We had State Farm in Cincinnati. They were the best. Down here in Fl. It was a different story! My experience is a duplicste of two reviews following this.. My driving record is flawless. No accidents no tickets. They quoted me the best rate in Fl. After I signed on the rate was never correct. We fixed some paperwork glitches and was guaranteed the low rate. It never happened. It went up monthly to the point of being the highest rate.Phone calls were not returned. Ill call you back in ten minutes turned into no call back. Getting someone on the phone was impossible and they didnt have answers. After 5 months of this we switched to Allstate. I finally visited their office and my agent did not come out to speak with me. She just yelled some answers from an office.READ YOUR MONTHLY STATEMENTS!!

Zero Stars!!I had an Auto policy with this agent and every 6 months the rate increased, and its very hard to do any changes, the office dont pick up calls and customer service says contact the agent. Finally got frustrated and switched.

The most horrible customer service ever. They dont return phone calls. We have been or I should say had been a customer for over 20 years. Run in the opposite direction.

I dont know where to start. Ill just leave it at TERRIBLE.
