I have called this Hair Salon a few times and every time I mention that I have Groupon, they can never accommodate my requests. The lady who offers the services on Groupon didnt even have the courtesy to answer in a pleasant manner. I felt that she was doing me a favor. Why does she offer a service at a discount to get new clients and then treats the new client with indifference. Really bad customer service!

The staff are expert hair cutters, dressers, etc. I’ve noticed how a few of them hold their shears & it’s an advanced technique. No wonder every person who walks in there leaves looking fabulous. And to sweeten the deal, their customer service is great.

I have called this salon for a few days now to make an appointment but no one answers. I have left both a voicemail and Facebook message but neither have been returned. I dont know how there are positive reviews when no one answers the phone or calls potential clients back. Poor customer service if you ask me. Very disappointed in this business.

I have been doing eyelashes with Yeni for more than a year and a half. In addition to being professional, super clean, always on time and more than anything grateful for the quality of the eyelashes. I wear contact lenses and put on my makeup often and I can vouch for the good job she does.In love with my eyelashes! More than one year with Yeni. The quality, the cleansed, and her professionalism is amazing! I dont trust anyone with my eyes.
