Ed and his team are amazing. He sent Jeff to work on a couple of our Macs that were starting to freeze up. He found and deleted about 35GB of who knows what. He also found three malware sources. My Mac used to show the color wheel, hesitate like crazy online, and the fan used to hum all day. Now its so quite, runs faster and smoother. Highly recommended.
