This is the best car wash in town. Powerful vacuum and good service all. The whole place looks clean as well.

Miss the old place. Did a wash, added the armor all and rainx, wash lasted all of a minute and barely took anything off my car. It wasnt even that dirty. Ive only owned my car a month and it just had a few spots where it sat under a tree that are still there. Vacuums work great tho.

For auto wash its good. They have worker there to scrub bumpers and front before wash if thats part of package. Ive always been offered 2nd wash for half price so good deal and they have vip account for more discounts. I do miss the hand wash that was here before as the did better overall and worth extra charge but this is the new thing.

The guys that work there are very nice and do such a wonderful job pre washing the car before its washed. If you cant afford the membership like me I highly suggest spending $22.00 on the wash. YOUR CAR WILL LOOK AMAZING!!!

Called multiple times to cancel my membership after being told by the attendant I could cancel via phone but no one ever answers. Came in on 06/26 more than a week before my renewal date and canceled in person yet still being charged. Have tried canceling online and am told “they are unable to process my request at this time” fine carwash but awful customer service and shady practices

I came to the car wash twice today. With my first vehicle, the employee at the kiosk was very pushy and insisted that I buy the VIP membership. When I declined and explained I work at a different car wash, he still kept going. When I came back with my second vehicle, the same employee helped me. He said that since he had seen me twice he knows I have the money to purchase the membership. I told him I really couldn’t, he got even more pushy and brought up the exact amount I had spent that day. He made me feel ridiculous for not wanting this membership, and all I wanted was a car wash. He kept pushing for several minutes. I definitely do not know if I will be back, as this is sadly not the first time one of the employees has been so pushy.

I love this place and their car wash program. I get the platinum plus where I get free unlimited washes ever month for $45. So I go at least 1 every week. Sometimes 2 a week. I do miss their detail service they used to have.

I’ve tried contacting this company by phone for the past three months to cancel my payments and have left a message with the 615 area code as well. 3 months at 43 plus tax that I have not used that I have been wanting to cancel. I need someone to contact me and I want a refund. This is a ridiculous run around. Take your money

If you want a cracked windshield then THIS IS THE CAR WASH FOR YOU! I took my BRAND NEW VEHICLE through the wash and came out with a crack from the top to almost the bottom of my windshield. The roll-through gives a good wash, but as previously mentioned in many of the other reviews, they are way too aggressive in trying to get you to buy a membership. I had to tell the guy no at least 5 times. They respond to the reviews saying thanks for the feedback and we will try to do better, but obviously not since they are still using aggressive tactics to sell memberships. Ill just go to Zips in the future.

So extremely rude and pushy, thats all I have to say about this car wash. The guy taking the money was hateful with very short responses. The guy at the entrance was sarcastic. Im a disabled veteran who cant hear that well and they continued to yell at me. I have NEVER been spoken to like that in my life, especially from someone who wants my future business.They they will never get it again. I said guys but they were just a bunch of young boys thats the problem, arrogant, rude and no respect whatsoever. I really liked this place at one time and didnt have this problem...not sure what happened this time but I hope they at least make it right.

Very high pressure sales. I was told to use 1 month and then cancel. When I came to cancel man would not talk to me he only kept talking and selling more washes. Finally I asked for someone else to help me because it was so cold outside. He finally gave me a number then a few days later they finally called said there was nothing they could do.I asked to speak to the manager and still no one called back! These people are shady and I will not go back! Be Careful to sign up for plan its like the act of Congress to get it canceled and the wash leaves residue....

This place is a joke! The guy trying to play aggressive salesman looked like he came right out of jail. We ended up backing up and went right down the street for a car wash without being hassled!

Average car wash. Good experience, friendly and professional staff. the wash wasn’t anything special, the vacuums were excellent, the area nice and clean. I used the promo for a free one month membership to try this place out. Pleased however I wouldn’t make a special trip to use this one over others simply because the prices are higher and the wash isn’t any different than others in town. The only reason it doesn’t get 5stars is that I’m not crazy about having stickers on my car and the membership requires a sticker that is surprisingly difficult to remove. Overall nice experience.

Had to go thru twice. I paid 16.00 to go thru. It was still dirty so they did let me go through twice. Was clean the second time.

What a great place to keep your car or truck fresh and clean

The Rainmax liquid was effective for 10 minutes then I couldnt see anything as the layer started disintegrating in the rain while we were driving on interstate - I had to take an exit and stop at a gas station to clean my windshield. This happened more than once.

This car wash is terrible and I would not recommend going here. First I was hassled by a salesman at the kiosk who would not leave me alone about signing up to get two free car washes after my first for signing what was explained to me as just a free rewards program. This was not true what so ever because i was then charged 28 dollars for some membership i didn’t want in the first place later that month. Second the pressure from the blowers when drying the roof of my car ruined my ceiling liner in my car which is now hanging down. When I mentioned this to the people at the location they informed me that they were not liable and were no help whatsoever. I then sent a contact request on their site regarding a refund and about a month ago and was never once contacted back. I would highly recommend not going to this car wash.

HORRIBLE! Went in for a wash at a new business. Discovered I had been conned into a monthly deal. Emailed to complain, no answer. Called Nashville HQ to complain, told tough luck, you signed. Wrote to complain, no answer. Cost me $45 for a basic wash. You decide....LATER they replied here (read it) that were very sorry and I needed to call or email them, which I just did. Then AGAIN, they told me to get lost (you signed) without asking a single question or expressing any regret. They do NOT care about customer service. Please do NOT support this business.

The last 3 times I have gone there a commission based worker (guarding the Kiosk) who is EXTREMELY pushy tries to sell you a monthly membership plan. You have to tell them NO 3-4 times minimum to be able to pay.(since they are standing in front of the self pay kiosk). No means No! The machine does a good job, but not worth the bs just to get a car wash.... too many other GOOD Hassle free choices in town. But it’s my fault for giving them so many chances. If you like high pressure sales with an attitude go for it! But for me its not worth the aggravation.

So I got the $25 monthly subscription thing and I’ve called MULTIPLE times trying to cancel, have left MULTIPLE voice mails and no one has still answered or called me back. Not happy. These people are crooks and only want one thing $$. I’m NEVER going back.

Car wash was okay, very short.. but vacuums were great. However, got a free car wash coupon in the mail that said no purchase necessary.. but what the coupon doesn’t tell you is that you will be signed up for the most expensive monthly plan by their “VIP concierges”. You have 30 days to cancel but 24 hours later and I can’t cancel because it can’t find me. Not a good first impression. I wish the business luck but I would take away the guys at the kiosks.. I wont personally be back.

The car wash is fine. However, I have been there twice and both times the guy at the kiosk tried to up sell me. He doesnt take no for an answer and he keeps pestering you. I find his behavior unprofessional and wont be going back.

Wash ok but has terrible vacuum - wouldnt pick up soil and dust off floor mat let alone carpet.

Went for car wash 1 time and they enrolled me to a monthly program without my acceptance and today they authorized my card for $43.95 without my approval as a renewal fee. I called them 22 times and no response. I went directly to the Cookeville facility and asked for refund and cancellation of the subscription. Guy was very rude and did not refunded the amount. He gave me a phone number to contact I called them 9 times no response and left multiple voice messages. I did not got my money back.
