Paul has been my agent for over 20 years. I understand people shop their insurance and most dont understand the unattainable triangle. The unattainable triangle is price, quality & service. With most things in life you only get two. With Paul I feel that I have all three. I had a house fire in 2014 and lost everything. The one question everyone ask is what was it like dealing with your insurance? I told everyone it was the best part! I was able to replace everything, was put in a nice apartment complex and their payments were prompt. When I email their customer service, I get an email back usually within minutes. I havent priced my insurance out in over a decade; however, I dont feel the need to. It might be a few dollars more but so worth it from my experience on getting what you pay for. My price over the years also is stable and working in the sales industry that is unheard of. Thanks Paul & Shelly for years of greatness!

Let’s face it, nobody likes insurance. But it is something that we all need, so we might as well get the best of the best. I have to say, in all my years of purchasing insurance (17yrs) I’ve never had an agency who has done such a good job. I’ve had State Farm’s insurance the entire time, and in that time, the company has always been quick to help me get anything I need. There were two different instances where I was rear-ended and the other people’s insurance companies, very very big names in insurance, fought tooth and nail to try to prevent me from having my vehicle fixed. However, when I needed state farm to fix my windshield because a rock on the interstate cracked it, they sent someone out the next day at no cost to me. And when I accidentally side-swiped a small post that I didn’t see at all, they were on top of it without question. State Farm is a great company overall. But notably, the Paul Gentilini agency has been the best thus far. They are always extremely friendly. They send my father and me Christmas and birthday cards every year. And Shelley and Sugar have been beyond wonderful to me. Bless Shelley’s heart, she has had to listen to my frustrations about insurance cost increases. Yet she always sympathized and understood I was never upset with her. And recently Sugar was extremely helpful working for me to get information I need to plan for my future. They’re always personable and truly seem to care. Even though I’ve moved to several different areas of Minnesota, I’ve always stayed with Paul’s agency, because they’ve been the best of the best. Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with! As a 19 year loyal customer of Paul Gentillini I changed as a cost saving measure. They refused to return a full year of mortgage insurance ( $1,800) even though I have record of having insurance from another company. I guess they arent like the good neighbor they claim to be. Stay Clear of this group. less than 1 star.
