After three months, Im sold on waxing as a better alternative to shaving. Coral is awesome! Shes super friendly & easy to chat with. The manager is also very friendly. The online booking system is great too!

Just had a wax from Kortenay and she made the experience quick and painless. She is very sweet and professional. Since it was my first time with her she took the time to read over my notes from previous experiences and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Overall a great experience.

I was greeted immediately upon entering and services by Kortenay were great. She explained what she was doing and frankly my brows haven’t looked this good in a couple years! And I definitely appreciated the soft sell of products & services & better yet, the friendly atmosphere - I’ll definitely be back!

Heidi is so detail in her work. She’s so personable while removing the unwanted hair from my face and legs. Shannon treats everyone like a guest in her home and she’s the hostess. Such a good manager. I’m very pleased with their service.

This place is great! I’m always wary of having someone new wax my eyebrows because I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but Kortney did an AMAZING job. I also did tint for the first time, and she explained the process and what to expect clearly. It looked so good that when my husband got home, he looked at me for a long time and said, “You look really pretty today, babe.” He had no idea I had my eyebrows done, but he could see it looked good. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Kort.

Lacy is awesome! Always friendly and remembers who you are and what you like (and don’t like). There are closer Waxing The Cities, but I drive the distance for the customer service and the quality of service I receive! Love this place!

The unprofessionalism of this place is astounding. The management doesnt seem to know what they are doing, I asked if my friends daughter who is 17 needed permission to get waxed and one of the employees, or it could have been the manager, just shrugged and said I dont know I never felt like I was taken care of at all. They didnt seem to know what they were doing. will not go back.

Ive been coming here for several months and always have a positive experience. Kay is professional, friendly, and good at what she does. Its also very clean here, which is more than I can say for some other waxing places. Additionally, theyve started health screenings when people arrive. My only (minor) complaint is that the checkout process is a little slow, but its still worth it!

I have used Waxing the City several times now, and have personal experience with Kay. She has been awesome. I felt comfortable, everything was clean, and she has done a great job. Highly recommend!
