I have had excellent customer service from this agency. I referred my son to them for his homeowners insurance and he actually changed his auto insurance to them as well.

Very difficult to work with. Canceled all our policies with them and transferred elsewhere. They still refuse to cancel our Flood Insurance policy even tho NFIP has said it can be canceled

All my experiences with AllState and particularly this Agent start out frustrating due to issues I am having, they all end with excellent customer service, a resolution to my issue or at least an understanding of what is occurring every time I think about changing to another insurance, Allstate demonstrates why that is not a smart move.
