Booked my appointment after checking out Miami Spa Month offerings from many top spas around and fell in love with one of the Biltmore spas body rituals. My was involving sea salt scrub and seaweed soak and body wrap for detox and relaxation for 2 hours. Even though it took 90 minutes instead it was still great and well worth it. My Honey coconut pedicure however was less than underwhelming. There was no coconut, there was no honey... Very sweet older lady though. So, do love the spa, did not love the pedicure. Girls at the front desk are awesome and very accommodating. Overall pretty good experience definitely will be back

Totally enjoyed my spa day at the Biltmore Miami! The world renowned brunch was amazing coupled by the spa treatments! I left Relaxed, Refreshed and Renewed!

Disappointed. I ordered 3 services as a treat for my mother, and two of them were not provided because they were out of supplies or the staffing wasn’t available. One of the services ordered they kindly called ahead to offer a substitute, and when my mom arrived they didn’t provide that either! The staff is nice, and the property is beautiful. But as with many things in Miami, there is a lack of competence, sloppiness, and shoddy customer service. Sadly this is even a problem at the Biltmore.

I had a wonderful prenatal massage yesterday afternoon with Teresa. She made sure I was comfortable in every position and asked me several times about the level of pressure and my comfort. I’ve had 3 prenatal massages (not here) and this one was by far the best. My hubby had a deep tissue massage that he also loved. The locker rooms have beautiful showers with all the products you could need inside the shower.

The people and staff were so nice, but the quality of the mani pedi was just so below my expectations. I grew my nails out and was excited to get them done to have them all cut off after agreeing to a little trim and shape-up. The “upgrade” basically just included my cuticles which I think should be included anyway and there was no small rub/massage of any kind and no lotion for my hands. Very disappointed would not recommend

We love everything about the Biltmore.Starting with the lobby, we love that the historic integrity of the hotel has been so well preserved. Pictures fill the lobby, taking guests back in time for a glimpse of glamorous days of yesteryear. The caged birds in the lobby add a special touch. Furniture throughout the hotel is meticulously chosen for it’s quality, comfort, and nostalgic value.The spa. We’ve had facials, massages, manicures, our hair done, and enjoyed all the amenities of the spa, including the sauna, relaxation room, steam room, and gift shop. The gym is also included in the spa, although I have not yet had the chance to take advantage of it.We also really love the golf course. The first time I played it I had one of my best games. It’s a beautiful course. It’s probably my favorite course in all of Miami. I’ve also been on the course several times for Fourth of July fireworks.The hotel rooms are gorgeous. Clean, up to date, and every room has a beautiful view.The pool is amazing! You really start to appreciate the history of the Biltmore when you sit at the pool and see the high dive and pictures of celebrities at the pool.I’ve been to several weddings in different ballrooms. They’ve all been gorgeous (even if they did all end in divorce).The tennis courts are great! They completely redid the courts and the clubhouse. It’s a lovely place to play with some of the best rates in town!The restaurants are all delicious! Sunday brunch is a must. It’s also lovely to sit poolside and enjoy lunch.The gift shops are a must see. They have a great selection of both local Miami fare, as well as carefully selected clothing, and a little bit of the history of the hotel itself.The Biltmore is a great place for both locals and tourists alike to enjoy.

Girls Day Spa - my family and I went on Sunday for the Miami Spa month and it was an amazing experience. The ambiance, setting and actual service was fantastic. All the ladies were happy with their treatment and cant wait to plan another one. The only thing that would have taken this experience to a A+ would have been access to the pool. We cant wait for another event. If you need a deep tissue ask for Ellie - she worked her magic on my tight muscles and knots.

The Biltmore spa is top notch. The property is one of a kind and the service is perfect everytime. I always go early, workout in their (very recently remodeled!) gym, melt my face off in the steam room for thirty minutes, THEN go get an amazing massage. And then go melt my face off again in the steam room. This place is pricey, but worth every penny!

I booked an appointment for my mother to spend her birthday and enjoy a massage at the spa at the Biltmore. The massage itself was very nice and the therapist was great. However the spa showers were not working very well and this was not communicated upon arrival. There was one shower that was out of service and she found herself making a line to wait for a shower. The place looks a bit tired and I think they need to remodel. My expectations were higher for this hotel.

