Used to love this store, but they have been closed for days. Maybe Dollar Tree should get a clue and treat their employees better so they can staff their stores🤷‍♀️

I dont even know if I should try to go to the doller tree anymore because its always closed when I get there at 4 pm when most people work till 5 pm its realy sad that they cant even find enagh people to keep it open Im real sick of wasting gas for now reason

Went there today at 1pm on a Friday after trying to go there on a thrusday at 4pm. Both days they were closed with no reasoning. I cant rely on them staying open anymore.

This is the cleanest and most well organized Dollar Tree I have ever been in. Staff are always very helpful too.

Second store that was closed. There was a hand written sign saying they were closed today. This is my first time going to (or trying to) dollar tree and Im already frustrated.

I love Dollar Tree and have been to many different locations. This by far is the best one I have been in. It was spotless, had a huge selection, all the items in stock and friendly staff.

Please check your hours and make them correct. I went there and it was closed. Ruined my mood.

I went there today 4-9-2021 at 5:10. They were closed. Very unpredictable hours. Even though there website says they are open. They should shut this store down.

Cashier and manager has a horrible attitude! Bad mouthing customers out loud about not being able to read that the store closes at 4pm. 10 minutes to close the cashier was screaming into com system as every single customer walked into the store. Manager had heard her do this the entire time I was in the store helping me with an online order that arrived. As she’s walking to the back to get it could overheat her talking to herself why does everyone wait until last minute to come and get their stuff. Sorry lady google said you close at 6 not 4 and some people work different hours then you and get off at 330 pm. Will not return to this store even if the stuff was free. I expect you to do your job until your store closes with a customer service attitude. If you don’t like it then retire!

The manager there was so rude all I wanted was a balloon and she kept talking trash to mow it is what it is the most disrespectful African-American lady I have ever met in my life I will never shop at the dollar tree again

Stopped in to get a few things here and while the store was relatively clean one of the employees was not wearing a mask, and telling a delivery driver that she wasn’t feeling well. Please don’t go to work if you are sick but if you are going to work feeling unwell wear a mask . You are putting people at risk, and there is even a mandate now. Everyone needs to wear them now and especially staff who come into contact with lots of customers.

Talk about feeling pressured. Their sign for their temporary hours isn’t in a eye level view, currently open until 5pm M-Sat and closed on Sunday, which isn’t what google says, pretty sure I’m tired of seeing stores not communicating their hours properly with with online searches. The staff gave only 3 minutes of a heads up that they were closing and when someone brings a cart full to the register right at close, I got a dirty look and eyes we’re rolling, voice tone wasn’t acceptable for a customer service staff member, thank you for showing your true colors to someone who helps make your paycheck possible. I shop here almost weekly & is I’ll be discontinuing my shopping at this location. If you don’t like your job then find a new one, it’s not that hard!!!!

Cheap place to grab pool toys for kids!Also an excellent place for storage baskets and some of their cleaning products are awesome!I usually always get gift bags, bows, and wrapping stuff here as well.

Horrible service!!

Store was clean. Shelves were mostly empty. Staff was curt with customers and did not wear mask properly. Cashier was not wearing mask correctly, coughing into their hand then touching everything plus taking advil. Disgusting!

Great experience, I found a loophole which allowed me to buy the whole store. Since I am now the owner of the store I have declared that half of the store will be out of date Easter decorations. The other side will be dirt cheap bunny food, since I am The owner I will also changing the store name to Happy bunny inc.

With covid, it seems like this store is always closing early or opening late or not open at all. Not entirely sure if they are understaffed or what but they never seem to be open.

Ok. Up until now I loved their process, prices and products. BUT this LAME excuse about them not taking on-line orders because they want to make sure products are available for every one. Most other places are encouraging on-line order to minimize person to person contact. Not these people. They are encouraging the exact OPPOSITE! Here is their lame excuse: Why dont they just limit the on-line order quantity instead of forcing people to go to their store?Due to our focus on providing essential products that meet our customers’ critical needs, we are temporarily suspending online ordering in order to keep the stores in your communities as full as possible. Most of the items on DollarTree.com are still available in stores.

Store is always closing early with no notice, one cashier Cheryl always crabby and rude does not wear mask properly always coughing.

Store is clean and mostly organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. The items are decent there. I bought a few things, like a picture and some clothes and all were in good condition.

I just LOVE this store! The products are always neatly displayed and the staff is wonderful. They make you feel like family. Always looking forward to our next visit. 🤗

I love Minnesota dollar tree! Visit the store every time Im home to see my dad. Great bargains! Not junk like similar stores in my own town.

Fun place to get craft ideas

I hate making bad reviews...Bad service. 3 women were bad mouthing people very loudly like very loudly. Ive never heard staff members talking so stinking obnoxiously loud and swearing occasionally. Im not overexaggerating. A woman had a shirt that looked like there was flour all over it and it had multiple holes. Theres a thrift store next to you, invest in a $2 shirt or something. I hate making bad reviews but have some pride where you work. You have a job be thankful and respectful especially to customers. Also, not only that, a staff member left her register right after she checked someone else out, I was in line already for awhile. She then started yelling and laughing outside a door talking to a staff member asking if she could come in for whatever reason. She then yelled you have a customer! She herself was just at the register but left me! So what the heck. Then after about a minute she ended up coming back to the register to check me out and acted like nothing happened... This experience actually happened...very weird. Ive never had this happen before.

My experience with this Dollar Tree is very good. I never have any problems at this one. Its always clean and the employees are always ready to help without hesitation.

Great staff so friendly. They have freezers and coolers and so many wonderful things. One of the best Dollar tree stores.

Staff did not keep 6ft from others. They did not wear their masks above their nose. I used to shop here before the pandemic and I wont again until it is over.

This is a great Dollar Tree. They have everything i need in smaller potion. I never knew how many things the Dollar Tree offered. And so close to home

Friendly staff, offer frozen goods which all dollar trees do not. Great to go to during the holiday season for gift bags.
