Thank goodness for small towns and the staff getting to know just about each client. I can say that stopping in with or without an appointment, I am ALWAYS greeted with a cheerful smile and kind words. I dont think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes while they wrapped up with another client. And even on the phone, I feel like Im talking to a family member. Thank you STATE FARM!

Inherited my State Farm agent from my Dad. He retired and passed his clients on to Elwood. And Elwood has continued to deliver the high level of service that you expect from an Insurance Agent with the backing and resources of a huge insurance company like State Farm. An Internet based insurance company might be a bit cheaper, but itll never come close to having someone to talk to face to face that understands what hes doing. I intend to pass Elwood along to my son when the time is right.
