Ive heard a lot about cryotherapy, but never had the opportunity to try it out until I found Fire & Ice. It did not disappoint! Just a day ago, I had my 10 mile long run. I found immediate relief post-treatment and an overall sense of well-being and calmness for the remainder of the day. This type of therapy is an excellent way to recover from your workouts and maximize your output the next time you exercise. I will definitely be going again soon!

The guys at my gym were raving about this place and now I know why?! Not only is the therapy effective, its almost euphoric and very relaxing as they offer more than just cryotherapy. Loren was amazing, very engaging and clearly passionate about her business. Horrible experience! We bought an unlimited yearly package on December 2016. When we came to use it we realized the place was closed. Nobody answer and nobody informed us about this. We called the Coconut Creek lacation and they said this package does not exist and that it was expired! We could not use it and they said is nothing they can do for us! Be aware! They can close down anytime and you will lose your money! Do not use it!

I cant say enough great things about Fire & Ice! Im a pro athlete and using their services definitely helps with my performance and more importantly my recovery! Lauren and her staff are so friendly and amazing! If youre into fitness, you know recovery is one of 3 components in getting in any kind of shape. This is something you must try, its next level!

Great experience! I felt recovered after Cryotherapy. I will definitely come back again. I recommend it for anyone with muscle aches or soreness from training. Great way to recover and to relieve soreness. If youre an athlete, I highly recommend to implement it with your training.

Very friendly atmosphere. Was amazed at how the full body treatment felt and helped my recovery from workouts. The compression boots are also a MUST! No better remedy to recover from soreness! Highly recommend trying this out!!!

Fire and ice is well worth visiting. Cryo therapy helped me tremendously with some aches and pains I was having due to running. The staff is great and the facility is beautiful. I highly recommend!

Staff is awesome and assistance where needed! Most importantly my PAIN is more tolerable and this is so much more better than pain pills. Definitely not the cure all, but noticeable difference from 1st session.

It says their hours are nine in the morning till seven in the evening and I called several times and the mailbox was full so I just drove over there and it was 330 and the place was locked and closed. I called again to try and leave a message or find out what was going on and again there is no way to leave a message and it said on the answering machine that their place was open from 9 to 7.

I walked into fire & ice almost two months ago with an undiagnosed shoulder injury hoping for some pain relief. I didnt know much about cryotherapy other than professional athletes use it for recovery, but Lauren, the owner and operator of fire & ice explained the effects of cryotherapy and how it would help me with my injury and the other benefits it would have on me both physically and mentally.She got me in the full body cryotherapy machine that same day for a reasonable first time user price. Within 36 hours I noticed the positive effects cryotherapy had on my body, most importantly bringing down the swelling in my shoulder.I immediately signed up for the monthly package (best value) and have also added occasional spot treatments (cryotherapy focused on one particular area) to speed up the recovery of my shoulder.Since then I have been diagnosed with four separate muscle tears in my shoulder. I told my orthopedist about cryotherapy and he loved that I was proactive in my recovery process and told me to keep it up!!I have since continued cryotherapy almost daily and it has been integral in my healing and recovery.Thanks Lauren!!
