Immediately after I left the salon my nails became warped. Nail techs name was Jani. Spent $58 on an acrylic gel set and returned the next day immediately. I could only return on my lunch break and I’m going on vacation so I didnt have the time to get it fixed all I wanted was a refund at least 50% ($28) mind you I spent a total $120 total in there on a gel feet polish change. I was very respectful although it took everything in me not to lash out or knock stuff over after having a 15 minute back and forth where the boss lady admitted multiples times that it was a bad job but refused to refund me anything. She finally settled on giving me back a measly $18 cash which for me it was the mere principal that this was unacceptable and not quality work at all. Literally so embarrassed to have been at work with these nails and can’t wait to have someone take it off for me. Terrible customer service and obviously bad work. Not to mention I didn’t even care for how it was done in the first place. Highly do not recommend.

Really bad first impression - It is ok for a place can be dated but you have to keep your tools cleaned and in good shape (the brush owner used was terrible) SPECIALLY when you are providing nail and waxing services. She burnt my fingers although I told her i had sensitive skin. The owners couldn’t spare a smile. Not going back.

I love this place! Lisa and Julie are my favorite nail techs, very fast and knowledgeable. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because sometimes their employees are loud and obnoxious. Still great service though! I highly recommend to make an appointment before going, as they are usually busy.

They gave me ONLYa dip powder and tried to call it chrome then charged me $55 DO NOT GO HERE OVER PRICED FOR SERVICES

I’ve made two appointments here, but when I showed up they were never ready or prepared. The employees are very rude and their work is sloppy. The utensils and floor are very dirty. They poorly manage the salon. I tried to give them a second chance. I thought that I just had a poor first experience and their salon and them weren’t that bad. They are that bad. The second time, I had to stand up and walk out. Save your money and your time. Don’t choose this salon.

I needed a quick fix on my nails for a refill and pedi and came across this gem and I’m glad I did. Great service, great customer service and place is very clean. I shall return I love how my hands and feet came out.

I just discovered this salon and I can’t wait to go back. They have so many color selections you don’t even know where to start. They also have a “Mood” Gel color that changes with the temperature of your hands ! That’s what I got and I love it. Julie did my nails, she’s super sweet and she’s good. And they are also competitively priced so it works for me!

I’ve literally had the best experience of my entire life in this salon, I always leave places so unhappy but today I had the pleasure of having Jessie as my nail tech, she was thorough beat had an amazing personality and did the most amazing job, thank you Jessie, I will be back in two weeks !, you are great!!!

Horrible service. I came in on a Saturday evening around 7:10 pm. My boyfriend wanted a simple manicure. As we came in and asked for a manicure the gentlemen in the front refused to help us and looked at the lady beside him, who laughed and giggled saying that it’s not that they don’t want to help us, it’s just that it was almost closing time. Closing time is at 8pm not 7:10, besides it was a simple gentlemen’s manicure. Nonetheless, you don’t refuse service to a customer because of timing. Especially when it was far from closing, it’s not like we came in at 8 exactly, which would be closing time. They were very rude and laughed, we simply left the salon. Never going back there again.

Service was okay. The language barrier was a bit of an issue. I got gel for my hands and toes, it was sloppily done and a few of my toes and fingers didn’t even make it until Friday (I got my nails done on Monday) she painted over my cuticles so it started getting caught in my hair and my toes were getting caught on my socks. I didn’t bother to bend over and go over each toe or finger because I only heard great things from this nail salon. A total waste of 78$ Very disappointed. Won’t come back or reccomend to anyone.

Horrible experience I got my nails done there on a Sunday the man who did my nails was rude... the following Sunday the acrylic nails were already coming off so I called and went in for them to fix them because they should not be popping off that soon. When she was fixing my nails she cut three fingers with the drill and continued to use the tools and put them back in the drawer with my blood on it I had to ask for a tissue with alcohol to make my fingers stop bleeding! My fingers are now very sore and I’m nervous about infection because of the unsanitary tools and then had to pay for it.... very poor work do not recommend!!!

I had to give it 1 star but really its a 0-5....Terrible terrible terrible service - this used to be my favorite place but the last two times Ive gone I have had horrible results- my toe nails were completely cut down to the skin and then when she painted them she didnt put enough coats on so you could see the paint lines and left nail polish all over my skin! It looked like a child did them. This used to be THE PLACE to go but now I would warn against going. They have really lost the techs with professional technique

Just left BNT Nails after getting a great mani-pedi (for 38.00).The staff there is very nice, but not too chatty. I always feel weird when it seems like people are trying to make small talk with me... so this place gets bonus points from me for that.They do accept Visa and Mastercard (but tips are cash only).

I do not recommend this place. I was there yesterday and first time. I was cut and was bleeding by one person in my toe. I am not even sure if she used a clean ceasars...not even sorry from her i was pushed and rushed my nails not ok but there are much better places around and cost same or less vn nails is much better...i know they were tired working all day but so was i...i am sure never going back
