Normally outstanding customer service, and very friendly staff.The service and cafe staff are always very friendly. I showed up early for my rental appointment and I guess that really irritated the lady, she was rude, snooty and just overall nasty to me. Wouldnt let me wait inside at the counter they insisted I wait elsewhere. I love Toyotas I wont let one bad apple spoil the bunch. Then after showing up early, they were late getting the car to me! Wow Toyota, you need to reevaluate your rentals staff.

Toyota dealership at Coos Bay actually makes renting a car easy for you. They are helpful & friendly. All I needed was a valid drivers license, good insurance, good driving record & sign the papers. After I arrived I was not more than 30 minutes giving my information, signing papers, walked out the door & my car, (a 2021 Camry with all the bells & whistles & 961 miles on it was waiting for me.

I dealt with Cory fantastic service the car was great he made it very easy had a great experience would highly recommend them for all you car rental needs. Will definitely come back if ever in town again. Thank you so much Cory.

My family and I have had a couple emercencies come up. Toyota has helped us more than words can explain. These folks have been absolutely AMAZING!!!!! If I could give them 20 stars I would!.
