Wow, what an awesome company. Our AC was 16ish years old and holding on for dear life. We had a different company quote us on installing a new unit and they told us it would be a 2 week wait. We got a second opinion from Aloha Air conditioning and Heating and Shane set us right up, a day and a half later our new unit is installed and working great. Everyone at the company we dealt with, receptionist (on the phone), and technicians were all so so nice and helpful! I would give more than 5 stars If could!

Shane was amazing! I called that morning and he was there in a couple of hours checking out our AC. Unfortunately our AC had to be replaced! Shane explained all of our options in great detail and even answered questions after he left. 2 days later the installers showed with Shane and installed our new AC unit and furnace. We couldn’t be more happier with the results! Our house in so cool and the unit is so quiet. Shane even came after it was installed to check and make sure all was done correctly and check to make sure we were happy! Prices are very reasonable. A++ customer service! We are very happy and we highly recommend!

Called them because of an ongoing problem we had been ignoring. We attempted fixed the problem once last summer using a different company through American Home Shield, and didnt work. I had several quotes for the same system. This company was far below other quotes . Aloha is not greedy at all. The employees and owner are all very polite and punctual. Easy to work with. They are loyal to their 1 year guarantee and assistance contract on new units. I recommend giving them a call before making your decision on any work.

I called at 9pm due to our AC not working properly. They took my information and said a Technician would be out in 30 minutes. Our tech was here in that time frame and went right to work. By 10pm my AC was running. My husband talked to the man and didnt get his name. But he was very quick to diagnose the issue and knew how to fix it. Ww did not expect our HVAC to die on us in the middle of a pandemic. Thankfully, Aloha sent Shane out in a timely manner and had us up and running in no time! With their financing program, they made installing a new system during tough times a little more generous on our pockets. You will definitely never find better service or a company that cares more than Aloha! I cant brag about them enough!

We cannot say enough positive things about these guys, we had an appointment setup for installation for later this week and Shane contacted us to reschedule EARLIER than expected since he was concerned about weather delaying me. The two installers were very respectful of keeping our house clean each trip in which wasnt as necessary as they made it. Also answered each of my questions I had very knowledgeably. We have only had the unit less than a week and have been keeping tabs on electric usage and already on average were saving nearly 2/3 of the cost we had been!! We recently had to have a new heat pump installed and called Aloha Heat and Air!They came right out and Shane answered all my questions about heat efficiency rating and took the time to explain about what seer number meant; something noone else had done before. Just in time...My neighbors air/heating units went out a little while ago and Aloha came out and replaced them for her. She had nothing but good things to say about them so naturally when ours went out we called on them. The owner came out and gave us a quote and right from the beginning I knew we would use them. We set up the appointment and they were on time and courteous. They installed 2 new units and everything that goes along with it in less than a day. Furthermore, the owner came out a few days later to check to make sure everything was working great. Everything works great and I highly recommend them for your air/heating needs. I have a yearly contract with them. I really like how, Aloha has the notifications set up. They call you when your unit is due for maintenance. Schedule a time with you. Text when theyre on their way. They are always on time, and in a good mood. When completed you get a completed, clear to understand, report on the unit.

Anyone who has purchased a home knows the joys of a home inspection report. Luckily for me prior to moving into my condo one of the items to be replaced was my HVAC system.At my closing I received a handwritten note from Shane with Aloha Air Conditioning & Heating, requesting for the new owner (me) to reach out to him after my closing so he could discuss my new unit! Within days of contacting Aloha Shane was out to my home sharing information and discussing the routine maintenance of my new unit.Fast forward to 2019, I was scheduled for a routine maintenance however it rained and I had to reschedule. Shane and I attempted to reschedule over the next couple of weeks but our schedules conflicted. By the end of business in the same day that we attempted to reschedule, Shane made it happen THE NEXT DAY AFTER 5 PM! This is what I consider putting the customer first

Technician overcharged for there services and there guarantees on there website are meaningless.Very nasty on the phone when asking for a complete refund due to the fact the cleaning of my unit was not properly.
