I have nothing but good things to say. Im a new house owner and I joined the Cookeville club. Ricky has been the service person and I absolutely trust him. I had a lot of work that needed done with electrical and normal services on my a/c units . Amazing customer service.! Always on time. And friendly. The value seems amazing as well. On Monday morning I woke up to a small leak in my basement and they sent people out first thing. They fixed the issues quickly. I dont remember the guys name . But happy with their work. They always keep my house clean by cleaning up any mess that are created from fixing something and they never track in dirt from the outside. So happy I found them. So pleased!!

We have used Cookeville Plumbing and Electric several times in the past months in our newly-purchased home. I cannot compliment them enough for the quality of their service, friendliness and responsiveness We have had very positive experiences and outcomes each time we called them. This makes my third experience with them and before this visit was very satisfied with price and service. A younger new worker came out to my house to fix a closet valve the was dripping from the washing machine and to replace my kitchen overhead light. I was baffled when changed $420.00 for less than an hour work. You better get a price quote before having them service anything. If not you’ll feel the sting!!!

Great group of people. I called to have my bathroom sink leak taken care of. I knew the problem. They fixed it quickly and at reasonable price. They will be the first plumbers i call from this point forward! HONEST AND REASONABLY PRICED! Thank you so much!

Long time customer. Every time the response has been fast, great work and reasonable prices. Technicians are courteous and always clean up after themselves. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They left me with worse plumbing problems than I had when I called them, much worse. When I called them back, the owner said he doesnt warranty work done on the top of pipe in my home, that obviously explains why they didnt replace the pipe as I requested them to, they just kept putting new fittings on the same bad pipe, knowing the entire time they were not going to warranty their work.

I have been a customer with Cookeville Plumbing for years with all my rental properties. I called them due to a leaky toilet and the man was rude and had no interest in even listening to me. When a loyal customer is trying to request a service call you should listen to them, not talk over them. They just lost a customer forever.

Did great work, on time and as promised. Used quality fixtures and the work was done the right way. Even stood behind the work of someone they referred us to, whos work damaged their installation.I will use them again!

After using Cookeville Plumbing & Electric before several times in the past for larger jobs I justified their price. I called them because the switch to the closet was bad and a plug and was charged $196.00 for less than 15 minutes of work. When you have to rip off the loyal costumer..........you lose them forever.
