Did a phone battery replacement with what was advertised as a new battery a few months ago. I have to buy a new phone from that so-called new battery expanding and destroying my phone.

Just wanted to show off a wonderful battery that was NOT taken care of by the owner. They understood completely that they messed up and that this only happens when you buy low quality batteries. They let it freeze and it cracked very badly in a rare case. This caused it to leak acid in their car. The cause is from a liquid acid battery, so they got an AGM battery to prevent themselves from causing harm to their vehicle again. After explaining the benefits of buying a quality battery and spending the extra dollars now, they would save themselves headache and damage repairs for the future. Came into the store last night looking for a battery for my dogs collar which have been quite hard to find, and all reviews for Amazon says it’s better to buy them in a store. They didn’t have the exact one in store that I was looking for but they did have one very similar. I really hope I don’t get him in trouble for it but the young gentleman working was nice enough to let me take one out of the package and make sure it working before purchasing. The batteries ended up working perfectly. It’s rare to find such good customer service these days. I’ll definitely be returning in the future for any battery needs.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a screen replacement. Got to store and they didn’t have a technician to do replacement working. Was never contacted prior to appointment.

I phone battery totally shot and thought I needed a charger port as well. Called Neil who was awesome told me to come on in he could get it done quick. He also cleaned up my charger port and said it was fine rather than just putting a new one in like I asked. Was 10 times cheaper and quicker than a new phone highly recommend

I ordered a battery online thru their website and someone called and told me they didnt have it in stock, but they placed an order with their warehouse for it. I was told it would arrive in about a week. Ok, thats fine. Well, a week went by no battery. Week 2, no battery. Checked in weekly for an update- each time they just kept telling me it was on order and should in by next week. This went on for over 5 weeks at which point I finally received a call that my item was in, but it was at a completely different location from where I had selected my delivery to be made at, so I had to drive way out of my way to get it. Not happy that it took so long to get my item. I should have just ordered it off Amazon.

Fast and friendly service

I went in today to get a battery for our lawn mower which they had at a very reasonable cost, but then I noticed that they also fixed cell phones and my sons phone and was not powering on, Nathaniel the store manager was there working he went over everything very thoroughly with me he figured out what the problem was they repaired it in a timely manner. He was extremely friendly and helpful. They now have a life long customer in me!

Awesome experience. I needed a new battery for my 2012 Honda Civic and headed to this location. It was a very busy day (first nice day after two weeks of bitter cold) but Jeff greeted me with a smile and excellent customer service. I had a problem and they fixed it, and offered me an incredible deal for my troubles.I went in to purchase a car battery for my 2001 Ford Focus. I chose this store originally because they offered free battery inspection and installation. Long story short they ran into some complications with the install. The Manager Cody was working his hardest to get the situation resolved, but they required a mobile expert to come fix the problem. I had to wait until the next morning and they took care of everything. Cody kept me informed and gave me updates for everything that was going on. I truly applaud the excellent friendly customer service, and will continue to shop this location. Excellent job gentlemen!

I needed a battery for my smartphone. They had the battery in stock and said it would take about 20 min. I returned later and phone was ready. The salesman even gave me $10 off for my having an appointment. My 4 yr old smartphone works like new again!

Kudos to Jeff...I brought my iphone in today thinking I was going to need to replace the charging port (around a $70 fix). Jeff simply cleaned mine without charge and it now works great. Its nice to see honesty and integrity, he could have replaced it and I wouldnt have been the wiser. He has certainly earned all my future business.

Of an estimated wasted time of about 4 hours total between Apple stores and Best Buy geek squads who couldn’t and wouldn’t do the simple things of repair and accommodate you to your appointed times with them, this place took care of my fix in 15 mins. Just come here for your battery swap.

These guys are outstanding - we called with a dead battery and they were willing to get us started and back to the store to replace our failed battery - we called AAA and their estimated lead time was 3+ hours, Batteries Plus did the whole thing in under an hour and saved us from the cold. Their service sucks. There screens are not real apple certified screens. They had to put 2 screens on them, which both had scuffs on them. We asked if we could get a perfect screen and they said nope! We ran out. All they wanted to do is mess around when with customers and the co-workers talked bad about each other. All in all, you should much rather spend your money at apple.

