Friendly and courteous customer service from the car pickup in Rocklin CA., to the easy drop off in Coos Bay OR., the next day.Enterprise came through with safe, dependable transportation and got me where I needed to go. The staff behind the counters at both offices, were very nice and efficient.

I wish I could give them a negative star. Reserved a car a WEEK ago for 4pm today. Called them twice earlier and they said cars would be there, when we show up they say THERES NO CARS??? but there were 3 suvs and a truck in the parking lot ready to go?

My truck broke down 300 miles from home last (Friday) night. I sit here at the Best Western across the street from this location. A full size crew cab dodge sits waiting to be rented. Id love to rent it, but theyre not open till Monday! Guess Ill be renting a U haul to get my family home.

I have had great experience with this company inthe past but yesterdays experience was a sh;t show.Lack of accountability from management who was passing the buck down...Use this company but avoid this location at least long enough for the current staff to get fired ore retrained.

Contacted this office to get assistance on adding a driver. I’m an enterprise plus member and have been for many years. I used to work at an Enterprise in this location, Eugene, and Bend Oregon.I have never experienced so much disrespect and horrible customer service on a call as I did on 7/8/21 at 430 pm.I seriously hope the district office looks into this office and their lacking customer service, which is the backbone of Enterprise Rent a Car, and something the brand prides itself with.Would avoid renting from this office until new management is in place.

I was there to pick up a car, the employee was buy himself, the phone was ringing off the hook, he started with us but stopped 3 times answer the phone and then 2 people came out of the other room, and did nothing to help! I guess they didnt work there?

This is the worst Enterprise Ive ever dealt with and I usually use Enterprise everywhere I travel. Just go a little further to any other Enterprise. I actually ended up going to Hertz. I havent used them in a long time but at least the staff was friendly and polite.

The entire rental process was extremely easy, even with the COVID-19 distancing and minimal interaction practices. Pickup was extremely easy and the staff were very efficient getting me my planned rental car (which was freshly cleaned). The car had a great set of features and safety enhancements, too.The drop-off process was extremely simple: park the car and drop the keys in the return container. No surprises and a streamlined process made this an ideal rental experience.

All ok except for the pickup process.Making 6 different groups of people stand out on the weather for 90 minutes to get a car that was previously reserved is not business friendly.Completely disorganized and under staffed. The employees were friendly and polite so I hold Enterprise itself accountableBeing closed all day Saturdays AND Sundays made the process even worse. I rented from these guys for around 4 months. I had just totaled my car and needed a rental while I searched for a vehicle to purchase. Through clear expectations, kindness, and communication from both business and customer, I built relationships with the staff of amazing people that deserves a rating much higher then 5 stars. I work long and many hours weekly while also traveling a lot. Everytime I needed to adjust or change on the fly they worked with me. Thanks so much you guys are great!!

Exceptional service from this Enterprise office when our regular car needed warranty service at the local Ford dealer. When they didnt have the required vehicle, they upgraded us...and then, the next day, they drove the proper car four hours round trip to Brookings to deliver it at no charge to us. Outstanding service.

I was charged for insurance even though I had already purchased insurance elsewhere! And I Informed the gentleman asking if he wanted to see my receipt for it.So I have now paid $30.00 for insurance instead of the original $10.00. I am not at all happy nor pleased about that.! Thats why 1 star. It would have been 4 stars, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the car was cleaned or had an air freshener, that had a VERY strong perfume odor. I have COPD and my passenger is (was) on oxygen. Fortunately it was a perfume that Im not allergic too, but it did affect our breathing after a couple of hours. So you need to be aware of either cleaning products or air fresheners, that leave perfume odors. Other than these 2 items I was pleased. The car was very nice other than the perfume odor. (Couldnt open the windows as it never got above 50 degrees an was too cold for us. It was in the 30s for most of the trip.) I will rent again in about 3 mos.

