I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. First thing, the guy complimented the black and gold touch to my car. That shows me they actually pay attention to what they run through their system. Supe cool staff. Super helpful. My car come out looking great! Powerful vacs. Great all around. So I kicked up a new membership to my favorite car wash!!

Ive had good and bad visits. Free vacuums with a wash, but the wash is pricy and not worth the results. I had soap left on my car after this latest visit. Staff was nice.

I do uber and lyft. Always able to keep my ride clean for my customers thanks to zips.

Zips is an amazing car wash I have brought my BMW & Truck here so many times and have had nothing but excellent experiences each time. The new attendant Ms.Olivia is a very sweet and polite young lady who has the brightest smile on her face every time I see her she is very kind and has great customer service skills. She even explained to me about the monthly memberships that you all offer which would be perfect for me with my 2 cars.

I paid for the Works - $20! Was out of the car wash within 5 minutes. Seems rushed! The tire shine sign never lit up. ? For $20 should be included. When I was out of the wash I pulled around to vacuum out my vehicle. There were still soap suds all over the back. It was not dried by blow dryer and ended up with spots on the glass. Not worth $20!!!!

Quick. Personable. The only issue is that every time I go through the wash the tire shine light never comes on. It is included in the $23.95 a month package so I don’t understand what is going on. The other lighted signs come on.

Great place, price, and location. Pierre was very helpful the day I went in to wash. He even saved me money by signing up for the monthly pass. Some times it doesnt get fully clean like I want it but, doesnt every wash you go through lol. Just let the guys know and they will make you satisfied before you leave. Always nice employees.

Austin is very professional. He is always helping customers that need help with everything from paying at the kiosk, setting up monthly plans, pre-washing, to helping if there is an issue vacuuming. He definitely goes above and beyond each and every time! The rest of the staff is always friendly and helpful as well, and I appreciate everything they do. I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a great car wash!

Meh. Doesnt clean car very well. Leaves smear marks.Also, having someone hovering over the box where you select and pay is creepy. I dont need someone to push the buttons for me and to swipe my card. Weird.Instead, he should have been helping the soap brush man who only had time to soap up ONE SIDE of my car.Not impressed.

I was up north for a weekend and all the salt from the roads got my car so grimy and dirty even just touching it would stain my clothes. I was very impressed with how it looked after the wash! It was fun to go through as well! I was a bit confused of what to do when I first pulled up. One of the guys was waving me over but I couldnt tell what he meant at first. The staff was very friendly and everything turned out well!

Going down hill fast. Vacuums do not have enough power to even call it a Vacuum. Also, it must have been dirty recycled water used. I had to go home and wash my car. On a good note.... the young lady working was very nice.

Ive been a loyal customer for 4 years of your car wash. I came on Feb. 5th went through the wash as I was wiping my car down I realized my rear window wiper arm was gone. The attendant walked through the wash brought me out two pieces of a wiper blade. The wash pulled my entire mechanism off my BRAND NEW CAR. I asked the attendant, are you going to cover the expense he said no. Its funny YOU USE TO tape the wipers before entering the wash. Obviously you know its a problem. I take the two parts to auto supply store to see if they have replacement arm. First off,the one piece was from my car the other was from another vehicle. Long story short. I had to go to the car dealer to have this part replaced, 70 dollars later it was replaced. BRAND NEW VEHICLE. YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER . SHAME ON YOU !

Car wash was good BUT totally disappointed in vacuums. I tried 4 and did not find 1 with any suction. 🙁 So left with s dirty inside.

The customer service was great, very nice, professional, and deserves 5 stars. However, the car wash was the worst weve been through and weve been through our fair share since we travel for work and are any where from the west coast to east coast. $20 down the drain, we had to go to a self service car wash down the way to get off all the soap left over. Also we tried the free vacuum and thats wasnt good either. Lesson learned.

I Went through this wash about a month ago and Austin spoke to me about the memberships and family stuff plans. I ended up purchasing a membership from him after my wash. Great experience overall and definitely recommend this car wash!

The two guys who hose down your car only did so on the driver side. Other than that the carwash does a good job of cleaning your car

Zips has upgraded the car wash and increased price of $5.00. The wash was great. Zips is in a bad need of an upgrade on the vacuum system. Hardly any suction at all and some of the vacuums didn’t even work.

Theyve been raising their prices. Used to be a 5 dollar wash, but now its 8 and the place is run down. A car was doesnt do anything more than a light dusting. There was leftover dust residue that I had to wipe off my car and bugs still on the front and it seems to be a consistent issue.Youll be more than lucky to get a working vacuume

I can have the outside of my car cleaned, use the Bachs to clean the inside, use my own Rain Ex and car wax and be on my way again in less than 20 mins. Cant beat that for $14.99 a month! Unlimited car washes at that price, too.

I like getting my car washed here because its so easy, and it does a pretty good job, but it could be better. A lot of times I will have to wait so that the car wash employee can finish spraying off the car that is ahead of me, but then when I get up to the entrance, they dont spray my car off at all, and I have never understood that. If youre going to spray cars with a wand to get the loose particles off on some cars, I think you should do it on all of them.

Cleans well, but that last little frothy coating of what I have to assume is like wax or something similar but the rinse after isnt long enough and the blower isnt long enough either to remove all residue which forces you to carry a towel with you to wipe away white suds like stuff that is left behind. Especially around lettering, mirrors and space in between hood and windshield right below the wipers.Workers are fine, friendly enough considering my window is up and they are spraying my car. We use the unlimited wash, monthly auto charge option and sure its nice to pull up and just drive on in without having to pay, but Im still having to stop afterwards to remove said residue before it dries and leaves streaks...which it does if you dont, and that is really defeating my whole lazy idea I had of washing my car. Ive driven through several and just never had this problem before.

No I like the car wash it does such a great job and if you get the monthly club for the $34.95 you wash all you want how many times you want everyday but if you pay $20 a pop for the best wash and dont get the club you got $600 in 30 days and that dont make sense 😚

I always choose this location over all other options in Cookeville. My Jeep is my baby & I trust very few to take care of it. I always make sure Austin is there when I stop, because I know the service he provides is top notch and It’ll be done right the first time!

If the manager, office personnel and corporate worked as hard as the wash team it would be a great place. Unfortunately you cannot reach anyone by phone (if you are lucky enough to find the correct number as it is incorrect on the corporate site). A business with unreachable managers is a no go for me.

Bring your own towel. This place will give your car a decent wash even on the cheapest option. I come here pretty regularly and only once has one of the machines not worked properly. Upon exit, the wash does leave your car pretty wet (I dont know if this is true for the higher priced options). You will want to bring a towel to dry off afterward. Vacuums are free (with wash). Whether you get a working vacuum with good suction or not is random. Luckily, theyve got a lot of vacuums. This doesnt replace a good wash or a good detail, but if you just want to get the job done, this place will do that.

Hands down the best car wash in Cookeville. Austin is usually the one that takes care of me and I cannot say enough good things about him. A great asset to a great car wash. 10/10 would recommend.

Apparently, the free vacuum isnt actually free. I was told by an employee I had to pay for a wash to get free vacuum. That was a little confusing and misleading

By far some of the best washes to use. In other washes I have found scratches and scuffs but haven’t here at this location. I also run my business vehicles through them and they always come out super clean. Only thing I would suggest is towels and mat cleaners.
