Wasn’t sure of what to expect as for affordability... Called and was able to schedule same day appointment, not to mention that I was a new patient!!! My entire procedure only took about 45 minutes, with some of the most courteous dental staff!!! Dr Schweer was very helping in informing me of my options and explaining the processes. I am definitely returning for future dental work and will also schedule other family member when needed!!!Thank you for great service and great dental work!!!

Family and I went to this place for three years. Revolving door of dentists, hygienists, office staff. Some are good, some are okay, some are just bad. If you go, expect to get expensive treatment recommendations and offer of dental credit plans to fund it. I kid you not. Each time I got second opinions - twice was told needed treatment was nowhere near what was recommended at Floss. I stayed as long as I did because convenient location - but no more. Not sure how they got all these 5 star ratings, but hard for me to believe. Youve been warned.

Find a dentist who knows what he or she is doing. If the diagnosis sounds wrong, its probably wrong, coming from these people.I maintain a solid dental hygiene regimen. I floss every day, brush my teeth with a sonicare twice a day, and use mouthwash daily.So when these people claimed that my mouth was in bad shape and that I needed a special gum cleaning and several fillings, I thought, Yeah, right.Other than the lazy hygienists and misguided dentists, my other complaint is the wait. 1 hr 15 minutes for a cleaning? I have better things to do, like get a second opinion (during which I discovered that my mouth is quite healthy).I wont be back here, and neither should you.

The folks at this facility were fantastic. They are very professional and compassionate as I was a little nervous about my tooth extraction. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care.

I highly recommend FLOSS dental. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr Sing is the best. Ive lived all over this country and as a result visited several dentist, and FLOSS Coppell is the best. Cannot say enough good things about them. Thanks FLOSS!!!

You will find a different: dentist, dental assistant and office staff every 6 months. So if you dont mind consistent change, you may be alarmed to hear this. Every time you go you will get an exorbitant list of services they suggest you receive at exorbitant prices.

I really like Dr Sing. However, the practice has different people every time you go in and I got a different dentist to put on my crown. The crown did not fit and I had to return multiple times. I also had issues with the billing dept over an incorrect quote they gave me which they were unable to explain. Will definitely be switching to a different practice.

Ive never had a more pleasant dental experience. The doctor and the rest of the staff are very nice, but not to the point where you think its forced. And they were really patient with me. As far as payment, I was treated before I paid and my bill was broken down for me several times before treatment. I see no reason to not return, and I will gladly recommend this location to anyone else. Seriously, it was amazing. And my teeth look bomb 💣😬💃🏾

I walked in and immediately felt like I was a regular patient. Everyone is so kind and efficient. I have already made my 6 month appointment. I do have to say this was the best dental experience of my life.

I have been afraid to visit a dentist for over 10 years. I finally decided to make changes in my life, I scheduled an appt. with Great Expressions. The staff was nice and friendly, made me excited about my visit.

The staff was extremely nice and the place was clean and welcoming. Only complaint was that the tv was placed weirdly in the waiting area. However, I only waited for about 3 minutes before being seen by a hygienist. I would recommend to anyone.

I had the BEST experience at Floss in Coppell! I have had horrible experiences in the past with dental work and I was very nervous! The staff at Floss were attentive, kind and patient. My dentist Dr. Mahmood was amazing! She talked me through every step, was incredibly gentle, and very professional!

They were awesome. First time there and I would recommend them to anybody. Staff was very nice.

Before confirming appt with FLOSS we took time to visit number of other Dental clinics around Coppell and after speaking with Dr Sing at Floss we firmly believed that we are at the an excellent dentist.Dr. Sing took the time to explain every procedure she would be doing.I did not experience any discomfort or pain during the root canal. what we appreciate the most is the follow-up calls made to ensure im doing well after being treated which is awesome.I would recommend Dr Sing without any doubt.

Ive been there 5 times in a month for a filling they did. My bite hasnt been the same since. I cant eat anything on one side of my mouth and I wake up sometimes in the middle of the night because of the pain. Ive had fillings before from other dentist but never experienced this. NEVER EVER again

WORST TRAINING DENTAL PLACE IN COPPELLZERO EXPERINCESSZERO CUSTOMER SERVICESTHEY NEED TO CLOSE THIER OFFICE.DO NOT GO

Horrible! Was convinced to put 4 crowns, insurance deemed most of them unnecessary and did not cover. New dentist saw that one crown was not placed in properly and eventually it just came off by itself. Had to have a root canal and a new crown done due to this mistake. Lots of unnecessary $$$ spent. Avoid!

This place is great for new graduate doctors, they can learn skills and collect some experience and than jump to some real dental office and unfortunately innocent people had to pay for that, I had horrible experience, one crown and I had three doctors worked on it, every time I go there I see new faces and and when you ask about the last doctor who work on your teeth they do not tell you where he moved, the other thing is you pay the total when you go out and you keep getting bills from them, and when I call them they said just ignore it, its entry level for every one, bad system, bad accounting, bad customer services, my crown did not last two months, its fell twice and they try to fix it but they failed, I have to go with implant now, THINK twice before you go there.
