The staff was great and they kept me updated with other things that were wrong with my vehicle. They made sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive. In 2006, I ordered an A.R.E. walk-in shell for my brand new truck. Bayshore staff ordered it and installed it perfectly. About 10 years or so later, I noticed the clear coat was peeling off the top of the shell. I took it back to Bayshore for guidance. Come to find out, it had a lifetime warranty. Bayshore took pictures and handled all the paperwork with A.R.E. A new shell was placed on my truck. In 2020, the rubber boot between the shell and the truck sagged down, off the truck. I decided to replace all the rubbers on the shell as those had not been replaced when the new shell was installed. Anthony ordered the necessary rubbers. It took a while to get them, seems people dont normally replace them. But they did come and I was eventually able to get all of them installed, even with all the covid restrictions. Recently, I noticed the boot has separated from the shell opening. I called Bayshore to find out if they could fix that. I was told no, they cannot. I was told to use some silicone adhesive and fill the track (contains metal teeth to grip the fiberglass shell body) with the adhesive and hope it holds. That was not what I expected. I thought there was some kind of compression tool they would use to squeeze the metal teeth down, but apparently not. I asked what kind of silicone adhesive did they use. The man did not know the brand name, but said any should work fine. He told me they really didnt like to install the boots as they tend to not stay in place. To say I was disappointed is mild. They are a dealer for the A.R.E. shells, they installed the brand new rubber from the boot in the front to the seals around both the lift door and the walk-in door. I really expected a different response. I have a new truck being delivered sometime this month. It will need a bed liner, and a new shell. I will find both elsewhere.

My living quarters horse trailer had an issue with my running lights. The place I usually go was closed for two weeks so I called Bayshore Auto and RV. They were able to get me in the next day!They did a great job and got me safely back on the road. It was the week of Christmas, so I really didn’t expect to get anything done until the new year.I’m quite pleased with the customer service and great job on my wiring!

They were able to get him in quickly, diagnose the problem which was way less expensive then we were anticipating. They were honest and got him back on the road in hours Thanksgiving week! They changed out light bulbs that I didnt know were out...one a brake light. This was above and beyond the simple oil change I went in for. It was much appreciated!

Had a power loss on steep grades for over a year. My local shop could not identify the problem. Bayshore found that the muffler had broken down internally, although there was no indication sound-wise. They replaced muffler and power was restored. Expertise greatly appreciated ... Thanks!

We took my wifes care in for a general safety check and they did a great job. They even found that a chunk of the left front tire was missing, exposing the wire and even some of that was missing. Really highly recommend not. The parts department acted as if I were not there . Did not recognize me I had to ask for help. But he was on the phone.. so yes your customer service sucks. I will not recommended or use.

I have a 1982 Toyota Sunrader that developed electrical problems that seemed to change every time we tried to diagnose it. We had it towed to Coos Bay from Yachats (75 miles) and I am glad I did. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a short time and at a very fair price. They are knowledgeable, friendly and had us back on the road. I highly recommend Bayshore RV repair. We had a truck problem which resulted in the need of a tow truck. When the truck arrived there they looked at it fairly quickly and knew what the problems where. I have never worked with a more dedicated business where Service should be their middle name. They took time to help us out with a stranded traveler member of our family. They were thorough and were conscious of cost, they did many parts of truck repair and handled the job.