Today is the first time I received poor customer service at the Biltmore Spa. I made an appointment for a 70 minute deep tissue massage online at 11 am. I got an email confirmation stating my appointment was 11 am to 12:15 pm. The day of the massage I had another appointment scheduled at 9:30am to end at 10:30 am. I live an hour away and left on time . In true Miami style public works shut down lanes on 95 only leaving one lane for access to traffic. Needless to say this created a bottleneck of traffic and I ended up being 30 minutes late to my first appointment. This pushed back my first appointment by 30 minutes. I contacted the Biltmore Spa to let hem know the situation. The person I spoke with was able to accommodate rescheduling me for a 50 minute massage at 11:20. I got to the appointment and got a call while walking to the lobby telling I am late by 1 minute which I already knew. Then while checking in I was told that I was late. When the attendants greeted me it was you are late . When my aesthetician greeted me she was like you are late and we only have until 12:10...when I asked her why not 12:15 as stated in the email she said because I was late. I knew that I was late but the amount of time people took to reprimand me as if I were a child I could have been set up to have my massage. It literally was 15 minutes of them telling me I was late. I have been going to the Biltmore Spa since 2008 and a loyal customer but never again. There are enough 5.0 start high end luxury spas in Miami and I have many choices to spend my hard earned money. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed because I have made many referrals to this spa but never again.

Gorgeous spa, professional and friendly staff. The steam room was a bit overpowering with the essential oil smell, but the dry sauna is perfection! A great experience, also, a great gift idea for someone !

I used to love the Biltmore Spa, but they remodeled the massage rooms and made them white and so bright they resemble hospital rooms. It is very hard to relax and close your eyes with all that bright light.

My daughters enjoyed their massage very much. Unfortunately the reservation was made for the three of us together to celebrate my daughters 21st Birthday . Much to our disappointment they do not have a room that fits 3 together which was the point of our celebration. My 2 daughters went together I skipped the massage completely after being deceived.

I was given the Journey to the Fountain of Youth as a birthday present during MiamiSpa month. What a wonderful experience. From checking in to getting on a robe and relaxing to Anna who gave me a lovely experience and a very relaxed self. I would do this again!! ( hint, hint to my husband!)

The worst massage ever for and incredibly expensive price. Tiny old steam room. The staff is incompetent. The girl in the front desk speaks to your face as if you were not there. As you are dressing there is woman hovering asking you for the slippers and the robe. Had to ask her to please let me dress in privacy. Really bad experience, so sad that place has gone downhill.

If you are in search of an eyebrow artist, look no more, Tilsa is your girl. I have been going to Tilsa now for 4 years. She is the BEST in Miami for eyebrow shaping. She works out of the Biltmore Spa.

3 or 4 times a year,the office for which I work,treats us to a day at a spa.We have been doing it for many years and although,for a change,have tried other spas, we always come back to the Biltmore.The spa facility itself is very nice,luxurious and cozy.Their entire staff is absolutely amazing.All of them are very friendly, helpful and do wonderful work. Id like to give special recognition to Maritza, which is a real gem,a lovely woman who goes the extra mile to make you feel like royalty.Over the years I have tried several massage therapists and even though all of them are good, LENI is,by far,my favorite.She is a wonderful person in addition to be a caring and EXPERT masseuse. Ask for her!She is fabulous!!!!Come to the Biltmore spa and you wont regret it!

I have been to the Biltmore Spa many times in the past. Planning a spa day for my colleagues and family is a favorite gift. My most recent experience was wonderful with a beautiful atmosphere and talented therapists. Except when it came time for the mani/pedis. For the hour of treatment another guest had her young child with her. The entire time the mother (in a voice that was loud and grating) read books aloud, continuously explained an entire magazine and its photos, reviewed a world map and all the places they have been, reprimanded and even allowed her to paint her own nails. If I wanted my day at the preschool this would have been fine, but it made me want to get up and leave as soon as possible. The worst was when I mentioned upon checkout that the relaxing spa experience was ruined by this obnoxious mother homeschooling her child the entire time, and the staff response was to say they would make a note on my account that I did not want children in the salon. What? The attendant did say that the Biltmore is an “adults only” spa but that did not apply to the salon. It was obvious the staff knew this customer (someone’s wife?)and turned the other way, despite her ruining everyone else’s experience. (Put that note on her account) And you might want to ask to make sure this regular wont be there when you book. Then they offered 20% off our mani/pedis only to say 5 minutes later they couldn’t offer a discount because we had a package (we did not). Then they offered a free treatment when we return next time. Don’t know if there will be a next time.

From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and acommodating. I will definitely return. Thank you!

The worst massage I ever had in my life for $250.1 hour 1/2 of frictions... supposed to be a deep tissue massage. I honestly doubt that it’s a real massage therapist. Zero customer service !I mentioned how disappointed I was they didn’t even call a manager, but just said that probably a person will contact me by phone, the front desk girl wrote a note in the computer and said that she was sorry for the experience but charge me anyway $250.I will never go back to this place

The same price for 1 massage to take it in the Trump National Doral, but there in the biltmore is a joke compared to the Trump ....are u kidding me ???the mens locker room is also a joke, I could not believe it when I saw it, and Same price as the other 5 Star Spa ... and the worst thing is that they treat their staff as slaves, especially a supervisor called Maritza .... disgusting is little to sayshe is an evil and sinister person ... really creepy ..... as your WORST nightmareI lived it myself
