I loved how quick and painless it was to get insurance!!! The lady that works there is super awesome, very friendly and answered all our questions!! I highly recommend going here if you need insurance they cover EVERYTHING!!! She handled all our needs :)

I have had acceptance for years and lately I have not been happy with them or their service. I call the 800 number and they seem irritated that you don’t have your policy # ( maybe I should have had that ready), but they definitely could have found it another way. The people never seem like they want to help, your in customer service….. Either way my local office will let my policy get cutoff and lapse before they call you. Granted again my responsibility but I know other people with their service and they don’t have this issue. In fact their local office calls them before they get an fees or anything. Here we are years later and not one cent has been changed from the original quoted amount for the policy. The same friends I mentioned earlier said there agent is constantly adjusting their rate for the best price proactively. Now this also may not be something I’m entitled to, the point I’m trying to make is that as a company that is serving the public and insuring people’s valuables, have you just give up on your loyal customers? Do you not train your employees to be courteous and helpful. Set the scene I call my local office no one answers, I call the customer service line and wait on hold for a young man to tell me he may be able to find my policy without the number but I should have it ready next time I call. Ok maybe that’s true but a good customer service response if you want to take this back to your trainers would have been “sir I completely understand we may not be able to get any discounts at this time but we’ll definitely do our best, now let me get your phone number and let’s see what we can find out” it’s a little thing called proper positioning.
