Went on Wednesday for their special from 4-8. Was not crowded at 4:30 and was a lot of fun. No lines, no waiting.

My family of 30 had so much fun here. The staff were great. All of the kids did every activity and most of the adults did the teen/adult activities with the kids. It was safe. When we left out it was a car show/run for 9/11 (rest those souls) Thank you for the amazing time we shared at your establishment Grand slam family fun center if I could give more stars I would but heres a heart for the love you guys showed us❤️ (plus my grandson 3yr old was the streaker) 🤣😆😂

Awesome place to let the kids release some energy! The bouncy house is fun but smelled like it could use some cleaning?? The air cannons were out if commission so no tennis balls in the play area which is sorta sad to see. Mini golf, laser tag, bumper cars, and batting cages all still a go.

Batting cages are fun and helpful for the kids and still reasonably priced. Arcade games cheaper than anywhere else Ive seen. Not too many places where you can go with two kids with $20, they play games for an hour and come away with prizes and candy from the tickets they receive. Also, birthday parties are much more reasonable than at a place like Urban Air. Highly recommended!

Celebrated a birthday here and it was oh so much fun for the kids. The staff was very nice to deal with as well and I think.it has to be hard to stay patient when working in that type of venue.😁. The adults enjoyed it too and we will definitely return.

What a Fabulous day we had celebrating our 14 year old son. Staff was Awesome, fast, friendly, courteous and helpful! Wait times were minimal and the kids and adults all had a blast! Thank you for helping make memories!

We went for my brothers birthday on Sunday. He had a party there. Friends and family enjoying time and playing games together. Until staff brings my sim to the table who’s screaming in pain holding his arm. Staff person tells us we’re not allowed to leave until a report is filled out and to come find him to fill it out. Didn’t understand as he should have brought or had us follow him. I got up took my son and left. My sister filled out the report says all they gave her was paper asked her to write my name number time and date of accident and what he hurt. No explanation of what happened nothing. Then to find out the staff person who found my son hurt was suppose to be the one running the ninja course where my son fell. He left the course with him in there went to the bumper cars got the kids waiting on the cars and started and then proceeded to leave those kids unattended and went to the restroom. Didn’t find other staff to cover the ninja course or bumper cars. Called that Monday no one could give me owner contact info or gm. Called Tuesday and the gm refused to give me any help and blamed us for my sons injury. Took no responsibility for his staff leaving either activity unattended. He then proceeded to tell me would it have even made the accident preventable if the staff was in the course we don’t follow them through the course that’s not there job. Super rude and disrespectful. I would think if someone was there they would notice him slipping off the wall or he could have voiced help I’m slipping and could have possibly prevented the accident. My son is 8yr olds with anxiety,and sensory disorders. This incident has given him a broken elbow and major depression and anger from all of this. The gm refuses to help or give me any information. He doesn’t care and he blames you for there faults!!! If I could give negative stars they would have hundreds.

Great place for kids of all ages. Nice little arcade, play zone, batting cages, and a new ninja warrior course. Plus more. Pricing is cheap. Definitely will be back!

Took our niece and nephew here, they had a great time. Lots of stuff to do, reasonably priced. And the staff was very helpful and nice!

We had a blast here with the kids for a birthday party. It was never crowded and I would highly recommend throwing birthdays on weekdays because youll get the full 3hrs to enjoy the games and activities

I remember going here as a kid! The place could use some new equipment for batting cages and a good remodel!

First time here today. I must say I was very pleased with the staff every one was nice and pleasant. The food was very delicious and reasonable. Every time someone had gotten up either from a game or table not a second later staff was there with a sanitized bottle going to work. Any questions we had they where on it. The young man in the play zone area was very helpful and made sure the place stayed safe sanitized.(thanks for the bandaid) Eric made sure we were all set to go great customers service. Everyone of the staff was amazing great experience cant wait to go back.

Very fun. Brought four teenage boys and we all had a blast. If you have 6 people, I would recommend booking a party. Much cheaper! The bumper cars need a much bigger area, but the lazer tag was a blast. Mini golf not very challenging but a lot of fun. Arcade games of course, like anywhere else is a money-sucker. The ninja course was a lot of fun as well. If you go there, GO HUNGRY. Their pizza is one of the best we have had in a long time and I am a pizza junkie!

Prices reasonable for birthday parties. You have to reserve your time so it’s not too crowded, that was awesome. It didn’t feel congested at all. My kids had a blast!

Lots of great options for the whole family. I will say the bumper cars make it a very noisy experience, would be nice if that could be in a separate room but you get used to it. Arcade is ok, fun playground and decently priced

The Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm deal of $10 for unlimited Laser Tag, Mini Golf, and Bumper Cars was a decent price.Getting into a game of Laser Tag was chaos at times. Attendants werent keeping order. But it was $10 bucks for 4 hours and the kids were mostly having fun.

Brought back some nostalgia. I remember when it was in Duluth. They had the same medieval mini golf course there. lots of options for kids and adults to be entertained. Made me feel like a kid again. Nice little stop.

