I cant say enough good things about James Gentry! My mother recently passed away and had multiple policies with State Farm. I live out of state and, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, I was unable to attend her funeral and have experienced great difficulty getting even her most basic affairs in order. State Farm has been the one stand out exception. James was empathetic, responsive and efficient from first contact. I am in insurance sales, working for a competitor, and rarely encounter a salesperson of Mr. Gentrys caliber. The value of insurance isnt seen until its needed.