I am really torn on this experience! The experience “acquiring” the car with prompt service, complementary upgrade and friendly conversation in Oregon was the exact opposite of the understaffed, over-crowded “return” experience that I had. Upon return, I had to wait 10-15 minutes to speak with a representative (fine) then when he asked if I was returning a car that all I needed to do was provide keys and I would be on my way (no inspection required). Figured this was a time saving measure as these employees were clearly busy.... filing erroneous damage claims.Following my “seamless” drop off, I received an email stating that “damage on my car had been identified and as discussed with the customer, while it was substantial enough to note and would need to be reported.” The email reminded me I should be thankful I had the damage waiver as no reporting would flow back to me as the consumer and it was further just a “documentation” thing.” Weird that based on my follow up call I made to ask why this was being applied when no discussions resulted from my return, it was explained another associate had added this “documentation” in passing for yet another separate employee that checked the car and reported the damage internally..... none of these employees spoke to me at any point in the process or made me aware damage was present. Thankfully I had purchased the damage waiver and finally was able to benefit from the coverage, despite never damaging a vehicle prior and renting several times a month for years across the US.Hopefully the management at this CDA branch is aware of this.

Great place to rent a car or truck. Excellent service imo. Would prefer different type of 3 quarter ton truck for towing, not a Ford fan. Otherwise good price for towing considering my trip was two weeks, from Oregon to Texas and back.

I made a reservation to pick up a car at noon so that I can make it to a funeral. They called yesterday to confirm the reservation and all was good and dandy. I came in just after noon and there were no cars! It is now almost 4:00 and they still don’t have any vehicles for me. (4 hours late) I have a 25 hours drive ahead of me and was really needing to be on the road by now to make it to the funeral. Why take reservations if you are not going to keep them? If the guy that called me yesterday to confirm had told me that they wouldn’t have a car until later in the day, then I would have been able to plan for that.Edit to add: He just offered me a huge 12 person passenger van. Haha. I would hate to see the gas cost for my 2,500 mile trip in that thing. I requested economy for a reason.

ENTERPRISE WOULDNT PICK ME UP: Needed to rent a car to drive to Eugene to swap out for a pickup that they couldnt provide. I was 22 miles away and they wouldnt come pick me up however, while I was in there, after I hitchhiked to get there, some guys needed a ride to exactly where I came from and it was not a problem to give them a ride. They wouldnt accept my insurance reservation so I had to get my agent to make a new one and they wanted to charge me an extra 120.00 because I wasnt bringing the car back to coos bay. Thank you Carol for calling my insurance and getting that worked out and for getting the 120.00 fee dropped. Too bad I had to pull up my pant leg and stick my thumb out to get a ride to your office. Hopefully I never have to rent at coos bay again.

Would give no stars period. I was in an accident in Wyoming and had gotten a rental. Grant you i had the rental longer than expected, the rental to begin with had windshield damage but i needed to get home which is on the west coast. When someone hit and ran my rental i took it in to switch it out in which they in turn wanted to requalify me to rent from them after i just paid them shy of $1000 for my previous rental and was going to rent another vehicle for the month at another $1000. Already found a different place with better rates. The experience sickened me and will likely never rent from enterprise again. The rock springs officer in Wyoming was stellar.it was the regional manager and the west coast office that ruined it.

The car was amazing and I was happy with what I THOUGHT I was paying. I got charged up front and was going to get $100 deposit back if I dropped it back of there and clean which I did and then I got charged an extra $100 to my account and I got different reasons over and over after I confirm that I paid all of that up front and was supposed to get a refund of $100 not a charge they gave a hidden fee answer. DO NOT GO TO THEM

I’m a working man so I look a little rough when I get off work ... today the girl rolled her eyes at me like I was scum ... and informed me they didn’t have anything to rent me . I said well let’s get one coming then . She said no they did have anything to rent me. Keith has always been the best of the best. Hertz here I come.

It really was a one star experience. Maybe 1.5 just for having at least some cars. The only reason this office has any business at all is that they are the only car rental in town. The office is a dump. The service was beyond awful. The car they provided us with at first was a lower grade than wed reserved online, with vomit stains on the seats. The navigator they gave us didnt work. We told them the car would be returned at a different location. Every two days since wed get phone calls from this office asking when are we going to return the car. Also, some of the staff made inappropriate racial remarks, which was just a cherry on top. I can go on, but it think its pretty clear why its only one star. Just go somewhere else, even if its a bit farther. Youll save yourselves some major headache.