My son had his 11th birthday party here and it was PERFECT for that age group. They loved the laser tag, bumper cars and mini golf. The ninja course and arcade were a hit too. We scheduled it for 3 hours but ended up staying an extra hour to fit it all in.

Would be much better but so many with no mask or just not over mouth. They have signs up but seems like it is just for looks. As they also do not make people stay apart at all. We had to keep telling people to step back. Employees never said a thing to people in lines. Lined up like there was no virus. Sad how employees acted as there was rules on how they are to be open.

Mini golf is great. Lots for kids of all ages to do.

Had my 7 year old sons birthday party here and everyone had a blast. The staff were amazing- from Brandon on the phone making my reservation, to everyone running games and at the counter, especially Eric. Patient, courteous good with kids- above and beyond. I highly recommend going early before it gets too busy. Even the people exchanging tickets for prizes were great! Usually at other places you are waiting forever. Not here! Also as others said the pizza was really good! Fries too. I was really pleasantly surprised with every aspect and highly recommend this place! Cudos again to the staff.

We went here for a birthday party because it was reasonably priced for a birthday party with laser tag. The staff was helpful and nice. There are a lot of activities with mini golf, batting cages, laser tag, bumper cars and a play area. The pizza was surprisingly good. The kids loved the 3 hour birthday party.

Large facility with a variety of attractions - mini golf course, laser tag, huge indoor playground with a bounce house, arcade, obstacle course, batting cages, and bumper cars. There is also a small food court inside where you can purchase food and drinks. The layout does seem to be poorly thought out and often gets congested which is particularly concerning in the times of COVID-19, but otherwise it is a pretty good place to bring the kids and have birthday parties.

Good place to take your softball/baseball players to get their cuts in!

We go for the batting cages and stay for the games. Great place to hang out as a family.

We always have a blast when we come here to hit balls, play laser tag, hang out in the arcade or do the other fun things they have. They have good pizza and other snack options. The staff are always welcoming and very friendly.

Wonderful place to take your cooped up kiddos. It was busy there but they do try their best to sanitize when possible.

My boys love going here for his birthday parties. Going on 5 years in a row now. One of the only places in town that does unlimited laser tag, and it has a two level arena.

We went here for a birthday party and I was pleasantly surprised with it. There are several different things for kids to do and enjoy. Some of the things are extra cost. It was cleaner than I would have expected and the staff was friendly enough. My son is nine and enjoyed the bumper cars the best. Definitely worth checking out.

I did Lazar tag, mini gold and bumper cars and the only thing that I thought was fun was Lazar tag. The bumber cars cage was too small and mini golf was either too Hard or easy

They have the best indoor mini golf in the area. This place brings me back to childhood. Very nostalgic

We had a lot of fun and the staff was really nice. Unfortunately we wont be returning until the facility is made the least bit handicapped accessible. At least put rails in bathroom stalls please!

Very open with a fun variety if feature at a good rate. The concessions are a bit pricey but not ridiculous. Laser tag arena is one of my recent favorites in the area!

My family loves coming to Grand Slam! The prices are reasonable, and their pizza is delicious and affordable! My boys (ages 2,6,7, & 13) all love the play area and arcade games. Normal go to for batting cages, tonight we did the Ninja course and had a lot of fun and it was very inexpensive!

When we went to do batting cages, they were great being shot out of a chugs machine, and when we went to do arcades, when we gave the employees grand slam tokens, they put 200 credits on the card. Highly recommend this place for parties or get togethers

Mini golf, arcade, play area for younger kiddos, bumper cars, ninja obstacle course, party food, great place for birthday parties, but let them know ahead of time so they can reserve a birthday area for you. Now a days, youll want to bring some hand sanitizer or something, it would be really hard to keep a place like this Corona clean. Try to call ahead, theyve been closed for awhile, and still arent open at the time of this review.

The bathrooms were not clean also you could make then bigger the sever was slow

Ninja course and laser tag was awesome!!! My kids 5-12 years old loved it...so did I. Id come back here with my sisters just to run the ninja course and play laser tag. My kids want to come back again too. Our first time here, only thing is...one area was closed off... looks like lots of video games, but there was the arcade. Everything was family friendly. This would be a great place to host a family reunion for a day...fun for all ages!

This place is just amazing. I remember coming here when I was 8 back in 99. They had everything, bumper cars, go karts, laser tag, batting cages, mini golf, and of course, the arcade. They still did when I went back in December of 2017. The arcade was so different and full of new machines compare to what I remembered back in my childhood. They dont even take coins anymore and no tickets printed out which is sad. They now use cards. Im old school. But I was still happy regardless since I took my cousins here. We stayed until closing which was like 11 pm.

Enjoyed a round of mini golf although there were many other activities we could have done—batting cage, bumper cars, arcade games, obstacle course. The place is certainly showing its age but when we were there on a Saturday afternoon, we didn’t need to worry about social distancing as there weren’t many people.

Fun and friendly environment for the entire family. Our children had a blast, well worth the money spent.

Had an awesome time at Grand Slam today with my daughters and nephews. Everything from the bathrooms to play areas were super clean. Staff were very friendly and provided great service. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone with children of all ages.