Clerk was extremely helpful finding a replacement battery for my granddaughters pink Barbie car. I went back a week later and same clerk helped me with battery for four wheeler for my grandson. I will return to this store for my future needs. I was in the store the past two Fridays.

I purchased a car battery online to take advantage of the $10 discount. When I arrived to pick up the battery, there it was sitting on the bench ready to go, but the cashier did not know how to process the transaction or the core refund. After 15 minutes of him trying to figure it out, he finally let me take the new battery and told me the manager would call me to process the core refund over the phone. Well, the manager never called, so I contacted them today only to learn that I must present the credit card in person to obtain the core refund. Unacceptable customer service.

If you are going to Batteries Plus Bulbs, go to this location! They were so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous--just what you want from customer service! A different location didnt want to touch the battery in my Volvo XC60, but here, they took care of me with no problem.

Went into the store today 10-16 to get a replacement battery on my vehicle when I asked him to install the item he seemed frustrated with me. On our way out to change the battery he used my cars wiper blade as his tool box. Im not very happy with the service inrecieved but the battery price was decent.

I went into the Coon Rapids batteries plus on Sun Nov12th with a broken iPhone screen, the phone screen was flickering and not always respnding. We got great service! They looked at it right away and said they were 100% positive that it just needed a new screen, I was worried there were other problems too. They fixed it in an hour and it worked great. They also offered half off of a tempered glass screen that they put on for me. It was so much easier than waiting hours at Apple just to be seen!

Outstanding service. Mediocre work quality. I took my phone to get its screen replaced but the new screen wasnt installed flush with the case. The gap allowed dust to get inside and collect on the front camera lens rendering it almost useless. All four corners are curled upwards. They have a warranty program but since I am not from the area I cant utilize it. Its a shame because the guys behind the counter were extremely nice fellows. They are why they get the 2 stars

Very friendly and knowledgeable

Recently I broke my iPhone screen, anyone who has done it knows the heartbreak. Super frustrating, and not cheap! After reserching repair, I decided to go to Batteries Plus. Unfortunately, I left the store with a broken home button. When I questioned them about it they turned the blame back on me. Funny, my phone worked just fine prior to them having it. When I said this to them they asked who brought it in for me, when I told them my husband did, they actually said that he must have been the one to have broken it! Wow, “really?!?” If you’ve never had a broken home button, it defaults as a touch screen button that bounces around your screen, it’s very apparent and very frustrating. There is no mistaking it. I learned after the fact from Apple, as well as my cell service carrier, that this is a common mistake that can happen w/improper screen repair. The home button is a very touchy piece and can be easily broken. My phone died a slow death shortly there after. Lesson learned; You get what you pay for! Stick to Apple for repair/replacement, because then Apple will just get ya for not having an Apple replacement piece. Not worth it, and not impressed with the condescending dishonesty of Batteries +!

Been here quite a few times and have always been pleased with the service but we encountered a very rude employee today. Jeff helped us and was super fantastic but then a Chris came in and was very agitated he was working. He was sighing every time a customer came in or the phone rang -complaining he wasn’t getting time to eat his lunch. He actually said infront of us, “I swear if my food gets cold, I’m going to be pissed.” He then proceeded to say it was stupid that people were coming in to get batteries while it was snowing (you do know you live in Minnesota, right ?). Super inappropriate behavior infront of customers.

It was such a smooth process to order my car battery online (saved 10% too) and have it ready for pick up when I got to the store.

Both Zach and Jeff are always helpful whenever I come in. If you need something I recommend these two. They know what they are doing and can explain thing for me.

Went in for watch replacement. They shattered the face of the watch, then sent it out to be repaired. Ive received no follow up or call back for three weeks, still no news. I wouldn’t let these guys touch your belongings. UPDATE: THEY LOST THE WATCH...WOW