They could careless about the safety of there paying customers. Just send you back out on the road and tell you to try and maybe take it into there shop when it is a,quarter to 5 on Friday evening. And they had other available autos to put me in. One of the employees were going to but the manager said car didnt have enough miles on it to do that . So much for customer satisfaction. The crew in Roseburg NEVER would have done that to a women with a 4 year old girl with her.

This place is horrible. They have rude lazy workers. I forgot a whole bag expensive makeup in a rented vehicle. I called as soon as they opened the following Monday and “they said they had 3 people check the vehicle, and couldn’t find it”. They rented the vehicle again before the end of the day, so I couldn’t check it myself. They have horrible workers that are either too lazy to do anything, or are unethical and steal whatever is left in vehicles. Do NOT use this place.

Everytime i have rented from Enterprise they charge you for the weekend if it is not returned by friday at closing time. In this case my vehicle was not returned to me by closing time on friday so we kept the rental through the weekend. Enterprise is now telling me that i should have dropped it off friday even after they were closed. I undestand what they are saying but they need to have consistency in their policy either they charge for not dropping it off by friday at closing or not. Twisting your policies to get more money from the person is messed up because the insurance company of the guy who hit me didnt want to pay for the weekend. After leaving this review was contacted by a represenative and they refunded half the amount i was charged. I feel that is fair understanding a mistake or misunderstanding was made. Thank you!

I have been renting vehicles from Enterprise for many years and have come to expect superior service and professionalism. However, the Coosbay branch has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a rental company. I suppose that is what you get when your choices are limited in a smaller community. Specifically, I have always been able to drop off my rentals at either the body or service departments, where I was having work done, when picking up my vehicle. In addition, they were quite rude and unapologetic for their less than stellar service. Maybe they should read there company book, Exceeding Expectations or the sequal, Exceeding Customer Expectations?

Toni the sales lady treated us like we were garbage. Extremely nice to everyone else who came in, But not us. Is it company policy to treat customers and vets like this? Do we look like thieves? I make a reservation for a rental car weeks in advance. I call ahead of time to make sure the car is ready to be picked up. They say yes, at 5 oclock your car will be ready. I show up and they give the car, that was ready for my reservation, to a attractive female who walked in without any reservations at all. Then I am stuck waiting for a new car to be picked up from a different lot! What a horrible experience!

My wife and I got in a car accident on Sunday. Progressive was great and had everything arranged for our car at the body shop and contacted enterprise on our behalf. On Monday morning everything was scheduled (or so we thought). Drove 20 miles after work and tried dropping our car off at the body shop. Called enterprise who said they only had 2 cars left and had two people renting them, so no car for us. Great, thanks. Drove back home 20 miles, Monday night. Tuesday, had to take a very long lunch hour and drove the 20 miles back just to wait for 20 minutes at the body shop, and on top of that, picked me up along with another older couple. Shouldnt have been a big deal, but had to wait a few more minutes for the older couple to get there, get their paperwork taken care of, then load their dog into the enterprise car with all of us. After the short car ride, and the sweet smell of fishy dog breath, we made it to the enterprise building. Walked in and they somehow didnt see me standing at the counter after looking at me as I came in. K, starting to get frustrated. A large truck, two suvs, and a minivan were on site, but for whatever reason only the minivan was available to me. My other option was for them to pick up another car from the airport which was 15 minutes away in one direction and then wait for them to clean and inspect it. Although, I could have chosen the minivan but since I had waited so long, I opted for the smaller car. The staff was mostly friendly, but I was not the only person who was upset in that waiting room. I would never recommend this location due to the unprofessionalism. However, I do have a rental car now, and I am home. Hope this helps.

Coos Bay and North Bend Oregon Enterprise rentals are not accurate with their listings of available vehicles. They dont follow Enterprise regulations of updating their inventory online so even if you attempt to rent, they will not likely have the vehicles they say. Dont trust them.
