It’s the first time using an automated kiosk to have a key made, and to be honest I was a little apprehensive about it. With 2 copies I was offered a third free…uh, okay. When all 3 were cut which only took a few minutes you can insert the new keys into an opening on the kiosk to essentially “deburr” the cut edge, ostensibly to further smooth the key and make it work better. Well, there is absolutely no doubt, the new keys slide into the lock MUCH smoother and easier and work flawlessly. The new keys work better than the ones that came with the lock when I bought it. I would definitely recommend using a KeyMe kiosk if you happen to come across one and need a key cut. No disappointments here.

Tried this automated key cutting at Menards for house keys. Keys fit and worked perfect! Very easy instructions and simple to do.

Easy to use equipment. I need a couple of mail box keys. These blanks are not typically stored in the machine. They were cut at their facility and mailed to my house in a few days. Excellent service.

Its neat that the machine scan the key to shape it. I was impressed that there were so many designs. One thing that I didnt like about it was that the groves didnt completely match the original key. I was nervous that it didnt work. However, it still opened the our entry door.

All keys worked great no issues, rekeyed all my home locks to new keys, would have like the Vikings keys but needed then right away and didnt want to wait for a week or more to get them.

Easy to use! Had a deal Buy 2 Get 1 Free, so we have plenty now. Their Lockout fingerprint option was a bonus too.

I didnt have to wait for someone to show up to make the key for me at the store, I was able to manage it myself, and it was super easy! On top of that, I got to pick fun themes for the keys, which makes it so much easier to distinguish which key goes to which lock. Love it!

Make sure to grab the key once its made. I got distracted by helping another customer on how to use the kiosk and I walked away without grabbing my key, do I had to make another one because she took my first one.

Very bad service prices are way more than dealers 30% more just to program a key it only takes 20 to 35 minutes maybe less than that as the dealer told me so offbto the dealer we go

Slicker than heck, just wish that head more key head choices - the one I was forced to pick was small for a work key.

It made the keys to orignal cut rather than remake worn out key
