They provide a clean neat and relaxing atmosphere. They have a 3 5 7 system that allows you to signal when youre at your maximum stretch. If you have trouble stretching and getting yourself as limber as you need to be, then this is the place for you. They have a very patient knowledgeable staff that can answer all your questions. My sciatica has been ongoing for over 6 months but Im finally getting some pain relief in my piriformis by going to the Stretch Zone.

I had my consultation with Vivian. Let me just say.....LOVE HER!!! I recently had a minor back injury and was experiencing pain in my lower back and leg. Vivian did a thorough analysis and fact finding conversation. When she was done stretching me I was completely relaxed (which NEVER happens.). I felt so much better. Looking forward to my next stretch!

I have been going for six weeks now for two one hour sessions per week. My back pain has already improved remarkably. For the first time in 30 years I can touch my own toes. Looking forward to seeing even further results, but for now, I am very satisfied. Caleb does an excellent job. Great communicator, listens to how I feel and more importantly is reading how my body is responding and needs more or less focus. Highly recommend Caleb.

I’ve experienced two sessions the Coral Springs location and so far I am really impressed. I witnessed the therapist sanitizing the equipment after each client and immediate hand washing. I can feel a difference in my flexibility. The staff is very courteous and personable. I definitely will go again.

Love this place and the philosophy behind stretch zone. More affordable than massages and some of the time more effective for helping alleviate pain, stiffness or any discomfort you may have. Give them a shot, they did an amazing job with Covid preparation and making you feel secure. Will definitely be back many times in the future.

Stretch zone was Phenomenal! The intentionality and effort put into the stretch I got was beyond my expectations. You would think it’s just a basic stretch when you hear you get a free one but it’s literally fit to your specific needs. If you have lower back pain, knee pain or any type of aches in areas similar to it, stretching could be the fix for that because it has helped me feel a lot better! The team there is so personable and they WILL remember you when you start to come in more often! 10/10 recommend!

I love taking time out of my day for a wonderful stretch. The facility is extremely clean, they practice all safety procedures in terms of cleanliness and masks. The girls there are wonderful. I highly recommend.

Dont go there! Janell ( manager) call my husband thief (I have the proof)! GO TO Boca Raton and see which one is better for you because in these stores that have a manager called Janelle! Because she can call you and say that you stole her money because it took her 3 weeks to return my money and when I decided to call my card she gave me the money back and the card had already solved for me, and on first call on this subject she already accused me that I stole the money That was Janelle, the manager!

I love Stretch zone and the Coral Springs location is the BEST! I have been to others but truly love the staff at this location they are phenomenal! I have also tried stretching prior to massages at other businesses and they really aren’t that good. I can tell stretch zone at Coral Springs are trained professionals!

Janell IS AMAZING!!!! I drive the 30 minutes just to have her stretch me. Having severe scoliosis and major back pain it is hard to trust someone to do anything regarding my back, but Janell takes the time to make sure I am comfortable throughout the whole process and lets me know how my body improves after each session. 10 out of 10 would recommend her!

This place is amazing! I go every week and I feel so much better. Car accidents, skiing accidents, child birth, sitting 40+ hours a week, my body was sore everywhere. I would get up in the morning at 35 and couldnt stand up straight. The first time I left here I felt better then I have in years. The pinched nerve in back is no longer bothering me. I dont know you can pay people to stretch you and thats exactly what they do, I had Linda and Yoandy, and both are wonderful. i suffer bad sciatica and need a good stretch and they deliver that every time. the vibe there is also very chill and welcoming, recommend this place for sure!
