Blamed me for having small cuticles. Fingers are now swollen, hope the instruments were clean - visiting dr tomorrow. Not recommended.
