I do not generally write bad reviews, but as a warning to others I am doing so. This man is impossible to reach. He never answers his phone, rarely returns calls, and I have never been to his office when the door wasnt locked. This is not against Farmers Insurance, but if you ever want to speak to your agent, find someone else.

Ive worked with Dale on numerous occasions over the years and hes always impressed me with his passion for making sure his clients are cared for. This comes through immediately while talking with him. As a former insider in the insurance industry, I can tell you that good agents are a rare find. Dale is one of those good agents!

I WILL NEVER work with Dale or Farmers ever again. They charge you multiple times a month and claim that they dont see multiple charges on their end. Communication sucks as well for Dale especially. They have taken so much money from me leaving me short every month because they didnt receive payment according to them. I thought State Farm was bad but Farmers is way worse! Think twice before working with them especially Dale Brumbaugh. Im filing a large complaint against this company with the Better Business Bureau as well as the State of Minnesota for them taking money from me multiple times during the month. Again think twice before signing up with these people.
