They lied to us..they misrepresented an addition amount on a quote. I have original emails. I didnt find it until I was acutally looking for a different insurance agency. When I brought it to their attention the owner was rude and said he would not discuss it further and hung up. I am going to show the state of Florida how they misrepresented an up charge of 372.00. Hope it was worth it to them!!! Soooooooo wrong!! They should do the right thing! Dont do business with them!

Scott is a seasoned insurance pro. I have had my insurance policies with him for a long time now as I know hes always shopping for the best carrier. If he sees a better program or higher rated carrier that presents an opportunity to get my family a better deal hes on it. I know hes concerned about having the right coverage. Thats the biggest issue I see with many insurance agents. You might see a cheaper alternative but they dont have a clue when it comes to what you really need. I think that Scott offers the best service and has the ethics that youd expect from someone helping you to insure your family, business etc.Ive recommended him to many friends and everyone has been very pleased.

My wife and I have relocated several times,( CO, GA, FL) in the past ten years or so. During that time we maintained out insurance needs through our broker in our hometown of St. Louis. We really never had an issue and we had received excellent service until recently. With our last move to Parkland, FL obtaining home owners insurance through a St. Louis broker seemed problematic. We knew we would need to find a local broker for our needs.I asked friends for recommendations and settled on a broker in Fort Lauderdale. I made contact with the agent and obtained a preliminary quote which at the time was a very reasonable quote. I called the agent and left a message to call so we could review the quote. No luck. I emailed the agent with the quote and asked her to contact me as we were under a deadline to obtain insurance. No response.My wife presented to me (for lack of a better term) a dummy quote we received unsolicited from an agent at Billiet Insurance Agency which had recently opened up an office in the area. I reviewed the dummy quote from the agent named Maris Orlinsky. I found this quote more comprehensive than the quote I received from the agent I was trying to work with. I emailed Maris on Friday evening, Monday morning promptly at 8:50a (office hours are 9-5) I received a phone call. We chatted, talked out the particulars and within hours we had a darn near perfect quote. I called Maris and asked if we could meet, (must be my Midwestern upbringing, I like to meet face to face). We met the next morning, fine tuned the quote, executed the policy and then before we left, Maris had given us competitive quote on our auto and umbrella policies. Not only that, but she was friendly and took a real interest in our needs. So now we have a local agent for all of our insurance needs with Maris and Billiet.Oh by the way, Maris saved us about $2,500 a year!
